Strengths [of ACRM]: wait less than 15 mins to be seen. Staff attitude was pleasant. The facility extremely clean and sterile. Check in via cellphone. Safety was at the top of their list. No weakness I could gather regarding my experience with the practice...Nursing staff was very pleasant and kind. The nurses answered all questions. Also, their response time to question via email was very quick

Nursing staff is great at ACRM because they are extremely responsive if you send an email, and if you prefer to talk on the phone, they make time to call you pretty quickly...Conveniently located near the highway in Atlanta, and they have free parking that’s covered, which is nice! The entire staff is just wonderful; friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable....

My husband and I were so pleased with our care at ACRM and with Dr. Smeltzer. We would highly recommend. They respond to questions promptly, provide an explanation if you ask for more details, and are all very friendly.
Describe the protocols Stephanie Smeltzer used in your cycles at ACRM (CCRM Fertility Network Clinic) and their degree of success.
We have a possible blocked left tube (for me) and had 3 failed IUI’s. After trying for over a year on our own and trying medicated cycles with IUI, we had a consultation with ACRM, and I really just initially chose Dr. Smeltzer based on soonest available appointment. I like that she is young and uses research to make decisions. I found her trustworthy. She said it was time to try IVF, and I was relieved she said that after our last doctor didn’t even think we needed help.

The costs were of course expensive because it’s IVF. We were lucky to be in a position to pay those expenses as they came.
