Overall a good doctor. Still definitely just starting out her practice and a bit cautious (very inclined to try less invasive procedures for longer than others)... Be clear about what you want to achieve and how aggressive you want to be with your treatment.
The nurses always called right before they closed for the day, so if they didn't call, I had to page a doctor for results, which is less than ideal. Also if I missed a call and the voicemail they left was unclear about anything, I again would have to page a doctor given how late in the day they would call.

Very personal bedside manner, always had separate appointments after failed procedures to discuss next steps, good about knowing persoanl details and following up on prior discussions

Only issue I had with the clinic was once or twice receiving a call from the nursing staff with blood work results. The nurses always called right before they closed for the day, so if they didn't call, I had to page a doctor for results, which is less than ideal. Also if I missed a call and the voicemail they left was unclear about anything, I again would have to page a doctor given how late in the day they would call.
