Dr Morgan always treated me respectfully & was always kind however I felt that because I had a diminished egg reserve that he didn’t feel as positive for good results and wasn’t as innovative. I can say that after all morning monitoring appts if he saw me leave, he would call me into his office to review where in the process things stood for the cycle...Make sure to be an advocate for your own personal gain especially if you have other medical issues because he is very conservative in his approach
They [Morgan Fertility & Reproductive Medicine] were very compassionate, honest and helpful. They were very detailed in their instructions and always got back to me when I had questions...We felt that Dr Morgan was not very aggressive in approach especially with someone with diminished egg reserve. He never changed tactics or levels of medicine through each of my cycles. After the cycles didn’t work we thought that and suggested that maybe we should change things and basically got an unfavorable response.

In all of my treatment cycles I had low dose of follistim and we tried testosterone hoping this would help. In the end resulted in negative pregnancy. We were not happy that his approach did not change cycle to cycle with my condition

All the nurses working at Dr Morgan’s office were excellent! They were very compassionate, honest and helpful. They were very detailed in their instructions and always got back to me when I had questions

We loved his Nursing staff They were very friendly and informative. These were the Team of women that I saw 2-3 times a week so they made me feel more at ease with everything we were going through.

We have good insurance so we didn’t have a lot out of pocket for IUI/IVF but being I have diminished egg reserve this is not covered

I had steroid injections, different pills on a timely schedule [with Dr. Morgan]...I had a better result with the double embryo transfer...The Dr. and his staff made sure I was very comfortable... is the best fertility doctor around. I got pregnant my second trail. He will answer every question. The best part is the patient portal. I can see all my results within 1 hrs. I would recommend him to anyone whose seeking to have a child.

He has explained to me every outcome that has came my way and every option that i could have even if it was only one.... I would have to do ivf being that my tubes are blocked and basically take my eggs and fertilize the eggs with my husband sperm and then put in nack inside me to carry to term... go in there open hearted and be prepared for whatever comes your way.
The nurses [Allen Morgan Fertility] are always there and a phone call away if you have any questions or concerns. They always respond back same day.... they treat and talk to you like an adult and they explain every option there possibly is with the condition you are diagnos with... I definitely felt like a human. All the staff knew me as soon as I walked in. They were there for me to cry when my first 2 ivf cycles failed. They treated me as an individual and not just a number.

I don't remember specific drug details, but I remember the injections fondly. I would inject myself daily and visit the office a few times a week to monitor egg production. When it was time for retrieval they put me under anesthesia. He made sure to give me details on how many eggs were retrieved and they're quality/size. A couple days later i went back in for egg transfer.

Dr. Olcha is very kind, thorough, and compassionate. He listens and he develops a plan based on the person. He eased all my anxieties through the process. I loved how his plan was specific to my needs and not a general plan.

I felt very warm when I came to the office. The staff always made me feel comfortable and were always there when I had any questions.

Tracking my menstrual cycle and taking Clomid as a fertility pill. After finishing the 5 days of Clomid a visit in the office with bloodwork and ultrasound, maybe 2-3 times a week till the peak of ovulation. Once the day is determine to best do a treatment, they brought me in to do an IUI. First treatment was a negative pregnancy test, which was expected. Second treatment produced a positive result. I was monitored with my progesterone and HCG levels and ultra sound till my 8th week of pregnancy.

He really cares about his patients. My case was odd. My body responded in the not so common way. He was so great at figuring out what I needed. He truly cares.

We had male infertility my husbands sperm was dead. So he put him on hcg and clomid to regain it. Which that worked. My body reacted weird. My one ovary did really well while the other didn’t. We did a retrieval but only one egg made it to day 5. So we did a fresh transfer and it failed. I didn’t see the point in freezing one egg. The. The second retrieval. My body reacted weird again. And the opposite ovary reacted to the over stimulation medication really well and the other ovary didn’t react. So We did a second retrieval and we got 8 eggs to day 5 to freeze. We did a standard FET protocol. Ended in a chemical pregnancy. Then I called with my next cycle my labs were off so we canceled the cycle. The next month my labs were off and my endometrium. I respect his decision on not wasting eggs and waiting for the perfect time. So finally we decided to do an “unmedicated” FET. I was on minimally estridol and progesterone suppositories. And it worked!

How was your experience with Meir Olcha at Morgan Fertility & Reproductive Medicine (formerly Women's Fertility Center of New Jersey)?
Dr Olcha was and is absolutely fantastic. I was overwhelmed switching to Morgan Fertility because I was just leaving RMA where I was told I would never have a healthy baby or pregnancy because of my weight. (I am not that big). Dr Olcha never once brought this up as being a problem, and if it was, it was brought up in a matter of fact way that was kind and did not impact my mental health. From the moment I arrived at Morgan Fertility, I was greeted with the most kind staff and given an actual plan immediately. Dr Olcha started me on letrozol right off the bat to get the ball rolling, and it worked! Unfortunately that pregnancy wound up ending in a very early miscarriage that left me absolutely devastated. I sat in Dr Olchas office very upset and in tears and he quickly closed the door to allow for privacy and talked me through what he saw, what he think may have happened, and how we can fix it so the next round worked. When going through grief, the plan helped so incredibly much. Dr Olcha immediately set up more testing and blood work to get to the bottom of what was going on and assured me when I saw him next that he was confident that I would fall pregnant quickly again. After more testing and blood work, we did not find a cause for the first miscarriage and decided to continue on. Dr Olcha recommended me to start on baby aspirin as soon as I found out I was pregnant again. I unfortunately miscarried again at 11 weeks. As soon a I spoke with Dr. Olcha, he not only emphasized with me, but he sent me for more thorough testing and a new plan. Throughout it all, I cannot thank Dr. Olcha enough. I’ve had many a break down and panic attacks and Dr. Olcha never got annoyed with me or short with me. He constantly worked with me and always looked to find solutions to help me. I cannot thank him enough for everything and I am so grateful I found Dr. Olcha and Morgan Fertility and I will continue working with them until I receive the results I am after.

Dr. Olcha is the first Doctor throughout my fertility journey to look me in my eyes and tell me that if I needed anything at all to not hesitate to call him. He never once made me feel less of a human because of my weight, as other fertility specialist did in the past. He focused on my actual chart, tests, and numbers to help figure out what was going on and come up with an actual plan to get me the results I so desperately wanted.
Describe the protocols Meir Olcha used in your cycles at Morgan Fertility & Reproductive Medicine (formerly Women's Fertility Center of New Jersey) and their degree of success.
When I first arrived for my initial blood work and intake, my levels were at a good place to start letrozol with monitoring and a trigger shot. After this cycle resulted in a pregnancy, and I had explained I had had a previous chemical pregnancy, I was immediately sent for an early pregnancy loss panel. Dr. Olcha also noticed that I had an arcuate shape to my uterus and thought it could either be nothing, or a septum, and wanted to perform a hysteroscopy. I was very very nervous for the hysteroscopy and Dr. Olcha did such a great job. He made sure I was comfortable and I hardly felt a thing. After all testing it was determined I did not have any issues that could be seen and we started the next cycle with letrozol and a trigger once again. This resulted in a pregnancy that lasted me to 11 weeks when I once again, miscarried. I was re tested for any blood clotting disorders and thyroid issues which could have caused this. The next plans are to start me on blood thinner injections and baby aspirin to make sure clotting is not a factor. If I miscarry again, the plan is to send fetal tissue in for testing.

I feel so bonded to the nursing staff at Morgan Fertility that after they told me I was graduating to an OB and moving on from their care, I actually cried. I cannot thank them enough. They were not only kind, but fun to be around. They communicated well and did not get upset when I called them in a panic for my results because I hadn’t heard right at 1pm! They were absolutely amazing and I truly wish I could bring them with me to my OB office. To edit after miscarriage. The nurses were absolutely amazing. They cried with me when I returned and made me feel so warm and welcomed to be back, even though it was for a not happy reason. They felt with me and empathized with me. I truly adore them.

I tended to have different nurses each time I came [Morgan Fertility & Reproductive Medicine] but all of them were friendly and did their best to get the patients through in a timely manner...Overall, the clinic was well run. The typical protocol for myself was that I would come in for an ultrasound and/or bloodwork and then a nurse would call me later that day to advise what the next steps were based on the results. I did not meet with Dr. Olcha at every appointment but I would typically see him there and if necessary, he did meet with me in his office to go over questions, next steps...

As stated in my prior comments, I felt Dr. Olcha was very straight forward and honest about his recommendations, potential risks and outcomes and did not try to push me into more complex procedures until we had tried some of the more simpler ones. I unfortunately had a missed miscarriage in the fall of 2021, but Dr. Olcha was very compassionate and again, straight forward on what my options were and expectations and what he felt could be potential right course of action. This was helpful to me as I had never experienced that before and really had no idea what was the right way to move forward in that type of scenario.

I was very apprehensive and nervous to start fertility treatment. One thing that stuck out in my mind from my initial consultation in the summer of 2021 with Dr. Olcha was when I told him I was 37, he replied that I was young. Society definitely tells women that over 35 you are too old to conceive and I certainly had fears of that. Outside of that, at each appointment I felt Dr. Olcha and/or his team were straight forward with letting me know what they were doing and why. I personally appreciated their straight forward manner but it wasn't abrasive or defeating, it was just honesty with some confidence and optimism about my goals mixed in.
Describe the protocols Meir Olcha used in your cycles at Morgan Fertility & Reproductive Medicine (formerly Women's Fertility Center of New Jersey) and their degree of success.
After performing initial fertility assessments for my husband and I, Dr. Olcha determined there were no obvious blocks to us potentially conceiving. At that point he recommended using Letrozole and a shot to induce ovulation. We did this for 3 cycles and got pregnant on the 3rd one. That unfortunately resulted in a missed miscarriage around the 8 week mark. Due to covid hospital restrictions, Dr. Olcha recommended first pursuing medicinal ways to expel the pregnancy which ultimately worked. After a month pause, we resumed the medication but this time using Clomida and the shot. After the third cycle did not yield results, Dr. Olcha met with me to decide if we'd like to stay the course or try IUI, which we ultimately decided on the IUI which was done in May and resulted in a successful pregnancy.

I tended to have different nurses each time I came but all of them were friendly and did their best to get the patients through in a timely manner.

Overall, the clinic was well run. The typical protocol for myself was that I would come in for an ultrasound and/or bloodwork and then a nurse would call me later that day to advise what the next steps were based on the results. I did not meet with Dr. Olcha at every appointment but I would typically see him there and if necessary, he did meet with me in his office to go over questions, next steps.

Thankfully, most of costs were covered by insurance. We only paid a co pay for each appointment and the monthly injection.

Always ask questions and speak up for yourself. Been your own advocate because he will take the time to explain things to you.

Dr. Olcha is very respectful. He is knowledgeable about fertility and explain things in the simplest way for anyone to understand. He has good bedside manner and he's always patient with his patients. Fertility is a very sensitive topic and he takes the time to answer all your questions and ensure that you comprehend. He and the staff at the Edison office is always welcoming during those early morning appointments when you have to go 3 or more times per week and not knowing what to expect, but you leave with some good information.

My medication and treatment rarely changed until this last IVF cycle where they introduced a patch along with the progesterone oil.

Dr. Lesorgen has been a great doctor to myself and my husband. He is always available when I am at the clinic if I have any questions and he gives me his advice on future procedures and medications. I feel like he is doing everything in his power to help us conceive. He has a large range of success stories. While I am in his office I always see them with my own eyes.... His treatment strategies for all five of my IUI was as follows. I would take Clomid on days 5 thru 9 of my menstrual cycle period Then go in for an ultrasound on day 10. After seeing the progress of how many follicles I have he would give me a night to do the hsg trigger shot and then 24 hours later IUI.
They [Women's Fertility Center of New Jersey] are very accommodating as far as appointment times. They work with me all the time. I am always in and out there is never a wait. The facility itself is very clean and organized . It is in a large building with a very large parking lot . The only issue I have is that they are not open on Sundays only for IVF.... The nurses are all so sweet and so involved with their patients. I enjoy going there to see them. I am deathly afraid of blood work and Linda is the only person where I do not stress about it. They always treat me like I'm family.

The only thing I would say is that they are not open on Sundays for anything other than IVF. So keep that in mind. We had a couple of cycles that we felt may have been rushed due to this. But we are not professional so not 100% sure if this was the case.

There was really no interaction other then the initial consultation and when I saw him for 5 minutes during IUI. After the 2nd failed IUI I was just feeling hopeless and in tears, asking him if there was anything else I could do. He really just didn't seem invested or to even really care.

I chose them because they over lower costs than other places and I have no fertility coverage. That's a plus. Although the directions for medications I was to take wasn't always clear, I would call to confirm time I was to give trigger shot and would get mixed answers. Another time I needed to come in for an injectable pen and when I went that night to use it there were no needles included in the kit.

He recommended single embryo transfer, which he said followed ASRM guidelines...Dr. Lesorgen is a kind, quiet and empathetic doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and quickly recommended the treatment that got me pregnant. I never felt rushed and was able to ask as many questions as I wanted during the treatment. My husband and I had numerous consultations and had everything explained thoroughly.

Dr. Lesorgen is a kind, quiet and empathetic doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and quickly recommended the treatment that got me pregnant. I never felt rushed and was able to ask as many questions as I wanted during the treatment. My husband and I had numerous consultations and had everything explained thoroughly.

Monitoring hours were very well run. Since this is a small practice, there were no huge lines, and I was usually in and out within 15 minutes. If I needed to come in later, they were extremely accommodating.

He was behind the scenes a lot but I knew that anything his staff relayed to me was coming from him....I was on clomid and letrizol and just waited things out to take place naturally after that... Everyone [at Allen Morgan Fertility] is so pleasant to be around which makes this hard and challenging process so positive and relaxing.

The nurses are the best staff ever. From the ultrasound tech to the bloodwork to the head nurse, each one is nicer than the next. They are so gentle and make you feel so comfortable, while trying to brighten your day at the same time.

They are very explanatory, he's truly a good doctor, they work with you it's just funds are extremely low right now for us but I've dealt with other doctors and Morgan is the first and only doctor that made sure I fully understood what is going on with me.

Every other doctors I've been to said my infertility was unexplained Dr Morgan went in did every test from blood work to ultrasound to hsg and found out that I have adhesions which is why it's gonna be nearly impossible to conceive naturally. He also has a very high success rate and told me that with Ivf he guarantees a baby.

My insurance covers testing and certain aspects of my infertility and for the ivf portion that's gonna cost about 12,000 but the discount a little bit of the cost which we're grateful for but still out of financial reach.
