She explained all our options and laid out a clear path of treatments that we could try on our journey.

Transvaginal ultrasound during follicular phase to observe egg maturing and confirm natural ovulation. Blood work to check hormone levels. Testosterone was high, progesterone was low. Started on progesterone supplementations post peak with monthly blood draws to monitor levels. Recommended vitamin B6 and antibiotics to increase cervical mucus. Tested husband’s levels and sperm. Referred him to urologist and prescribed antibiotics for a potential infection.

They are knowledgeable in procedures and healthcare. The nurse midwives rotate to ensure they meet every patient but have less time to develop personal relationships with patients.

Strength: prolife, treats patient as a whole, excellent reputation with endometriosis excision, takes most insurance
Weakness: patient needs to be their own advocate and request more care/aggressive treatment if they feel it is warranted, need to have 2-3 months/cycles charted with Creighton before a doctor will meet with you
