Dr. Tobler’s approach to treatment made us feel like we were a team...honest regarding our chances with IVF. Our outcome closely aligned with his predictions. He was present for retrieval, transfer, saline sonograms, etc. any major appointments. He was easily accessible and I felt comfortable emailing with questions at any time. He would call or email back quickly.
The clinic [Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine] itself provided excellent care. Every person was friendly, helpful, and appointments were easy. From the front desk to billing to ultrasound techs/nurses, everyone was compassionate and knowledgeable...Dr. Tobler’s approach to treatment made us feel like we were a team. He (and our coordinator Maria) were always quick to answer our questions and were always very detailed and thorough with their explanations.
How was your experience with Kyle Tobler at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine?
Our experience was excellent. Due to primary male infertility we were unable to pursue IUI, and Dr. Tobler was honest regarding our chances with IVF. Our outcome closely aligned with his predictions. He was present for retrieval, transfer, saline sonograms, etc. any major appointments. He was easily accessible and I felt comfortable emailing with questions at any time. He would call or email back quickly. I am someone who really likes to explore every possible avenue before moving ahead, and after my first transfer failed Dr. Tobler was willing to try adjustments to my protocol and to perform additional testing. He thoroughly explained why he thought something was helpful or not helpful, great communication. I felt like part of a team in my own treatment which was very important to me, and I never once felt shut down. He is also very professional and compassionate.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Kyle Tobler at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine?

During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Kyle Tobler at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine?
Dr. Tobler’s approach to treatment made us feel like we were a team. He (and our coordinator Maria) were always quick to answer our questions and were always very detailed and thorough with their explanations. No question was “silly” and they were both very patient with us.
Describe the protocols Kyle Tobler used in your cycles at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine and their degree of success.
Retrieval: My basic fertility testing revealed no issues, and I was on the antagonist protocol. My injections were a lower dose, and I produced 11 eggs (10 mature). Dr. Tobler mentioned possibly increasing doses if I were to undergo another retrieval but the goal is no more than around 15 eggs. I was happy with this number. My husband does not produce much sperm, and numbers have varied between 10 to around 3 milllion total, 20ish% motility. For fertilization, we froze 2 vials of sperm just in case, but he did produce a sample with enough sperm on the day of retrieval and we used ZyMot for sperm separation. Dr. Tobler had not used ZyMot before but was willing to try it out. Studies are limited, so we don’t know for sure if this helped, but we had good results: 11 eggs>10 mature>8 fertilized normally>5 embryos>3 PGT-A normal. Transfer: Our first transfer was a standard fully medicated frozen embryo transfer protocol with progesterone in oil injections, estradiol injections and progesterone suppositories and assuming we fell into the standard need of 120 hours of progesterone prior to transfer. First transfer was a failure so we opted for additional testing: ERA, ReceptivaDX, EMMA/ALICE and some additional blood work to check for thyroid and blood clotting issues. We ultimately did 2 months of Lupron depot, added 10 days of vaginal probiotic, and added Lovenox. 2nd transfer has been successful.

Dr Tobler though took the time to explain things and gave us our best options without making us feel belittled or rushed...my husband started HCG in January’s since 4 semen analysis were 0! The HCG worked!!! And now we have a 5 vials of sperm frozen...He listens, he’s kind, he gives options but mostly he treats you as a human and not “just another patient. “
[Nurse at Womack Army Medical Center] has been on this rollercoaster with us for 4 years...She never misses a beat and calls back within the day...a god-send handling my husband and I’s schedule and calling us both back separately for different needs...gets right down to the nitty-gritty but does it in a light that doesn’t make you feel defeated and sad. We have her on speed-dial...
How was your experience with Kyle Tobler at Womack Army Medical Center?
Even though I didn’t/don’t get to see him much. He always puts in orders, meds and is on top of it for us. He’s right down to the point but in the most caring way. He’s laid out several options for us, since my husbands deployed half the year every year he understands the difficulties with both 1. Infertility on top of constant 2. Deployments. My husband was Injured in an IED accident in 2009, which just adds more fuel to the fire but Dr Tobler always comes in to help put the fire out.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Kyle Tobler at Womack Army Medical Center?
You won’t be disappointed. He wants to genuinely get you pregnant. He listens, he’s kind, he gives options but mostly he treats you as a human and not “just another patient. “
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Kyle Tobler at Womack Army Medical Center?
Being at an Army clinic I know military medicine. Dr Tobler though took the time to explain things and gave us our best options without making us feel belittled or rushed.
Describe the protocols Kyle Tobler used in your cycles at Womack Army Medical Center and their degree of success.
We’ve tried Clomid, thyroid meds, I’ve had 3 saline sonograms, 3 Dye sonograms, I was on gonal-f and menopur , my husband started HCG in January’s since 4 semen analysis were 0! The HCG worked!!! And now we have a 5 vials of sperm frozen when the other Drs told us no to HCG over a year ago. We already had our donor sperm picked out and ready to go.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Womack Army Medical Center. (Assigned nurse: Dorian )
Dori has been on this rollercoaster with us for 4 years. She is incredible with the amount of patients she sees daily. Her main goal is to get you pregnant. She never misses a beat and calls back within the day if you leave a message. She’s been a god-send handling my husband and I’s schedule and calling us both back separately for different needs and questions. She gets right down to the nitty-gritty but does it in a light that doesn’t make you feel defeated and sad. We have her on speed-dial 🤪
Describe your experience with Womack Army Medical Center.
It seems intimidating at first. The orientation, the first visit with your assigned DR, the schedules, the phone calls(and missing them) and calling back only to leave a message. But trust me, they will get back to you. They always make time for you. Don’t feel alone because they truly only want to help you! They are all so great!
Describe the costs associated with your care under Kyle Tobler at Womack Army Medical Center.
$450 total for sperm freezing $9,800 for ICSI IVF (cancelled because of corona virus)
Describe Kyle Tobler's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Womack Army Medical Center.
He told us to only transfer one embryo. He said multiple births is a medical mistake/not good.

I think the 1 appointment that was messed up was a scheduling error only bc we chose to move to the next cycle. But they still fit us in that day since we were there.

we only had 1 embryo by the day of transfer [with Dr. Kyle Tobler]...I think he's over-worked and he has too many patients to try to keep track of. I appreciated his knowledge but some of the things he would say I wasn't too sure about. We had our first consultation and then ended up getting pregnant but resulted in an early miscarriage. When we saw him next to chat about the miscarriage, he said "Looks like all you needed was a consultation!". That clearly wasn't the right thing to say considering I had miscarried and was back in his office to try an IUI.
We got 4 mature eggs from retrieval [at Womack Army Medical Center] and by Day 5 transfer, I had one low grade embryo and none left to freeze. That transfer failed. We also did 5 IUI's prior to our IVF and I felt as though the medications could've been managed differently too...Each IUI was $240 for the sperm wash. I never received a bill for any of that...you feel like you're just a number and not really name sometimes. The positives to the clinic, are the discounted prices you receive and you almost never have to pay for meds so that helps the stress and anxiety of infertility. Another negative, if you're doing IUI, they don't bring you in on the weekends, so if your ovulation occurs then, you don't get the chance to do an IUI.
How was your experience with Kyle Tobler at Womack Army Medical Center?
Dr. Tobler was a nice guy. As a doctor, I think he's over-worked and he has too many patients to try to keep track of. I appreciated his knowledge but some of the things he would say I wasn't too sure about. We had our first consultation and then ended up getting pregnant but resulted in an early miscarriage. What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Kyle Tobler at Womack Army Medical Center?
Just spend the extra money and go somewhere else.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Kyle Tobler at Womack Army Medical Center?
The team at Fort Bragg tries hard to get everyone into a treatment cycle for whichever treatment they want to do but when doing that, they just create an environment where people feel neglected. You feel as if you're just a number and they don't necessarily take your problems seriously.
Describe the protocols Kyle Tobler used in your cycles at Womack Army Medical Center and their degree of success.
I am a young, healthy woman so when I was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve, everyone was a little surprised. I was told by Dr. Tobler we would do a high dosage for medications, he said "we're not messing around with this" so I fully trusted him to make that call on dosage. The staff at the clinic also said things about how I'm young and age trumps any lab result so I should respond well to the medications. We got 4 mature eggs from retrieval and by Day 5 transfer, I had one low grade embryo and none left to freeze. That transfer failed. We also did 5 IUI's prior to our IVF and I felt as though the medications could've been managed differently too.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Womack Army Medical Center.
The nursing staff are definitely overworked. Sometimes I felt like they didn't remember me when I would ask questions about my care. They would end up asking me questions about when my next visit was scheduled for and if we ended up having any embryos to freeze. If the staff had less patient load, they could make it feel more personable.
Describe your experience with Womack Army Medical Center.
Womack REI is a good clinic to go to. They do have some downfalls, you feel like you're just a number and not really name sometimes.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Kyle Tobler at Womack Army Medical Center.
Each IUI was $240 for the sperm wash. I never received a bill for any of that. Medications were through the pharmacy and were free. Once in a while, you'd order from Freedom Fertility and would have a co-pay of no more than $30.00. IVF was $8,600. We did a fresh transfer and had no embryos to freeze. We did not do genetic testing.
Describe Kyle Tobler's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Womack Army Medical Center.
We didn't have to discuss this because we only had 1 embryo by the day of transfer.

Everything was very much like herding cattle because they were seeing a good sized group all at once. So no real personal contact. Very rushed. Until I got ohss then I was treated as I would hope to be and had already been.... he [Dr. Tobler] is a good doctor, but you will not have much personal one on one time, as we all felt like cattle being herded. It’s very rushed. Hard to understand what’s happening and the whole process since everything is done in a large group all at once.
Being as I was seeing a doctor at a military treatment facility, that portion was covered, the lab used is civilian owned and contracted with the government/army etc.... I believe this clinic [Womack Army Med Ctr] does care about their patients, but being army, they must do it in groups and it’s chaotic. But our experience was overall good, and we got a “baby in our arms”, as said was their goal, but she wasn’t breathing.... The clinic doctor and nurse have been very compassionate concerning our loss.

Everything was very much like herding cattle because they were seeing a good sized group all at once. So no real personal contact. Very rushed. Until I got ohss then I was treated as I would hope to be and had already been. And once we lost Charlie-Jo at 36 weeks he was compassionate and willing to work us in for future cycles.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Kyle Tobler at Womack Army Medical Center?
That he is a good doctor, but you will not have much personal one on one time, as we all felt like cattle being herded. It’s very rushed. Hard to understand what’s happening and the whole process since everything is done in a large group all at once. You must give your own trigger shot. But If a serious health issue arises he will give you personal attention.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Kyle Tobler at Womack Army Medical Center?
Ivf being done at army facility, they only do I believe 4 a year, they put everyone in a group and do everyone at once bussing in and out like cattle. Very chaotic. Not much one on one time, until I developed severe ohss by day 5, day of my transfer. We had to change to a freeze all, and I had 2 embryos to freeze and 2 morulas, which they tell us are riskier to use, best to do another full cycle and make more embryos because we are both so traumatized from losing Charlie-Jo Gracelynn at 36 weeks, we agree we want more many more embryos to feel secure we may have a chance. After I developed severe ohss, I got more one on one personal time. After we lost Charlie they have tried to work with us on getting in a cycle in March/April for egg retrieval, but must wait until August for a transfer because they don’t do cycles all year.
Describe the protocols Kyle Tobler used in your cycles at Womack Army Medical Center and their degree of success.
I honestly don’t remember most of the shots. Menopure & gonal and something else, I had 3 different ones and one of them I had an allergic reaction to and had to take Benadryl to help curb the side affects. Then there was the trigger shot. I took 2 different suppositories before transfer and and continued one of them 3 times a day. I also wore a hormone patch 3 days and then replace. I have a calendar somewhere with the protocol I can find and send later. Oh! And baby aspirin. And a Valium the morning of transfer.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Womack Army Medical Center. (Assigned nurse: Dori )
Dealing with nurse Dori was amazing. She always took the extra time to explain things and even stayed on the phone with me to help me get through giving myself a trigger shot before I flew back the next day to do transfer. I don’t like needles so she helped me best she could from afar. She always is very responsive via phone, text, or email. Absolutely perfect for her position couldn’t have anyone better.

I believe this clinic does care about their patients, but being army, they must do it in groups and it’s chaotic. But our experience was overall good, and we got a “baby in our arms”, as said was their goal, but she wasn’t breathing. We made it to 36 weeks with Charlie-Jo before delivering our sleeping beauty. The clinic doctor and nurse have been very compassionate concerning our loss.
Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at Womack Army Medical Center.
It was a cattle call with patients staggered and constantly full waiting room and hectic.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Kyle Tobler at Womack Army Medical Center.
Being as I was seeing a doctor at a military treatment facility, that portion was covered, the lab used is civilian owned and contracted with the government/army etc. Our cost was $9,800 and $2,500 for thawing 2 embryos/morulas at a time. We pay a sperm storage fee of 30$ a month I believe, and 50$ a month for our 2 morulas. Of course airfare, and hotel stay until the Fischer house had an opening and I was able to stay there and be close within walking distance of hospital.
Describe Kyle Tobler's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Womack Army Medical Center.
I was on board widh transferring 2 embryos as reccomendes. It resulted in one 36 week stillborn beautiful daughter. We would agree to transfer 2 embryos again.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Womack Army Medical Center.
When I was put to sleep for the egg retrieval, I remember crying in pain. Dr. Tobler later told me that the anesthesiologist failed to give me enough meds and I was moving a lot, I believe this is why I didn’t have more eggs retrieved due to this because they’d counted up more on ultrasound but couldn’t get to them. That was my only frustration and kind of let down. Especially now with losing Charlie, and only 2 morulas left which are more risky to use I am told.

I think he [Dr. Tobler] could have been more compassionate regarding pain I had after a saline sonogram but other than that things went well. He followed up and let us know about our options and was very reassuring about freezing my eggs...I would suggest that they ask for his contact information early on so that they can email him directly. That is very helpful...
This clinic [Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine] does well with helping you through the whole process and are very compassionate...The embryologist is very good at her job which made me feel safer freezing my eggs. They don't have a female provider which I think may be uncomfortable for some women...The nursing staff was supposed to follow up more with the urologist so arrange my egg retrieval to line up with my husband's surgery but I felt that they didn't do that very well and I had to do it myself...

Describe the protocols Kyle Tobler used in your cycles at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine and their degree of success.
We're dealing with severe male factor infertility and IVF was considered our best option. Unfortunately, after retrieving my eggs, my husband's urologist (at a different clinic) wasn't able to retrieve any sperm. We froze my eggs and will eventually need to use a sperm donor. We're taking time to think it through and grieve the fact that my husband will never have biological children but we eventually will choose a donor and create our embryos.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine.
The nursing staff was supposed to follow up more with the urologist so arrange my egg retrieval to line up with my husband's surgery but I felt that they didn't do that very well and I had to do it myself. They took good care of me before and after my procedures and were very reassuring when I experienced some complications.

Dr. Tobler made an effort to see me every time I was In the clinic...I was first on pills only then went to pills and injections.[he] supported my desire to use progesterone...I would see him occasionally for follow up ultrasounds for my cycles...I was allowed to suggest options I had heard from other in my experience. Dr. Tobler made an effort to see me every time I was In the clinic. When the nurses would do my IUI’s he would pop in and wish me success. I would see him occasionally for follow up ultrasounds for my cycles. He really seems like he cares and is involved with my care. From what I see and feel his staff is really interactive with him in my care as well. My last IUI he used an ultrasound to see the IUI, it was so cool to see my baby in that form. I’m forever grateful for my care and my experience. I HIGHLY recommend him.

From the beginning, Dr. Tobler and his staff were very welcoming and catered to our every need...He was real and honest with me from the start and made me aware of what he believed my cause of infertility was. No other doctor was able to diagnose me and without him and his staff,I wouldn’t be pregnant with my rainbow baby...has helped me conceive in just the short 6 months we’ve been with him. He helped break down every procedure and walk me through the steps that he was wanting to take to help me conceive. If I had any questions he was quick to answer all of them and even returned my phone calls in a very timely manner.
Stephanie [at Womack Army Medical Center] was hands down the best nurse that I’ve had. She has always been quick to return phone calls and takes her time to answer all of my questions...Being that this was a military facility and we did not have to undergo IVF or IUI, it has been free so far...They don’t waste your time and make you go through pointless procedures/medicines. They find the perfect medicines for your needs and recommend procedures that will only help in your journey to conceiving. There are no weaknesses to this clinic.

He [Dr. Tobler] seemed distract and not concerned with my situation. He was super short and didn’t fully answer questions. He was nice overall. He does do well with interacting with patients. My main concern is their ability to treat IUI patients with the same care and concern as their IVF patients.... I was on 75 of gonalF and then the pregnyl trigger shot. I started gonalF on day 3 of my cycle and did IUI day 8.... The nurses so much more concern and care than the doctors.
They were in the middle of an IVF cycle and I felt like they did not care about IUI patients.... They get bogged down with phone calls. Sometimes I would relieve callas as late as 10pm at night with lab results.... Due to this clinic being military and only serving military families and IUI will cost $260.... Strength is that they are all very nice. Weakness is that they can get distracted and take too much on. Strength is that they will call you back in a timely manner. Weakness is that if you are an IUI patient during and IVF cycle you will be put on the back burner. Sometimes within the clinic you can feel like just a number to the doctors, but I truly believe the nurses care.

Great communicator but struggles making personal plans for patients. ... no attempt was taken to find why I may be experiencing early losses. ... He [Dr. Tobler] attempts to make the personal connection but when challenges are encountered no change outside of "normal protocol" is sought after for resolution ... 4 cycles of timed intercourse with femara (start with 2.5 mg and move up to 5 mg and 7.5 if needed) then move to 4 iuis with femara 5mg and injectable. Last attempt would be ivf
Very kind and compassionate. They [nurses] were always available to discuss options and concerns. One of the best part of Womack RE is their nursing staff ... Hard to get into an appointment on time and schedule around work hours. Lots of appointments that revolve around a standard protocol from doctors which seems after several years to have been a waste of my time. ... Several times I had to chase down results during a cycle or while experiencing a miscarriage. Neither were pleasant situations and caused emotional stress. ...

Dr. Tobler took his time to explain my diagnosis and the bet course of action to take.... I am honestly impressed with the infertility clinic at womack. I am more than a number. They have diagnosed me with things that other doctors have told me were just inexplicable.... My last cycle was 5 mg of femara and 75 iu of gonal-f. I still do not know the results of the IUI, but I am hopeful, we will be doing 2 more IUI's before moving into IVF.
Stephanie is by far the best nurse in the infertility clinic [Womack Army], she takes the time to call me back in a timely manner, she even calls when she knows that I am on my breaks from work or after I am off from work. When I have, what my husband calls "silly concerns" she answers them anyway. I am very grateful for her and all of the dedication she puts into my care.

He [Dr. Kyle Tobler] explained all procedures well and was sensitive to my bodies needs and my concerns. He is intelligent and showed me compassion. He's also humble, which I appreciate. I never left an appointment feeling like he didn't listen to me or didn't care. I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Tobler...He's easy to talk to, a great listener, and kind. He answered all my questions thoroughly.
[Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine] Weaknesses- You MUST wear a mask during appointments. :/ Strengths- clean, organized, employee knowledgeable staff, compassionate nurses and staff, right down to the billing lady! Scheduling is clean and concise. They always update patient portal. I never feel like I'm WAITING on them. Very efficient!

He [Dr. Tobler] is very nice and down to earth. My overall experience went very well without any hitches which I was very worried about. I always wanted to know how each step went and was always very well informed and given time to ask all of my questions.... I always felt like I was the only patient. They [Womack Army Medical] knew exactly how I was feeling or would tell me how I would likely feel (and were usually correct), and they were very informative with each step (which I really liked)
They [Womack Army Medical Center] are a busy clinic so you have to be proactive in asking questions and having them ready. But if you forget Dorian is always reachable and they are there to help you. They are very detail oriented for a reason so don't be intimidated by this, it is only to help make everything run smoothly.... With Tricare Prime, all my medications and visits were completely covered. I only payed for the IVF procedure which was around $8500

He [Dr. Kyle Tobler] is an amazing doctor very detailed in explanation and patient... very precise and great with explaining of what is going on. I would recommend him to anyone who is struggling to ttc for a long time. He always takes time and never gives up and try to find the reasons for everything...Sometimes it happened that the doctor could jot sign off your prescription right away because they are occupied so it was a little longer waiting time to get your meds.
She [nurse at Womack Army Medical Center] is an amazing person, always available to discuss all steps and makes sure you are not stressing out. Success w/ Doc Too early to know
He [Dr. Kyle Tobler] is very informative let me know what to expect and how to get there I barely started seeing him as of this month of June 2022 so at this point I have not much experience as a patient with him I do expect that he will be a great fit with my journey...He was very welcoming and showed me that he cares about my Journey to parenthood.
Every staff member was very friendly very welcoming [at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine]. Like I mentioned before it was my very first appointment so I’m looking forward to knowing more about the clinic and their strengths. They communicated very well and was able to schedule another appointment that same time so I didn’t have to travel back home and then come back.

His [Dr. Kyle Tobler's] strength is he had a warm bedside manner. Very friendly, looked you in the eyes. Weakness compassion he was very energetic so it may have come across wrong. I had surgery and he wasn't very clear to details or statistics. I felt like it was the first time he was doing one.... The clinic [Womack Army Medical Center-Fort Bragg] was very Detailed. They have a grant for medication so I did not have to pay for that which saved some money. Nurses were always a phone call away and would answer any questions. No weaknesses

Success w/ Doc Not sure
Great communicator and always very responsive. He [Dr. Tobler] gave me hope that we would conceive and he also adjusted my treatment when he saw an opportunity...After our second IUI Treatment failed, we were preparing for our last one. He adjusted my medication slightly which in turn I ended up responding so well as I had many follicles. We decided to convert to an IVF cycle at a reduced cost. I ended up pregnant from that cycle with my twins...
Great team and setup within the site. Only drawback is that they [Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine] don’t bill insurance for OB covered ultrasound and services even though my insurance covered it...In addition financial assistance wasn’t really offered so it would be nice if they gave patients options for financing like care credit etc. so people could get the treatment they need and financing all within the clinic...
How was your experience with Kyle Tobler at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine?

Describe the protocols Kyle Tobler used in your cycles at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine and their degree of success.
We initially started with the thought of doing three rounds of IUI treatment. After our second IUI Treatment failed, we were preparing for our last one. He adjusted my medication slightly which in turn I ended up responding so well as I had many follicles. We decided to convert to an IVF cycle at a reduced cost. I ended up pregnant from that cycle with my twins.
Describe your experience with Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine.
Great team and setup within the site. Only drawback is that they don’t bill insurance for OB covered ultrasound and services even though my insurance covered it. I think they could do more to work with the insurance companies on this. In addition financial assistance wasn’t really offered so it would be nice if they gave patients options for financing like care credit etc. so people could get the treatment they need and financing all within the clinic.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Kyle Tobler at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine.
Because we covered my IUI cycle to IVF due to me responding so well to the drug change, I was able to do the IVF at half the cost of a regular cycle. I believe everything including ultrasound, retrieval, and IVF cycle cost approximately $4800 which was wonderful and affordable due to the discount.
Describe Kyle Tobler's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine.
He went through the risks of multiple embryo transfers and due to my age we decided to transfer the two embryos.

Dr. Tobler was/is always available to answer any questions/concerns we have. He was very patient with us and never showed signs of being overwhelmed, rushed, or impatient...As a patient, he always explained exactly what he was doing before it was done. It was so helpful and gave me a peace of mind that I had never had before I went to Dr. Tobler.
The [Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine] clinic was always very clean and very presentable. The front desk staff were organized and very kind. The billing team was also incredibly nice and explained each charge clearly. Everything was always very clear and we knew exactly what we were paying before anything was done.
How was your experience with Kyle Tobler at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine?
As mentioned previously, Dr. Tobler was/is always available to answer any questions/concerns we have. He was very patient with us and never showed signs of being overwhelmed, rushed, or impatient. Right before we started IVF, my husband had one additional question about a consent form. We reached out to Dr. Tobler and within 15 minutes he had called and we received our answer. As a patient, he always explained exactly what he was doing before it was done. It was so helpful and gave me a peace of mind that I had never had before I went to Dr. Tobler.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Kyle Tobler at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine?
Don't stress! Dr. Tobler knows exactly what he is doing and really takes the time to study you and make a specific plan for you.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Kyle Tobler at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine?
Dr. Tobler was always willing to take as much time as possible to explain the process and answer any questions we had. Before we started the IVF process, we had an hour conversation with him just to go over any questions we had and for him to go through the process. We were only scheduled for 30 minutes but he took the extra time to make sure all our questions were clearly answered. Dr. Tobler followed up several times and always made himself available if we had any questions. Whenever we contacted him, he responded extremely quickly.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine. (Assigned nurse: Zabrina Kopp)
Zabrina was very thorough in the way she explained the meds process and when /how shots were to be administered. She was always very easy to reach and always had the information we needed in our portal.

Describe Kyle Tobler's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine.
Dr. Tobler highly recommended transferring a single embryo for several reasons--most importantly, it would work better for my body. With having unexplained infertility, especially with my first transfer, he recommended a single transfer for the health of me and for the baby. And with how smoothly my process was going, it made sense to transfer one.

Dr. Tobler is thorough in his explanations. His knowledge and passion for fertility is obvious as he discussed our case with us...helped us get pregnant with Gonal-F and IUI on the FIRST try...You won't find a more professional, passionate, and knowledgeable infertility doctor!...He recommended ICSI. If we didn't do ICSI, we likely would not have had any embyos...Given that my wife is 39 years old, he said he felt transferring 2 embryo's was safe and would increase our chance of pregnancy and live birth.
Dori [nurse at Womack Army Medical Center] is amazing. She helped us get everything we needed, despite living in Texas. For example, she coordinated us staying in the Fisher house. She puts herself on call 24-7 during IVF cycles to be available to her patients. When we had to ask her questions during off-hours, she responded with her usual enthusiasm and compassion...Despite us being in a very busy IVF cycle, we had our needs met and never felt like we were being rushed along.

Dr. Tobler helped us get pregnant with Gonal-F and IUI on the FIRST try. We now have a beautiful little boy, who's now 2 years old. We wanted to make him a sibling, we flew across the country from west Texas to North Carolina for IVF with him. Again, we got pregnant on the FIRST try!! :D You won't find a more professional, passionate, and knowledgeable infertility doctor!

Dr. Tobler always gave us every option and let us decide on what our course of action was.
