Small clinic in small town without too long of a wait for consult or follow up appointments. Was apprehensive about IVF retrieval and transfer being completed in another location, but found that this is common in smaller clinics/towns.

If you are looking for a very small clinic and consistent team this is a good choice. Ask questions and stay informed.
Describe the protocols Shelby Cooper used in your cycles at Parkview Health and their degree of success.
Initiated IUI cycle with monitoring and medication including clomid and HCG trigger followed by progesterone suppositories. Rationale was due to PCOS and no conception after 4 unmonitored clomid cycle with timed intercourse. However cycle was cancelled due to unforeseen medical circumstances and told IVF/ICSI became only option.

Blood work and initial consultations were about $5000 before insurance and 1600 after. Unsure what IUI cycle would cost as cycle was cancelled before completion
