Dr Hong is great and time spent in person or on phone with her is valuable. Unfortunately, RMA of New Jersey is like a factory - packed waiting rooms, long wait times, huge layer of nurses you have to get through. When doing inseminations or transfers, feels like you see a different doctor every time.
RMA of New Jersey is like a factory...It's a big operation, got the sense they were disorganized. There's a lot of red tape to get anything done. You need to be really proactive about managing your care...Really crowded on weekends - 90+ min wait even just for bloodwork. Weekdays better but you have to go really early.

Describe your experience with your nurse at RMA of New Jersey. (Assigned nurse: Jill Hendricks)
Very tough to get in touch with her. Impossible to even call directly. They have a secure email system which doesn't work half the time. Got the sense the nurses are really overburdened with too many patients. Hard to ever have a live convo on phone - endless voicemails!
