He is open and honest. Has great bedside manner and sense of humor. One of the smartest physicians I have ever met. Always takes time to help you understand what is going on. ... After the first transfer failed as a chemical pregnancy, Dr Groll suggested a biopsy. The results caused him to change my medication schedule the next round and we are currently 8 weeks pregnant. ... The entire staff are friendly and caring. I have never encountered a doctors office so helpful and compassionate.

After the first transfer failed as a chemical pregnancy, Dr Groll suggested a biopsy. The results caused him to change my medication schedule the next round and we are currently 8 weeks pregnant.

All staff are kind and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with anyone in this office. The front desk receptionists remember you, the phlebotomists are gentle. They go above and beyond for every patient, every time.

I love going to spring creek. Everyone completely understands how emotional this can be for both partner mostly financially. They do their very best in helping finds ways for partners to afford more expensive treatment. We where suppose to start our ivf treatment in September of 2019 but because the loan amount each month is so much we unfortunately have to wait a little bit longer to make our beautiful family happen we are currently trying to find new jobs that pay more so we can afford the payments so once that happens we will be all set to start our journey and I wouldn't trust any other doctor and staff to us get their. Even though we haven't made the appointment yet the staff still call and che k up on us to see where we are I'm so thankful we are working with Spring Creek Fertility.

Every time my husband and I went for an appointment we always feel so welcome. We can't wait to start our family.

I have a blocked tube and that only gives us a less than 5% chance of making a child on our own. Dr.Groll recommends ivf. That is what we have been trying to work on for awhile now.

Kind, patient and very understanding about how emotional this process is for almost ever patient that comes to spring creek. They seems well educated on how not only to be a great nursing staff but also great with people.
Describe your experience with SpringCreek Fertility.
Their isnt nothing that they haven't covered to all new patients. They seems to really know what is to be expected and are good at what they do. Maybe finding a way to make it easier to get the loans threw prosper or cheaper for the more expensive treatment. I wish their was a way for all insurances to cover aleast 60% of all fertility treatments because not only to people have to pay that and pay for when you do have a baby the hospital bill and any other expenses that people don't see coming with a new baby.

Well its fertility so it's pretty expensive no matter where you go.
