How was your experience with Christopher G. Schrepferman at First Urology?
Dr. Shep speaks to you like a human, makes connections through common interests. He also provides other alternatives to the expensive treatment we are seeking. But once we made it clear we are going to continue on the set path, his was behind us. He was candid about statistics and what chances he thinks we have. He also provides office hours in another city closer to us, will do follow ups via Skype, which is nice.

The nurses, like Dr. Shep, are down to earth and speak to you like a human. The nurses communicate very easily over email which is nice for full time working people. They made my husband feel at ease while at the clinic and joked with him.
Describe your experience with First Urology.
The main clinic is located 3 hours from us but we visited the satellite clinic which was only an hour. This once a month location was in an old building that had been semi-updated on the inside. It was convenient to park and find and really no big deal to be there for an hour. The main clinic has excellent communication and is very easy to call and email with.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Christopher G. Schrepferman at First Urology.
We had to pay a deposit up front of $100 and have not received a bill for any other services from the initial meeting. We have to pay out of pocket for all the surgery costs which will be upwards of $7200, but worth it!
