During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Aimee Browne at RMA of Texas?
Dr Browne spoke to us plainly and honestly. She wanted to truly help and have her plan of treatment -which was also IVF.
She provided explanation and when we expressed concern about expenses, she provided options. Even that she wanted to start a program that could assist those like us needing it. We were asked if we were interested in speaking to one of the administrators about this option.
Describe the protocols Aimee Browne used in your cycles at RMA of Texas and their degree of success.
We didn’t get to start a whole lot with Dr Browne. I did go through my second hysteroscopy. Had a $3500 insurance deductible and had 6 months to pay this off with the surgery center. And denied a loan for IVF. Financially, we were unable to move forward.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff.
We didn’t get too far to really get to know the nurses. However, while at the clinic, I felt they were organized, aware of what was going on and were attentive to our needs
Describe your experience with RMA of Texas.
The clinic was very organized and in the know.
When we were expressing concern about our financial situation and initially only being approved for under half the cost of IVF, ($6500) Dr Browne and colleague offered to us an option that would keep $6000 of the cost in house—with no interest and time to pay the clinic in full. By this Time it had been a few more months, I had undergone the hysteroscopy and we applied again for a
loan with same company and we were denied completely. My husband also was having a difficult time at work (car sales) and we were having a very difficult time financially. I applied for a credit card to help us with IVF before his troubles started at work, but we had to start using it for groceries and paying bills instead. We seemed to be hitting road block after roadblock.
