Dr. Goodman has been very compassionate. I originally saw her for PCOS diagnosis and management. She was honest and blunt with me but in a compassionate way. I have recently started seeing her for help conceiving and so far the experience has been great...I felt like I could have a conversation with her and get my questions and concerns addressed. She never made me feel rushed.

He [Dr. Samuel Tarantino] is a knowledgeable doctor, explains all the steps the patient has to go through under IUI or IVF treatments. Good sense of humor, optimists and makes sure to share clearly all the medical reasons of his decisions...3 of IUIs resulted negative and one of them on a miscarriage pregnancy. Then the doctor decided to move to the IVF procedure.

She [Dr. McCormick] is great at explaining things in a way that is understandable. She follows the practices protocols even when I have asked to change treatment plans which is frustrating. I had to wait 3 cycles before I could meet with the dr again...My treatment was timed relations with 5mg of letrozole and injectable HCG. She believed that with my ovation reserve I should get pregnant on my own with some assistance

Dr. Goodman is very knowledgeable and able to answer every question with more than just a vague answer. She clarifies why she chose my protocol, what studies she's looked at and what the Society of Reproductive Medicine recommends. She also was willing to do additional testing that I asked for.... The only thing I didn't like was that I wish before I had started my journey that I had been told about all of the studies and their differences so that I had a better expectation of what the success rate was based on my age.

We did a freeze all cycle [with Dr. Yeko] due to risk of OHSS and so we could do genetic testing. For our first two frozen embryo transfers I used progesterone and delestrogen IM injections. For this third cycle I am using the same but adding in vaginal progesterone and medrol to hopefully assist with implantation...I always felt like I knew what to expect and the next steps.He will be open and honest with you about everything. There is never a guarantee that you will get pregnant but when it does not happen he has sympathy for you and keeps you motivated for the next steps.

She [Dr. Betsy McCormick] is not personable or compassionate at all. she just goes by statistics, physiology, and averages. She gives zero hope to someone who is desperate to have a child. She blames age as being the absolute end to possible positive outcomes and pushes for IVF too much. I had to push back and almost demand to try IUI since i do not have the funds for IVF at that clinic as they are outrageous in cost and they will not price match. They have cost saving options but only if you are under a certain age.

Dr. Goodman has always spent the time I needed to answer all my questions warmly yet candidly. After my lap, she explained my results in laymen’s terms and was optimistic. My only negative comment is I felt she tried to use fear tactics into convincing me to get my husband a genetic test. When I never wanted any of that testing to begin with.I had to explain to her more than once I did not want it, but she finally understood and respected my decision.

I feel the doctor [Dr. Sandy Goodman] is very speedy with visits, however it does seem she is involved and intrigued...I feel the doctor is very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest treatments. She understands what will help or not in order to have success. She gives a realistical outcome for your situation. Very honest and open to questions...Be prepared for short sessions, and possibly another doctor to perform a procedure on you as well as nurses doing the iui.

Dr. Tarantino thought that maybe the Lupron trigger hadn't worked correctly on me. He said some women's brains don't have the appropriate reaction to the Lupron and the eggs and not matured correctly or fully, creating the abnormalities, which he said the PGS indicated were all maternal issues. This is why he switched to HCG. I agreed after reading, although I was surprised that I only had two blasts, but thankfully they were great quality and both normal, so it worked out!

He [Dr. Tarantino] has a very different sense of humor that sometimes was hard to read. I also did not feel like he put enough effort into our treatments. I was the one requesting more test and asking for more meds to be used during the IUI's we had performed. There was no direction on how many we should do before exploring IVF. I was already almost 35 when I visited him for the first consultation so I feel like now after doing more research and talking to others going through treatments, that we should have been put on meds to increase our chances right away.

During our consultation, he [Dr Timothy Yeko] provided statistics and probabilities for success for our given IF situation. I appreciate this approach, as I like data. But he was compassionate as well. I didn't feel like a number. He was dead on for my prescribed treatment, because not once did the nurses have to adjust my protocol.

He [Dr. Tarantino] is very nice and seems to know my case well. With that said all my bloodwork was normal and my husbands SA was great and he assured me I’d get pregnant on clomid. When I didn’t, we went on to IUI and said I would get pregnant during these 3/4 cycles. Two cycles in and I am not pregnant so it is disappointing and I wish he hadn’t set my expectations so high...Clomid and timed relations for 3 cycles. Then letrozole with IUI for 3-4 cycles

Dr. Yeko was willing to sit down with me and husband and explain our options. He didn’t deny treating us like another doctor did and gave us hope, which ultimately led to a valid pregnancy... was very straightforward with his recommended plan of action and the reasoning behind it. He explained in full detail what our options were and used some out of the box methods for our treatments...There were times when we felt a bit rushed during our visits with him so I would suggest that you make sure you have all your questions prepared and fully answered before leaving.

I have gone through 3 cycles [with Dr. Betsy McCormick] and we’ve only been able to do 1 IUI so far. The first round I took Clomid and had every side effect possible. We were unsuccessful. The second round we tried Femara and my eggs were not maturing so we never tried for a second IUI. During my 3rd cycle my period was 2 weeks late. We are hoping to be able try again next month.

She [Dr. Goodman] was very good in the office but was hard to get reach on the phone. She has a pretty serious personality so if you like a doctor with a sense of humor she may not be the one for you, but she is thorough... We had specific meds left over from a previous cycle we wanted to use and she worked with that. Looking back i’m Not sure if that was the best thing for us or if she felt we were pushing her that way. I wish she would have given us more professional advice.

He [Dr. Tarantino] wasn't a very good listener. He was only telling me what he wanted to do vs what options I knew existed I had to argue with him to agree to the treatment plan that I thought would be best. He reluctantly agreed and my plan was less expensive and was successful.... He would tell me what I needed to do vs listening to what I knew that needed to be done.... Clomid- to get more eggs to be produced- unsuccessful Ovulation predictors/kits- helped times intercourse. That helped. Fibroid removal-to stop recurring miscarriages and help sustain pregnancies. Successfully got pregnant

She [Dr. Sandy Goodman] explains things well and very compassionate. My only negative aspect is that through months of treatment I only seen her once. I did 2 failed Iui cycles and she communicated with the nurses to tell me what to do but I only actually saw her at my initial consultation.... Started with iui because I previously already did 3 months of clomid that were unsuccessful. Both iui failed while taking 5mg femera. Only produced one egg. 3rd month i developed a cyst and now I'm doing a laparoscopy for endometriosis

He [Dr. Yeko] was straightforward and honest. He doesn't beat around the bush....He seems extremely busy, but in the time he spent with us he was very straightforward. He flat out said he didn't want us wasting our money on my own eggs. I appreciated that. He is very informative. He explained the procedure from start to finish. The morning of transfer he came to me beforehand and told me I couldn't ask for better results with my embryos and was very encouraging.

She [Dr. Betsy McCormick] was very through, attentive, educated, took the time to answer questions, I felt she was genuine. Although I feel the expected results were over inflated vs another clinics more realistic results. She always replied promptly to calls and messages. Overall her personality, demeanor and skills were great

Although we have not had the results we want so far he [Dr. Yeko] has still made us feel comfortable with what we have done at this point...He always fully explains our options and what he believes is the best course of treatment and why...I have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. With Dr. Yeko we first did 3 IUIs. Because there is no known reason for our difficulty to get pregnant, IUI was obviously the first step because it is less stressful on your body and much cheaper. He recommended 3 cycles because that gives enough tries to give it a chance without continuing to throw money at something that wasn't working. All three were unsuccessful and my period started before I even took a pregnancy test. We then proceeded to our first IVF cycle. Dr. Yeko met with us and fully explained all of our options including fresh transfer, freezing all embryos and doing a frozen transfer, and genetic testing of the embryos. We chose to do a fresh transfer which resulted in a chemical pregnancy. We met with him again and he explained that he felt we had a good chance at having a successful frozen cycle because they are able to better prepare the uterus for a frozen transfer as opposed to a fresh transfer since they don't have to worry about the egg retrieval as well. We proceeded with the frozen transfer which resulted in a second chemical pregnancy. We still have 2 more embryos frozen and are waiting a little for our bank account to recover before continuing with our fertility treatments.
