He wasn't very talkative and just did what he had to do, though, he always remembered my name.

Didn't really have any kind of relationship or connection with the doctor or staff. It felt more like a process of checking boxes and following directions on a piece of paper rather than having felt like I was well informed and having people guide me through the process. And maybe that's because it was such an overwhelming process for me and I didn't really know what to say or ask. I know many other patients who loved the staff and had a better experience so I can't help but wonder if it was just me.

He always listened and made us feel welcomed in the office. We were new to a diagnosis and new to feeling the pain of losing a child. He never once made me feel rushed and always had me leave feeling full of information

He always talked about my family and asked questions about me. He also told me exactly what to expect.

Dr. Moffitt was very kind & understanding. When there was bad news, he always took the time to personally call me even if that meant working later hours for him. He also gave us an emergency number to reach him which I used once after forgetting to trigger on time. The nursing staff preferred communicating through the portal but always replied by the end of the day which has become pretty standard in higher volume clinics that are affordable & I had no issues.

I felt like a number because it was hard to get in contact with clinical questions. I was always directed to use the patient portal and though sometimes responses were timely, some were delayed and a couple times I did not receive a response. I was given protocols that seemed standardized as instructions that were not explained or barely explained. I wasn’t taught about the process or how I could help or hinder it through lifestyle (other than avoiding caffeine and antihistamines). When I had questions regarding supplements, for example, I had a nurse give me a response based on what Google said. I don’t know if she even asked the doctor. Another nurse provided lots of reassurance that we would have successful outcomes and not have to go through 3 or more EFTs. Later I found out she wasn’t aware of my age and had given these reassurances based on my appearing younger than I am. McKenna M.A., the ultrasound technicians and the nurse anesthesiologist were very kind, responsive and treated me like a person as did MAs for the most part.

Everyone knew me by name and when I called or emailed they got back to me right away and always made me feel like even the silliest question was an important one

When receiving phone calls from nurses i felt more like a human but everytime we saw Dr.Moffitt visits seemed rushed and his manners weren't all that great.

He never seemed to remember who I was. My case was a little unique and it was clear going through my story multiple times that he didn't remember having the conversation before.

Ultrasound rooms have two connected bathrooms. You get put in one and asked to get undressed from waist down. When you hear a knock on the door, you walk to the table and get on while the doctor and nurse are in the room and the last patient was put back in the other bathroom to get dressed. The doctor went from patient to patient with little time in between.

Dr Moffitt provided good information, but also omitted information that I feel would have helped me make better informed decisions. He however was responsive to my concerns and had regulated lab procedures that were not being followed by phlebotomists fixed when I brought them to his attention. He provided his cell phone so I could call him directly if needed. I felt like the nurses sometime took a bit too long to respond, but that could have just been from IVF induced anxiety.

Sometimes he was spot on, helpful, remembered who I am, thoughtful in his delivery of information. Other times, it's like he didn't even read the chart before coming in to see me. I know that all doctors have lots of patients but I want to be treated like the unique person I am.

He calls me personally to check and schedule appointments rather than the secretary. You can tell he really cares.

I wasnt a fan of Dr. Moffitt’s demeanor. He kicked back, crossed his legs tapping a pen on his chin. I felt spoken down to.

I seldom saw Dr. Johnson himself: more often I saw one of his nurses, as they performed nearly all ultrasounds and even the IUIs. When I actually saw Dr. Johnson, he was very kind and knowledgeable and had a good bedside manner.

Dr. Moffitt explained his own struggle with fertility and how it influenced why he got into his practice. He was very methodical, but always treated me like a real person, not a number.

Was direct, gave short but understandable explanations, could have been “warmer” in overall tone and bedside manner.

He could not keep my information correctly, after a failed FET he suggested a ERA which we had done already. During one US he asked if I had a ovary, which coming from a physician who has performed several egg retrievals, this was upsetting.
