Describe your experience with UCONN Health.
The facility is beautiful and very modern. You have to pay for parking which could be a nuisance but isn't the biggest deal. The wait times are a bit on the longer time but very worth it. The nurses at the front desk are not the most organized and things could take time but they get it done.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Anthony Luciano at UCONN Health?
Dr. Luciano is extremely kind, compassionate, and caring. He asked me where I live, what I do, and all about my husband. Only after did he delve into the details of my fertility.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff.
The nursing staff is very nice. I found them to be a bit disorganized but I was impressed with their facility and Dr Luciano which made up for that.
How was your experience with Anthony Luciano at UCONN Health?
I found Dr. Luciano to be excellent. He has a wonderful bedside manner which I appreciate immensely. He is very straightforward about results and what to expect but gives over the information extremely kindly as well. He is willing to try anything but has our best interests at heart and makes sure that we're making thought out decisions. He understands the struggle of infertility and it is evident in the way he treats us. It makes the struggle that much more tolerable.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Anthony Luciano at UCONN Health?
Come in knowing you'll have long wait times but receive the very best care possible.
