The clinic is very strong in communication with you. They are so compassionate about the work they do. They definitely spend time on your individual protocol and adjust quickly as necessary to give you the hight chance of success

They are usually pretty good at getting you in quickly and scheduling around your schedule. The patient portal isn't the most user friendly but it does have a lot of good information. They are responsive too and call you back quickly.

They are great. They know me by name. Usually there is never much of a wait. The doctors will give you their cell if a serious matter is going on. So it does seem they care.Some of the nurses however seem to not know what is going on. Also, I wish financial would be more up front as apposed to receiving bills as an afterthought.

The front staff is welcoming. The girls even know my name when I go in. And when I leave they make sure to say goodbye. The doctors make sure you understand everything that is going on. They always ask if you have any questions and make sure you feel at ease for anything even if it’s a consult visit. The doctor will tell you everything he is going to do so you don’t feel scared. The hours are wonderful as well. I don’t have to be at work until 8:30 and they always accommodate my appointments even at 6:30 in the morning sometimes. I can’t name of any negative of CORM. All I can think of are good and wonderful things. The online portal allows me to also stay connected with test results and appointments confirmations. I can access is on a desktop and/or my phone if needed. They have been nothing but awesome from my very first appointment.

They always remember you and treat you like a person. They fix what ever issues you have. Their front staff had always worked well together and gotten everything done. The nurses that go in the room with you always let you know what they are about to do before they do it.

I highly suggest this clinic. Everyone is extremely friendly. We have been going there for roughly 2.5 years, don’t really have any complaints besides the fact I still have no baby and that is obviously no ones fault.

This is my favorite clinic by far. The staff are very professional and kind. The office is very welcoming and clean. They make you feel comfortable by answering all your questions and trying to help in anyway they can.

There are multiple offices in and around the city and you have options for each appointment for which clinic to visit based in schedule openings and where you would be closest to at appointment time.

The clinic is amazing, of course there will always be one person that someone won't get along with but overall they are all very professional and take their time and care deeply for all of their patients.

Clinic is nice, clean, organized and located in a convenient place. The staff is friendly and always carrying a positive attitude and willing to help with anything. Whether it be payment arrangements, explaining a procedure or medications

Staff was always great and knowledgeable. For the new patients—- your call will be returned and in a timely fashion (you won’t miss your opportunity for transfer, etc) because they didn’t call and/or leave instructions.

Clinic has a good ambiance I would love to have the tv channel changed 😂but staff are nice always smiling and willingness to explain questions They are kind and respectful, smiling, I’m always looking forward to going to the clinic because it makes me feel like dealing with trusted family
