He [Dr. Alexander Kucherov] was kind, patient, cooperative, good bedside manner, knowledgeable regarding recent research, a good listener, worked to understand your individual goals, took a vested interest in your success. Offered strong guidance but also respected your autonomy in making clinical decisions... took the time to review pertinent data and studies so I could make informed decisions. When I got a poor outcome he was very considerate in discussing it with me.
The [RMA of Connecticut - Norwalk] clinic was clean, neat and had an overall good environment. They were orderly and timely. Booking appointments and tracking financials was easy. Phlebotomy department is horrible, they need to be retrained, they need to take off their fake nails and they need to be provided with a vein finder for difficult cases. Surgical suite and equipment seem brand new. Some doctors have a better bedside manner than others.

My care coordinator was excellent and the nurses who assisted the doctors were kind and professional. The phlebotomy nurses were some of the worst I have come across.
