Dr. Feinberg explained the process well with the different options I had and was very caring and easy to talk to. I was very pleased with my results and would recommend him to anyone having problems getting pregnant...I had surgery first and found the problem which made it easier for me to decide to go straight to IVF and not try artificial insemination. Then I did a cycle of egg retrieval under a pilot which gave me a lower dosage of shots and less frequent injections but it didn’t get very many eggs (only 3). So I did a second egg retrieval since it came in my package, with a higher dosage and more frequent injections which gave me much better results (8 embryo’s) and then after chromosome testing I transferred one in and got pregnant
Weaknesses [at RADfertility] are the sales reps that make you feel like a number and remind you this is a business. They need to be more compassionate and explain processes and packages better...All the nurses were excellent but the sales people/ my coordinator were not compassionate and just treated me like a number and business.
