One huge strength for me was that i was able to use the app to communicate and not have to wait for a call back. I had a great experience with Dr. Simoni. I explained to him that i did not have a good experience with my previous fertility clinic and he really made an effort to ensure that i did not have that kind of experience at RMA. He was honest from the first appointment and gave me realistic expectations. He was clear with my treatment plan and i did not leave the office confused on what was going to be done to my body.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Michael Simoni at RMA of New Jersey?
I have already recommended Dr. Simoni to a friend who will be looking to start the process at the end of this year. I explained to her that they pay attention to detail and treat each patient with respect. I explained to her that Dr. Simoni and his team are on top of things and it is probably one of the best clinics in the area.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Michael Simoni at RMA of New Jersey?
Under Dr. Simoni’s care i felt like a human because he took time to explain things to me. There aren’t many offices where you have direct access to your provider. With the RMA app i could message my provider if i wanted to and if i had any questions he was always there to answer them.
Describe the protocols Michael Simoni used in your cycles at RMA of New Jersey and their degree of success.
Because i recently finished cycles at another clinic and i got back on birth control, Dr. Simoni wanted to give my body a break. He explained what the plan would be and that he suggested i come off the birth control to give my body some rest. He explained all the meds that i would be on and how soon the retrieval would be and the timeframe for the transfer.

The staff was great. I was able to always reach them if i had questions.

My husband and I personally wanted to transfer two, but Dr. Simoni explained to us why the clinic usually only transfers one and we respected and understood the reason behind it.
