Dr. Scoccia took a lot of time with me to answer my questions, however when I needed him to complete a short form on my behalf for an IVF grant, he delayed completing the form causing me to miss the deadline.

I would advise Dr. Scoccia to be more compassionate toward his patients and more responsive.

Dr. Scoccia and his office staff are no responsive to patient needs or requests in a timely fashion.

I was prescribed clomid for 3 months and did not conceive. The next options offered were IUI or IVF. Since I can’t afford the more aggressive treatment, the next cause of action is on hold.

The nursing staff often did not return calls, and sometimes seemed annoyed with questions.

The clinic is conveniently located close to downtown Chicago and I like that all testing was done in the same office. However the staff is unresponsive and disorganized. New patients need to be prepared to ask many questions, and stay on top of them for test results and scheduling appointments.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Bert Scoccia at University of Illinois at Chicago.
I don’t remember all the costs, however I did feel like after my insurance coverage my visits were rather reasonably. I was however charged for a test that my insurance company had already paid for.
