How was your experience with Gary Hubert at Fertility & Surgical Associates of California?
Other than a protocol which did not agree with me, and the doctor sometimes telling me he had not seen swelling or certain side effects in other patients, when they were clearly side effects produced by certain medications he was prescribing me, he was kind, compassionate, dedicated and knowledgable.

Describe your experience with the nursing staff.
Nurses were not as quick to respond, knowledgeable when explaining how to take your meds nor as organised as some of the other nurses I've worked with in the past. However, they were sweet, kind and generous with samples and went above and beyond to deliver emergency medication, when the pharmacy I was using was having trouble. So for that, they definitely take the golden medal!
Describe your experience with Fertility & Surgical Associates of California.
Receptionists were always bright and cheerful. They have a stupid way of blocking their number when they call you. Which is insane. As these are important calls with a lot of time sensitivity. I get a lot of "Blocked Calls" from Marketeers and Spam, which I do not answer. With something this important you need to know that it is your IVF clinic that is calling. I have worked with Dr. Sadaat, Multiple doctors at HRC and SCRC and none blocked their numbers. The accounting people were a little awkward and strange and pricing varied substantially among paying patients as I saw from other reviews on FertilityIQ. The waiting room was seriously small, always packed and with little to no beverages or comforts. Also after getting Ultrasounds or Bloodwork, you are made to wait in the busy hallway where there are only four chairs, which often leave you standing and feeling like you're in the way. They also make you wait quite a while to speak to the nurses after the bloodwork and ultrasounds, which wastes time and is often useless. A call with results later in the day, as per other clinics, is far better in my humble opinion. Not my favourite clinic.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Fertility & Surgical Associates of California.
We waited over two weeks for our Genetic testing, results had been received yet not relayed to us. We had to keep calling. When you go through so much emotionally and have so many steps to wait for, (it is a constant waiting game from the moment your eggs start growing, to retrieval, to fertilisation, to embryo growth, then genetic testing -- the lack of communication with such important matters is a real let down and pushed our patience to the limit!
