How was your experience with Linda Sung at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Dr Sung was an amazing Dr. when I sat with her.
I didn't see her often until retrieval, follow up and transfer but when i did she was patient and kind. The communication was lacking from Nurse to patient to Dr. I feel as if I wasnt being taken seriously during my TWW as I started bleeding and was told it was normal. I was watching my progesterone drop and was told I was in normal limits despite seeing it fall. I feel like this was major miscommunication and not relayed to Dr. Sung. I did speak with her afterwards and we discussed my next protocol and that I needed to speak with her and not just the nurses as I felt brushed off. She apologized profusely. I feel that it isn't a situation with the Dr's as it is a situation with the place and being over packed and consistently busy. I don't think they can keep up or keep a personal relationship. More of a factory like atmosphere than a personal clinic.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Linda Sung at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
Be patient...
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Linda Sung at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York?
I had severe OHSS to where I couldn't walk. She told me to come in and helped me with it and guided me. Personally walked me in and out. When our transfer resulted in no pregnancy, Dr. Sung personally called me to tell me that it didn't work, not to give up and we will get there. I was sobbing in Sephora and she told me to go to a quite corner and just cry it out with her. She was supportive understanding. I eventually didn't do my next cycle because I thought I wasn't ready but it was not because of Dr. Sung.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York.
My original Dr was leaving the practice, I was not made aware until he did my embryo transfer and sprung it on me.
I was not asked who my new Dr would be just assigned one. Which is fine because I loved her. So many doctors fluctuated here..
