How was your experience with Tracey Telles at Kaiser Permanente NorCal?
Dr. Telles showed compassion and empathy for what I was going through. She agreed that it’s not fair for anyone to have fertility issues and she was very gentle during every ultrasound. She always asked how I was doing first but wasted no time coming up with a treatment plan for my partner and I. When it came time to move on rob IFV she explained the process in an easy to digest way but also reassured me that I was strong enough to handle it.

The nursing staff did their jobs and always told me what to expect but they often seemed annoyed if I had questions or concerns.
Describe your experience with Kaiser Permanente NorCal.
The clinic was very clean and orderly. It was spacious and felt very private. It was occasionally hard to navigate because it was so big. There was something about it that felt cold and unfriendly, I would have preferred if the clinic had some type of interior decoration or anything to make it more cheerful and less clinical and dreadful.
