This is the most recent data from the CDC. The CDC cautions that it should not be used to compare doctors and clinics. This data represents the outcomes of IVF cycles when using a person's own eggs.
For more information please see our FAQs.
Where you see a “?” on the chart, a clinic has done fewer than 20 cycles in this category and age range, so the CDC says showing percentages from this small data set would be misleading and unreliable.
She [Dr. Angela Kelley] is very compassionate and caring. She was always very patient and would answer all of my questions. She asked personal & sincere questions like "How was your weekend?" and "How are you feeling?" I can tell that she really & truly cares...I felt very comfortable, relaxed with her. I have diminished ovarian reserve and she was very clear about the expectations. Each time, I felt very well-guided, and that there were no surprises ahead. Plus, she is just a very pleasant and nice person.
[The nurse at Aspire Fertility is] Very kind and very easy to understand. She is very organized and responsive to emails...Very short wait times. Very compassionate people, from the moment of check-in to check-out. Parking was easy to accessible - and free! Dr. Prokai did some of my scans and he was SO nice and personable as well. He and Dr. Kelley are truly a dream team and their staff is so wonderful! They are on-top of everything; the follow-up is really great.

I have Stork Fertility so the cycle was covered through insurance.
[Dr. Amanda Skillern] is straight forward. She explains and she tells you what is best but still allows you to make the choice. She was always avilable or someone on the team was to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Dr Skillern. However my first transfer did result in pregnancy. I felt horrible and questioned myself but after meeting with the Dr she made me feel its not my fault and even put her own personal story out there.
Everyone [at Aspire Fertility] is helpful and does their best to accommodate you. From when you walk in the door until you leave. From the front desk to financial desk to the treatment room you feel special. I would refer this clinic because I always felt like I left knowing everything I needed to know and if I disnt I could always call or email.... [Dr. Amanda Skillern] is straight forward. [Dr. Angela Kelley] listened to the difficulties we were going through. She evaluated my old records and paid attention to the details. She discussed what treatment options were available and the risks/benefits of each and success rate of each. We felt like we had a clear plan and knew what to expect. Luckily for us, it only took one cycle of Femara for us to become pregnant and have our healthy daughter!...Femara 5 mg Day 3-7, with ultrasound monitoring, and then HCG trigger shot and timed intercourse... listened to my story to get a full picture of what my husband and I were going through.
Good access to the clinic [Aspire Fertility]. The team communicated well. I had emergency surgery due to an ectopic pregnancy, she personally checked on me and called. It was such a difficult moment, yet I couldn't have asked for better care and support. We met to discuss how I felt and come up with a future plan...Dr. Kelley is incredibly caring, has wonderful bedside manner and I'm grateful to have her as my doctor..
Everyone is caring and compassionate. They always take the time to answer questions, yet appointments are timely and scheduling is quick. The staff is informative and you will still be in and out of the clinic fairly soon...[the Aspire Fertility nurse] typically calls the same day with blood work results and even quicker with questions during treatment, cycles.

From our very first consultation, Dr. Prokai handled our case with a personal touch an incredible amount of empathy. Each time we saw him, he took the time to check in on us personally (weekend plans, how we were feeling etc.) and not just from a medical perspective...First round IUI - Clomid with Ovidrel. We noticed this caused my lining to be a bit thin. Because of this we changed strategies for the second round
Aspire is extremely welcoming and filled with kind people. Appointments were always on time, scheduling was easy, and the staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everyone from the front desk to the nursing staff works to make your experience as mentally/emotionally painless as possible...They were always lightning fast and thorough. It's clear that they're passionate about this work and care deeply for their patients.
How was your experience with David Prokai at Aspire Fertility - Austin (Prelude Network clinic)?
We feel incredibly lucky to have seen Dr. Prokai through this process. Unexplained infertility is both a good and bad thing - good because nothing is wrong, bad because nothing is wrong (and still nothing is happening!). It can be very confusing, isolating and sad. Dr. Prokai balanced empathy and optimism with educating us and presenting the facts. He always took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and patiently. On my first visit I mentioned how I hated getting blood drawn - he stayed back while the nurses did this and just chatted with me to distract me. I knew then that he would be different. All of our fears going into this process were quickly alleviated- we trusted in Dr. Prokai and his plan - he didn't let us down. Now we are pregnant with our baby boy and couldn't be happier! While we hope we don't have to go through this again, we would in a heartbeat knowing Dr. Prokai is on our team.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of David Prokai at Aspire Fertility - Austin (Prelude Network clinic)?
Trust him, be honest and communicate! He will always give you the time if you need it- so don't shy away from it.
