Dr. Azim and Dr Elassar are both incredibly warm and professional. Always willing to take the time to talk/explain. I felt like they truly cared about my well-being. Communication was easy and frequent - both by phone and email.

They don't accept many insurance providers. So be sure to walk thru the financials prior to any procedures.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Amr Azim at New York City IVF?
I never felt like a number. All staff members knew me by name. I was never sitting in a waiting room with 10 other patients. Usually it was just me or 1 other patient. Doctor make personal calls himself.

I don't remember specifics. In general it was a very traditional retrieval and transfer procedure.

Adilen is efficient, friendly and professional. She was a very accurate blood-taker!

Convenient location - 2 blocks from E/M subway stop. Office is new and beautiful. I enjoyed sitting in the waiting room (not that I ever sat there long). Tahira, the office manager, is very professional and organized. All prescriptions were called in immediately - and any follow-up needs or questions were handled easily over email.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Amr Azim at New York City IVF.
$3000 frozen transfer, +$300 for each ultrasound (I had 2). plus small lab fees that were covered partially by insurance. I don't recall the cost of the egg retrieval in 2014.
