Dr Corley stayed positive and friendly but both transfers need better instructions. Some options wasn’t offered unless patient asked or was aware. Last embryo was day 7 high mosaic. Dr in Atlanta advised we could transfer but didn’t provide the obvious. That embryo had a very small chance of achieving a successful pregnancy.

Ask lots of questions, research as much as possible before attempting IVF. Understand that you might not be successful.

Didn’t talk with Dr. Corley most of my questions and treatment was done by a nurse. CNY has a call center to call for treatment instructions and questions. You have to pay extra to talk to a random doctor. cost even more to talk to Dr Kiltz or Corley.

Monitoring was done locally and it was stressful at time to find a appt or for clinic to accept order’s from Dr Kiltz. This is why want to do it local next time.

Dr Chang as a doctor is great. Pro's- Very knowledgable and has a lot of experience. Trust his recommendations and that he truly wants to help us have a family. He's quirky and funny and will make time for small talk if he can. The negatives - if you have a consult time set, expect to wait all day for a call. I dont mind if he cannot make the time, I just think they can do a better job communicating that he will be late and help provide patients a window that is realistic for him to call so we arent waiting around all day. Another neg is that I think he sees SO many women, I dont think he ever remembers me or our case and have to refresh him on everything every time I talk to him.

Expect to wait for your consult and dont get upset. You just have to go in knowing you may wait all day for him to call bc he is helping and seeing so many women. The consult will go well and he's a grast doctor.

Dr. Chang is changing my protocol from round one to two - bieth control for a month to help minimize cysts and allow more synchronus growth of follicles. Also doubling menopur dosage in an effort to get more eggs and pgt normals next cycle. Too early to say for results.

Only had one interaction with Dr. Ditkoff before egg retrieval. He was friendly enough and made small talk about Atlanta. Offered to answer any questions but did not offer treatment advice or ask me any questions about my history.

Due to my age of 45 y/o, low-dose mini IVF with 10mg Letrozole, 200mg Gonal and 150mg Menopur. Primed 6 weeks with 6 units HGH. 12 eggs, 5 retrieved, 2 fertilized, 2 transferred day 3, no success.

Dr Chang is kind and likes to joke, which helps keep the mood light. He didn't have a lot of suggestions on what to change after our first transfer of 2 embryos failed. We still do not know why nothing is working for us

He is receptive to your own ideas regarding treatment

We tried histamine protocol, lipid infusion, lovenox/asa, and nivestym. Along with prednisone and doubled PIO to 2cc for the second transfer. The HCG wash did not help with the first transfer here (second overall)

He suggested two the first time. We then had three left and I wanted to transfer all. He was receptive to this and allowed it.

Dr Chang was very easy to talk to. He explained everything that I had to go through very well. He was willing to try to get to the root of the issue. Very friendly and talkative. Gave me some hope. Made me feel comfortable though retrieval and transfers

Make sure to ask questions if you aren’t 100% sure. Don’t waste time on doctors that you have no trust in.

Had surgery prior to remove endometriosis/endometrioma. Started to stim the month after only to find out the endometrioma came back. I was on Gonal f 300 IU once a day, Menopur 150 IU once a day, Letrozle 10mg once a day, LDN 4.5mg once a day, Prednisone 5mg twice a day, Cetrotide 0.25mg once a day, Prograf 0.5mg twice a day, Estrace 2mg twice a day, Endometrim 100mg twice a day, Progesterone in oil 50mg once a day. Only collected three eggs in which two became embryos. He decided to do a fresh transfer that failed. We needed up doing a frozen two months after with our last embryo and it failed as well

I didn't have much interaction with him. What interaction I did have was straight forward and clear. However, I felt like just another task in his busy day. He did seem concerned about me after the egg retrieval and gave my husband instructions about caring for me on the way home.

I didn't have any communication with Dr Chang about my treatment, the nurses handled it completely.

I have only spoken to Dr. Kiltz once on the phone. I had a follow up call with him after several failed IUIs and before going to IVF. The call was early in the morning (7 or 7:15) and he was exactly on time, which was impressive. The call was good, and he agreed that IVF was a good next step. He was friendly and knowledgable. He was compassionate, but didn't really ask me too much about my history or seem to have reviewed my file. He spent a good portion of the call talking about the keto diet and that plants are killers. You can tell that he really cares about his patients and is passionate about what he does. I feel like there are some people who are lucky to see him often and get to know him, and then there are others who only interact with him once, if at all.

Expect to hear about keto, the bebbi diet, Kiltz's keto, and that plants are out to kill us. I'd also say that he seems to be super dedicated to his work and is very passionate. He regularly gives out his cell phone number, he does weekly fb/instagram live videos (daily during COVID19 pandemic), he starts his calls early in the morning. He must always be working! I wonder when he sleeps!

I first planned to do three IUIs then move to IVF. My IUI cycles included a z-pak, prednisone, letrozol, ovidrel, and endometrin. I did not have any adverse reactions to the medication. I think I produced 1-3 follicles. The third IUI changed to a timed intercourse cycle, as my bloodwork indicated that I had either just ovulated or was about to. They said I could have still done the IUI, but there was an increased chance that the timing would be off. For IVF, I started with a z-pak and prednisone, and stimmed with compound HCG and Follistim. I then used cetrotide and triggered with leuprolide acetate. I was supposed to trigger with HCG as well, but there was an error with the script and I never got it. I didn't realize I was supposed to have it. Apparently it wasn't signed and CVS Specialty sent it back to the clinic for signature, but never got it. Only four eggs were retrieved, 2 matured, and 1 fertilized and made it to blast. Genetic testing indicated it was abnormal. I'm waiting for my second retrieval and the meds I have this time are follistim and menopur to stim, then cetrotide, followed by HCG and leuprolide acetate to trigger. During a follow up call with a nurse, she said that I responded as though I have a low ovarian reserve, even though my blood work does not indicate that. This was the protocol that she designed...I believe she called it the 450/150 protocol.

I'm still waiting for some billing to come through. My insurance covered my IUIs, so I only had to pay two copays at each visit, one for the appointment and one for bloodwork. My medications for my three IUIs cost several hundred dollars. Since I live in NY and work for a company with more than 100 staff, my IVF cycles are now partially covered. Unfortunately they do not cover the techniques used to fertilize the eggs (assisted hatching and something else that escapes me at the moment) and I believe that will cost $1000. It was $700 for the embryologist to sample the blastocyst, and I believe another $700 for the genetic testing (would be higher if I had more than one embryo). I have not gotten a bill from CNY for the fertilization and the embryologist. My medications have probably cost around $1,000. I need to follow up with the financial team to make sure that my next retrieval is covered. Dr. Kiltz mentioned last night in his fb live video that some insurances are tricky with what they mean by three rounds. If it is not covered, then I will have to go to out of pocket pay with a financed payment plan, and I believe that is around $5,000. I know that I am fortunate to have insurance cover a lot of this, but it is still more than what my husband and I can really afford to pay at this time.

I have not gotten to transfer yet. I have one frozen day 5/6 embryo that came back as abnormal after genetic testing. Eager to have my second retrieval and will hopefully get more embryos and move to transfer.

You don't speak to him until you are ready for treatment. It's very odd. I know he's very busy but it's odd to not have communication with your doctor. You mostly interact with nurses. With that being said I've heard great things about him and appreciate his weekly chats on social media.

You need to be very very organized because the clinic has a lot going on.

All of the information is online. My situation was a bit more complicated.

I first spoke to Dr Chang after our first IVF cycle and subsequent 3 transfers of 4 embryos failed. Needless to say, I was not in a great place emotionally or mentally. Dr Chang reviewed my first cycle's retrieval protocol and FET protocol and identified some areas he thought may have caused our problems. He was extremely kind and seemed extremely confident that he could help me. I began that phone call in a complete state of devastation and panic and ended it feeling reassured and slightly vindicated... I also had a new plan that I fully understood because he took the time and effort to explain each adjustment in the new protocol. He also instructed me to make sure that during my retrieval cycle, all monitoring updates would be handled by him personally to make sure everyone stuck to his specific protocol. The reassurance that he was personally handling things, even though I was not monitoring in Buffalo or retrieving there was a godsend during that very scary time. We ultimately got 16 eggs, 13 of which were mature... all 13 fertalized and 10 became 5, 6, or 7 day embryos. (The previous cycle I had 11 eggs, only 5 mature, 4 fertilized and were frozen early at day 3.) Grading of the embryos became a concern of mine as ours were almost all "fair". I was able to get a tele appointment with Dr Chang quickly and he, once again, was able to patiently and kindly explain why he still felt confident in those embryos and went through the FET protocol and broke down all of my options. His confidence and reassurance was extremely valued and appreciated. Dr Chang is clearly knowledgable and cares a lot about his patients. Once he's invested in your treatment, you can rest assured that you're in good hands. He is arguably one of the more aggressive doctors at CNY in terms of what he is willing to do and the things he is willing to try. I really liked that he was able to explain everything in a relatively simple manner so that I fully understood his reasoning for all med or protocol changes. He does have a very funny sense of humor which I personally felt helped in such an awkward and relatively anxiety filled time. I also feel that he is very much to the point and will bluntly state his thoughts on things... something I also appreciated.

Don't be afraid to say exactly what you're thinking or feeling about your treatment. He was the only doctor I spoke to that didn't just repeat the same go-to information to placate me. He not only acknowledged that I was audibly upset or nervous, he took steps to get to the root of what was causing those negative feelings so that he could give me the information and confidence I needed to move forward.

Dr Chang believed that the biggest issues with my first cycle were a dominant follicle and timing the retrieval. He basically came right out and said that he felt they sent me for retrieval too early and that's why my maturity rate was so poor. To address these issues, he recommended a full cycle on hormonal birth control (even though CNY doesn't seem to like to do this) and personally handled my monitoring. I ended up doing 12 days of injections vs 9 the first time. The birth control helped my eggs grow more evenly and the prolonged stim time helped me get more mature eggs than I had in my previous cycle. He also switched me from Lh-HCG to Menopur (this was orignally a suggestion of Dr. Ditkoff) solely because they both believed some patients respond better to one drug over the other.

Dr Chang recommended a single embroy transfer as I had never done an FET with a day 5 embryo. However he did say that he would be willing to consider letting me transfer two if the first single transfer failed.

He was kind, and very well spoken. He treated me like I had been his patient for years and years. He did the procedure super quickly, he explained everything that would happen and what I could expect. Loved him!

Ask any questions you have and he will definitely answer them.

3,900 for my ivf cycle which includes the retrieval and transfer and then my meds were all separate and then a 150 dollar out of state care fee.

Great bedside manner. Brought up and answered questions I never thought of. Made me fee extremely comfortable. I feel that maybe before WTF phone calls reading into history would make things a little less confusing.

Advocate for yourself. Ask all the questions, even if you have asked them before. Make sure you understand it all.

I only had him for embryo transfer

I had freeze all and I’m glad I did with the complications I had after retrieval.

Dr Grossman was our doctor for the egg retrieval at CNY. The first time we met him was the morning of the retrieval. He was very confident my wife was going to produce a large number of eggs. The next time we spoke to him was after our 10 embryos were genetically tested. We wanted to understand the risks associated with the mosaic embryos as well as embryo grading specifics. We haven’t scheduled our transfer yet because of COVID.

Don’t expect a ton of one on one time, we didn’t meet him prior to the retrieval.

The nursing staff was more involved in prescriptions. However, after the genetic testing he did discuss strategies for when to do the transfer and timing for next IVF cycles.

It was close to $15,000 with genetic testing.

We were encouraged to do single transfers.

Very polite and informative, she is kind. Makes you feel in control of your situation and listens to your concerns. Then provides the best plan with recommendations. You know exactly what’s coming next and you aren’t lost.

You can relax, and have your list of questions with you. Make sure you listen as well.

There will be blood draws and ultrasounds during each visit up until the procedure. Letrozole was used in my cycle with about 4 monitoring appointments with the final day as 5 or 6 around the 14th day of your cycle. Although the process was quite much the outcome wasn’t positive as we hoped sadly.

It’s supposed to be on the affordable side but still expensive especially when you have to repeat cycles so try to choose the treatment best for you.

He was thoughtful, thorough and helpful. Generally I saw the nurses more though and love them. Usually only see the doctor if a procedure or there are complications with something. My cycle was cancelled due to COVID-19. The only thing I would add is that it is difficult to get in touch with someone over the phone. Most of the time you need to use the portal to message someone and they do get right back to you, but sometimes the personal touch of a phone call would be helpful but not always possible.

WIsh the doctors were more available.

Almost all of the treatment protocols are pretty agressive from my understanding. I am on LDN long-term - the meds are immune response / anti-inflammatory.

I have been told that multiple embryo transfer is not possible except in special circumstances.

He had in-depth knowledge of infertility and it’s root causes. He also notifies why one would not need to do extra tests and follow certain diet to achieve best results. One of the Downside is too many patients so Dr Kiltz can be hard to get a hold of but his team fills in where he cannot. I have very high expectations and hoping for positive results.

He is good. I wish I had found him earlier.

We are approaching Human growth priming with LDN to reduce inflammation. And fresh embryo transfer as he feels that would be the right approach.

Cost is the best part of CNY. They are offering reasonable for patient like us as Insurance doesn’t cover infertility. Dr Kiltz is constantly improving the financial plans at CNY do more patient can afford. Kudos to him!

We met Dr Kiltz once during the entire cycle and that was a random encounter while waiting for an ultrasound. The conversation was all about what the keto diet is and he certainly has super strong opinions on that. After the cycle and no seemingly viable embryo, I was expecting Dr Kiltz or someone from the office to call me to discuss the PGS results and potential options but nobody called us. I called the office and asked for Dr Kiltz's phone number (something I'd learned on FertilityIQ) and texted him asking him to call me back. He was pretty responsive and we talked on the phone a couple of days after the initial text message. During the conversation, I was hoping he would help me figure out what might be the next best thing to do but he mostly cited stats and said making the decision about what to do next was my call. While I appreciate that, I would've liked a little bit of guidance in the decision making process given that he's the experienced expert. I've already read plenty research papers and looked up stats on FertilityIQ and elsewhere! The final decision, of course, would've been mine. Those are the only two times I've talked to him in person and the rest of my interactions have been over text. He is very responsive over text though sometimes his one word responses might be a little tricky to decipher. I still appreciate him making himself available outside of the portal and clinic and he has been super supportive and with me through my most recent pregnancy and miscarriage.

Do your research. Read through all the relevant courses on FertilityIQ and go in with specific questions you want answered that you couldn't get answered elsewhere. There is a lot of information on the CNY website as well, especially if you are already going through the IVF process there and want to consider options like donor eggs/sperm, surrogacy etc.

My first consultation was with a nurse and she set the treatment protocol. From my point of view, there was no input from Dr Kiltz regarding anything though I have no idea what goes on in the background. I asked to see the nurse who designed my protocol during one of my monitoring sessions but was told she is unavailable and I didn't ask again. I think my first consultation would've been with a doctor had I waited 8+ months for a phone consultation appointment. I went with the onsite nurse consultation as I got an appointment within 4 months which then got moved up by a couple of months as a slot opened up.

For retrieval: 2600 (medicines) + 4600 (IVF + biopsy) + 1235 (monitoring in Syracuse and once in a different state) + 2100 (PGS) + travel and lodging costs for the initial consultation and the IVF cycle + some cost for tests done right after consultation. For transfer: Lining prep medicines (don't remember exact number but likely under 250 as estrace and progesterone aren't as pricy as the retrieval meds) + monitoring (out of town so about 2000 because I was asked to go many times) + embryo transfer cost (varies if its part of IVF cycle or not) + travel and lodging costs for the embryo transfer + acupuncture cost ($70 for 2 sessions or 1, I don't remember) if you choose to do it before and after transfer.

I didn't ask what the doctor's preference was. I went with my own idea about how many I wanted to transfer and nobody was opposed to it.

I've never spoken with Dr. Kiltz. I have no idea what he's like. I've read that this is common with travel clients who are having remote cycle monitoring. Honestly, I only saw my last RE a handful of times and that was over 8 IUIs and almost 3 years. I was not expecting any hand-holding from an RE from across an international border.

If you are a travel client having remote cycle monitoring, do not expect any communication from directly from Dr. Kiltz. He signs your prescriptions and that's about it. If you're having IVF I would imagine you'd see him on the days of retrieval and transfer.

This is my second RE, second clinic but first time IVF. I sent CNY my medical records and the results of any tests they asked me to take. They sent me a list of medications with little to no information on dosages and format. They just said to get all these meds and call us on your day 1. I have no idea what the protocol is. I had to repeatedly ask for clarification on amounts, dosages and what the medication was. The list I got was as follows: 1. Gonal F 450 x 4 inject 225iu 2. hCG LH supplement (100iu/ml)x1 Inject 20 units subQ 3.Cetrotide .25mg x 6 4.Lupron trigger 4 mg 5.Prednisone 5mg x 60 1 twice daily 6. Prograf 0.5mg x 32 1 twice daily 7. Baby aspirin 81mg x 30 8. Zithromax ZPAK 250mg x 1 9. Cleocin Ovules 100mg box 10. Estrace 2mg x 60 1 twice daily 11. Progesterone in oil 50mg/ml x2 vials. Inject 50 mg IM 12. hCG 10,000iu trigger I guess they are waiting to explain how to take this medication when I call in my day 1? Like I said, this is my first IVF cycle. I had to look up most of these meds to try to figure out what the protocol is. From what I can gather from my own research is the protocol I'm on is a version of a down regulation short protocol.

Single IVF costs $3900 US Includes retrieval, ICSI, anesthetic, assisted hatching and 1 fresh embryo transfer. Each frozen transfer done within 1 year costs $450 US That's easily a third the cost of any local-to-me clinic. Remote cycle monitoring is $150

We watch Dr. K every Sunday on his chats, here we see him as a human and he gives great FREE advice and answers patient questions. He is a busy man so he moves quickly. I am still in the consultation process but he has given me great things to try while waiting for our stims to begin.

Be prepared to take notes, do KETO, and have an idea of what you would like to have for an outcome.

Still in consult phase, but Dr. K is very willing to do full immune protocol, RPL, and highly suggests KETO for the anti-inflammatory effects

The clinic is very open about their cost. Many items can be found online without having to speak to someone directly. A cycle without medication for retrieval and transfer with icsi is less than $4,000. Because I do not have any fertility coverage they are not charging me for my consultation!

Dr. Recommends single transfer unless there are factors to suggest a multiple would be better : age, AMH, # of embryos, etc.

Positives: Dr. Kiltz is very passionate. He is honest about the structure of the clinic (more patients enable lower costs) and pricing. He seems very knowledgeable about treatments. I do have faith he will be able to get me pregnant. He gives out his phone number and email address and will respond to you. He is also very progressive and open to trying new medications/treatments. I am doing platelet rich plasma (PRP) uterine washes this cycle. Based on the research I've read, this sounds very promising. Negatives: Dr. Kiltz has very strong beliefs about infertility being related to diet, which I do not agree with. After a failed cycle he spent the entire telephone consult (which took 2 1/2 weeks to schedule) telling me that my tube is blocked because I eat lean meats, fresh vegetables, and fruits. He believes in the Keto diet (high fat, moderate protein, low carb). He flat out told me he was an expert with tons of experience and that my tube was blocked directly as a result of inflammation in my body, due to my diet. He then prescribed a ton of additional anti-inflammatory medications. I have chosen not to take most of the extras (prednisone, prograf [used to suppress the immune system in transplant patients], intralipids, and hydroxychloroquine [used to treat Lupus and autoimmune diseases]. I had an ANA test (for autoimmune disease) after my failed cycle and it was negative. I did a lot of research on my own to decide which medications I wanted to use (aside from the standard meds like estrace, progesterone, etc). Thankfully I am a nurse and feel comfortable researching these things myself. It would still be nice to be able to have a partnership with my doctor and not feel like it is all on my shoulders, as I am certainly not a fertility expert.

Be your own advocate, do your own research, and do what you are comfortable with. Realize you will not get a lot of time with any doctor at CNYF, but you can reach out to them by email and you should if it is something time sensitive that is important to you. Otherwise you will be waiting a looooong time for a phone consult.

An "auto-immune" protocol was prescribed: prednisone, prograf, hydroxychloroquine, intralipids, low dose naltrexone, baby aspirin, lovenox. Most of these are immunosuppressants. The aspirin and lovenox thin the blood, which is supposed to increase blood flow to the placenta and prevent clots for those with clotting disorders. Low dose naltrexone is actually a very interesting drug used to treat autoimmune diseases as well as clinically low endorphins. It has very few side effects. It also boosts your immune system, which has helped me avoid getting sick. It also helps me sleep better. The only extra I took my first cycle was the baby aspirin. That cycle failed. I transfer again in five days. This cycle I have been taking LDN, baby aspirin, and start lovenox tonight. I did not find sufficient evidence that lovenox will increase my odds, but it has relatively few side effects, so I am trying it. I also took estrace vaginally, progesterone in oil and endometrium vaginal suppositories, and Cleocin (clindamycin - a vaginal suppository antibiotic) both cycles. Also, azithromycin orally at the very beginning of each cycle.

Most costs are posted on the website. $3900 for IVF cycle. $850 for monitoring. $250 for FET. All meds are separate. HCG wash $50. PRP $500 for once/$900 for two times in the same cycle. This was without insurance coverage. There were no hidden fees.

My clinic wanted me to transfer one 5 day embryo based on my age and recommendations/guidelines from professional organizations. I am 36. I had my heart set on transferring two and actually want to have twins. The risks were explained to me and I have been allowed to transfer two both cycles.

He seemed very busy, and is very big on his Keto diet being a major factor. We weren't convinced, and neither were our OBGYN / Urologist. Overall though every conversation we did have with him was informative and professional. But it definitely seemed like he was always in a rush.

Ask lots of questions to the RN and develop a good relationship with the nurses in general - they will be your main contact.

I was prescribed clomiphene. I can't recall everything that my wife was taking. I know there were several anti-inflammatory options used and closely monitored.

We spent about $2100 on drugs, $4,500 on retrieval, and several thousand more on cycles, monitoring, and travel. In total, we probably spent close to $11,000

We were well informed on eSET vs multiple. He recommended single for our first transfer due to the high embryo quality, but let us elect to do a multiple transfer for the second due to the lower quality.

He is aggressive about Keto, and specifically *his* type of Keto. My husband and I are already on keto because it helps me with inflammation, but that didn't seem good enough. He was very good at explaining the information a few times because I didn't quite understand, and when I broke, he was able to comfort me, explaining that he would do everything in his power to make sure I kept both ovaries (he took only half of one with a cyst on it) and would make sure I was healthy before we did retrieval. After surgery, he explained to my husband that it was a "war zone" in there, and he now understood why we were concerned. He still saw no reason as to why IVF would not work for us.

Take the Keto info with a grain of salt. Do not let it derail you. Yes, it can be done, and yes, there will be benefits, but it is *not* for everyone. I need it to manage my inflammation due to endometriosis. But it should not be how you are judged. You can cut carbs and get similar results. :) He knows his R.E. area, and he is very supportive once in there.

July: Myomectomy, Hysteroscopy, Cystectomy to treat Endometriosis Stage IV and scar tissue from drained cyst in December. Late July: 11.25mg leuprolide to keep endo at bay while I heal from surgery

Insurance covered my costs.

He mentioned while prepping for surgery we would probably want to try for one due to the severity of my endo.

Dr. Kiltz is amazingly positive and encourages us to have faith, while acknowledging that this process is difficult. He listens to all of our concerns and always offers his opinion. While some of his methods and philosophies are unconventional, I find that I can take away some nuggets of truth from his advice and recommendations, even though not all of it (i.e. his extreme Keto diet) is for me. I have seen Dr. Kiltz at every visit to CNY (three to date), and he spent significant time with us on two of the three visits. Dr. Klitz and CNY Fertility is well-known for offering affordable fertility treatments, as well as cutting-edge approaches. I feel fortunate to have found CNY fertility, as some of these new and innovative approaches are not available in my home state. I also believe that Dr. Kiltz works very hard to keep treatment affordable and accessible for as many patients as possible.

Pay attention to your treatment plan. Do your own research. Read about the treatment options. Be prepared to advocate for yourself. CNY Fertility is really busy as the volume of patients continues to grow. Don't hesitate to call and ask questions.

Dr kiltz is knowledgeable and he cares about the patient. He offered discounts and another round of ivf only having to pay anesthesia fee for retrieval due to getting not mature eggs. However knowing that we got over 25 eggs between 2 retrieval sand different protocols donor eggs would be the best option. He gave us his cell number to call him or message him. It does take a while sometimes to hear back as he has a lot of patients. It can be confusing as the nurses run most of the show but nurse kris in buffalo is amazing lines can get crossed especially if your a travel patient but they are pretty good at accommodating all questions and needs. I did feel like I had to be an avocation for myself as my situation was rare. Overall dr kiltz cares I wish he had less patients so he had more time with patients, but then again I'm glad he is helping so many people.

Be an advocate for yourself ask questions especially if you are going to the clinic after a previous ivf failure.

We had no mature eggs our first round with another doctor so when we went to dr kiltz I had done some research about Lipton down regulated protocol being used in poor responders and with immature eggs. He agreed and also put us on a hgh prime for a month prior and during stims to help eggs. Also double triggered to help with immature eggs

It's very affordable even with the exchange rate. When we got not mature eggs he offered to do a free ivf retrieval only paying for the anesthesia

I haven't got to transfer as we had no embryos so moving to donor eggs this is something to dicuss

Dr. Kiltz is very nice and an amazing doctor. He called my husband and me after our second embryo transfer cycle failed. He showed compassion towards us. He fully explained the process during the call, but at that point it was too late. My husband and I were extremely hurt and had so many unanswered questions. We asked if tests could be ran to see why the cycles failed. I recommended fertility patients need to go through counseling prior to starting treatment because no one can prepare patients for any mental effects it may cause. This process affected me mentally. Months later I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder.

Yes, we were educated. Five eggs were retrieved but only four embryos were formed. We had one embryo to be transferred for the first cycle. "Something happened" to one of the embryos during the freezing process, so we were left with two. After the first cycle failed, the doctor advised us to transfer the last two embryos for the second cycle.

He had great bedside manner, but I rarely saw him and almost never actually spoke to him. And at one transfer he kept us waiting for nearly 2 hours after acupuncture, which seemed to negate the purpose of the acupuncture

Don’t be afraid to call a lot and ask a ton of questions. Ask for things to be over-explained and write it down.

The first transfer was very straight forward with most meds typical for IVF. The second transfer after the miscarriage they added provera when my lining was too thick for 5 months. Then they added low dose naltrexone when I finally went for the transfer and they added intralipids prior to transfer. This pregnancy lasted longer, but still ended in miscarriage.

You have to schedule them with your doctor in your area. They just provided the orders

3,900 for the IVF including the fresh transfer and the first year of storage. $250 for each transfer in the first year. Meds not covered at all, for the retrieval and first transfer meds were $3,500 for me. Storage fees are $350/yr after the first year.

When I chose to do a single transfer he was very encouraged and told me that I had a higher chance for success with one. But he would have done either way if I had chosen.
