Beautiful location Modern Clean Organized [CCRM Boston] ... [Nurse] Karen is truly amazing. She takes the time to relate and is a wealth of knowledge. She truly is amazing at her job....500 per iui...The one on one consultation time and regrouping time is amazing. Dr. Zimon knows my name and the size of my fibroids before I even walk in the door. She's on point and is truly an amazing physician...I walked into her office and she remembered every little detail there was.

Lots going on here [at Boston IVF-Cape Cod] but they make sure to make you feel important and taken care of. Follow up is always super prompt and thourough and they always answer your questions. Infertility can be overwhelming but they make it easier.... She was perfectly friendly and clear I really liked her and appreciated how she explained everything to us. The clinic was easy and they kept me informed of everything I needed to know and got back to me really quickly. I think dr Zimon did a great job for us and we ended up getting pregnant.

I felt that they [BostonIVF] deliberately delayed/procrastinated during my second transfer process - unsure of their reasoning, but it was frustrating...[Nurse staff was] pleasant, but a little mechanical...Allison [Zimon] must see a thousand patients per month and she still found a way to remember me & make the experience much more personal...I didn't have to do much since I used a donor egg, but the prep work towasn't terribly difficult...Alison was kind, patient & detailed. The situations she deals with are usually stressful, personal and potentially painful, but she did a very good job of maintaining professionalism while also being empathetic.

They [Nurses at CCRM Boston] are very well organized and I feel well-taken care of...very good at returning calls and replying emails...I also like it because it is small. I feel there is personal attention. Their space is new and very clean. Because everything is new you feel that the lab equipment is probable also new and up-to-date with the latest technology...good customer service (by the nurses and financial coordinator)

CCRM clinic is new and beautiful. The lab is top notch and the embryologists are involved in your case. They discuss outcomes with you (which was not typical at least with my prior clinic). They also do a wonderful job at transfer as they made the experience very calming and memorable for us.... CCRM nursing staff was always very responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.... Injections included gonal-f, menopur, dexamethasone, and cetritide. She adjusted dosages based on my morning ultrasounds. She also put me on metformin for PCOS which my prior physician said I did not need. For trigger, I used Lupron and hcg.
