Honestly, I don’t think they have any weaknesses! I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve gone through this 5 times! They are so understanding. They really do treat you well. They know you by name every time you walk in the door!

Strengths - never a long wait time, organized, transparent, helpful, knowledgeable, caring, clean, well-decorated Weaknesses - billing system could be confusing, not in the best location, not much parking, but this wasn't really a problem for me ever

The clinic is very well organized they do a wonderful job with getting you in quickly and also working around your schedule. They respond very quickly to messages and phone calls regarding any messages you may have

Great staff and appropriate care givers. A little strange when I asked for a sperm receptacle. Just take it from all Audubons pros, they know I cant say enough about how kind my wife was treated, however we had no success

I would like to provide more information on her team, especially Morgan and the nursing staff, because I had the best experience with them. First of all, I never had to wait in the waiting room more than 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, if I needed extra lab work I was able to work that into my schedule as opposed to an inconvenient time being chosen for me because things were "too busy." Everything felt "less clinical"down to the fuzzy socks they put on the stirrups. Across the clinic, there was a positive and hopeful tone always set. Even the pharmacy they work with was incredibly efficient, sent positive notes and easy directions for medications we were unfamiliar with. Everything was accompanied with a personal touch and my partner and I appreciated this endlessly. We are currently pregnant with our first baby, due in January after a successful first round of IUI treatment with Dr. Wells and her team. We are eternally grateful for the care and respect we received at Audubon.

Strengths are organization and effectiveness! Weaknesses are that at times the new receptionists just didn’t live up to the friendliness and warmth that was illuminated from the original younger brunette(I can’t remember her name)… She was just so much more inviting than the new ones.

Free parking isn't abundant, but I personally never had issues finding any. Strengths as a patient are that the facility is clean, I felt safe and they always allowed my husband and I to bring my bonus son whenever it was convenient for us. So... Child friendly although it's not necessarily the place for a child. (Could seem insensitive to other peoples experiences).

The clinic grew a lot between my time receiving fertility treatments for my 1st child to my 2nd. It was very small and located within 1 building when I first started going to Audubon. By the time I returned for treatments in hopes of having a 2nd child, they had bought a building next door and renovated it. This was helpful for days when I just had to go for lab work. There were a few times I had to go to the surgery center next door (not owned by Audubon) for procedures, and I was not as impressed with the facilities. I wish that Aubudon would buy out the surgery center as well and update the facility (it's possible this has already happened since I was last at the clinic).

The clinic was fantastic from Keke in billing who always was a resource to deal with the never end insurance claims, to the front desk ladies who knew me by name, Gee who did my blood draws and always talked to me through them because she could tell they made me queasy, the nurses and IVF Coordinators, both Dr Ulrich and Dr Wells, and Morgan the nurse practitioner. Everyone was wonderful to my husband and I. They were all genuinely caring.

We have absolutely no complaints. The staff was exceptional. The environment was clean. Everything was organized and easy to follow. We have no complaints on weaknesses on any aspect of the clinic. We cannot wait to continue our treatment here.

Strengths = high success rates, very knowledgeable, easy to communicate, clean clinic, flexible appointments, comfortable, nice friendly staff, Dr. Wells is a great doctor, Weaknesses = parking is hard to find

Audubon Fertility is a fantastic clinic. The entire staff is kind and truly rooting for everyone going through fertility treatment. They are also very organized and made the process as smooth as possible.

Honestly no weakness! This clinic is top notch and I wish i could have stayed with this clink throughout my entire pregnancy. So warm and welcoming. The process of getting pregnant is hard enough, they put any doubts you may have to rest.

From the time you walk into Audubon, it feels less like a clinic and more like a visit to a friend's home. Seating is ample and comfortable. There is tons of informational readings available in the lobby as well as leisure readings. The front office staff is very welcoming and you're always greeted with a smile. The feel is warm and positive from the time you walk in to the time you walk out.

Was difficult to get process started. Once we got rolling wonderful to work with. Staff was kind, efficient, ran on time. Billing process was made very clear to me-no suprise cost.......................

The lab was a bit confusing. It is a separate entity and did not know me as an individual patient and sometimes billed incorrectly. Receiving a refund for my canceled IVF retrieval lab procedures was time consuming.
