I was neutral on her personality. I didn’t feel like my treatment was individualized and did not see her for any monitoring. I didn’t feel like she took the time to figure out what was going on before jumping into IVF.

Make sure you understand that it may not be Dr. Wells who makes decisions during your cycle.

She used 375 of Gonal-f 150 menopur 250 cetrotide Did 11 days of stims.

Dr. Lindsay is knowledgeable doctor. She was able to convey to my issues to me in terms of my own understanding and address my needs immediately. She was very direct about the course of treatment that I need to have. Dr. Wells was always prompt and straight to the point. It is my belief that she is an exceptional doctor, compassionate and straight to the point.

My one piece of advice I would give to a prospective patient is to be ready to move forward with treatment because Dr. Wells is ready to move forward as soon as she knows what your need is.

She was truly amazing. Gave you the feeling that she is going to make it happen. Also has a great bedside manner. She was very detailed with every step along the way. She also was very available to answer and question I had at all times of the day

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Wells. She is a highly capable doctor with a compassionate approach. She the perfect combination for this type of field. It is not an easy process for people to go through, so it’s important to find someone who can help You reach your end goal.

Trust her judgement. She is incredibly smart and will do what she thinks is best for you.

I really don’t remember the details, but felt that it was all fair and worth the cost associated with it.

Dr. Wells made the vulnerable experience of IVF feel like a breeze. She explained everything in detail as a way to comfort us. She made adjustments as she deemed necessary, so we didn’t feel like our experience with IVF was rushed in any way to get it over with. She walked us through it step by step and it was very comforting.

This is a vulnerable and difficult experience, so don’t hesitate to ask even the simplest question. Dr. Wells is very knowledgeable and will create a fertility plan that is personalised to your situation.

Dr. Wells decided that IVF was the best treatment plan for our case. She started by giving me vitamins to strengthen the quality of my eggs three months prior to the egg retrieval. I was given medication to stimulate my eggs and was monitored by Dr. Wells for several weeks until she decided that my body was ready for retrieval. After retrieval, there was a two week windows where we waited for the embruja to mature to day5 and be genetically tested. Afterwards, Dr. Wells began to prepare my body for an embryo transfer. I expressed my anxiety about the transfer to Dr. Wells and requested the transfer of two embryos to be on the safe side. She explained to me that based on our situation, transferring two embryos will do more harm than good, and that my body has a better chance of a successful transfer with one embryo. I began taking medication to prepare my uterine lining for transfer. Again, I was monitored by Dr. Wells several times a week my body was ready for transfer. The transfer procedure was quick, comfortable, and easy. I was monitored by Dr. Wells until week 10 of my pregnancy.

I was anxious about the embryo transfer and expressed my feeling with Dr. Wells and my inclination to two embryo transfers. She explained to me that based on my situation that would do more harm than good because my body was perfectly healthy.

I loved Dr. Wells. She gave us the facts of the treatments, showed us (upfront) the likelihood of the treatment working, and once my husband and I made our decision she was in full support, continuing to be both kind and encouraging through the whole process. I think my one wish was that we could have seen more of her, but busy doctor is in high demand for a reason: she’s good at her job!

Be realistic in your expectations but be hopeful…If anyone can make your baby-making dreams come true, it’s Dr. Wells and Audubon Fertility!

We did an injectable ovulation stimulator (Letrizole) and one round of IUI using my own eggs and my husband’s sperm. These were recommended since I had a good ovarian reserve for my age. (40 at the time of treatment)

IUI was between $3,500-$4,000 for everything, but compared to IVF it wasn’t pricey, and we had budgeted for several rounds of treatment ahead of time. Also, this is pretty average/normal compared to what I’ve read IUI costs at other clinics.

3 medicated IUIs, unsuccessful. Moved on to IVF with standard medication. FET 1 - medicated, MC 6weeks+2, SCH, PGS normal embryo. FET 2 - medicated, MC 7weeks+2, SCH, PGS normal embryo. Cycle 3 - natural cycle, unsuccessful, PGS normal embryo. FET 4 -cancelled due to early ovulation prescribed Lupron. FET 4- successful, 2 embryo transfer, 1 embryo stuck. Added lovenox. We did have two hysterscopy, two endometriosis biopsies, and blood clotting disorder tests. All tests were negative. Baby aspirin, PIO 1 ml, and prenatal in all medicated transfers.

Approximately: IVF - $14000 inclusive, separate PGS fee, embryos stored on site and included 1 FET. Each transfer after was $4000 including laboratory, facility, embryologist, and physicians fees.

Single embryo transfers for our first 3 transfers. Fourth transfer 1 day 6 good/good not tested and 1 day 5 good/fair tested embryo; one stuck. We preferred to not transfer more than one due to complications of multiples but trusted in our doctor for our last transfer.

I couldn’t have imagined a better experience at Audubon Fertility with Dr. Wells. Going through IVF can be vulnerable and isolating at times but Dr. Wells and her staff made me feel completely supported. After meeting with multiple fertility doctors both locally and around the country- I felt that Dr. Wells’ skill, expertise and calm demeanor were the right fit for me. And she lived up to my very high expectations. Through all of our visits- Dr. Wells and I built a trust, and I truly felt heard and understood.

Dr. Wells completely informed me of the pros and cons of the process and different aspects of decision making. I felt extremely well informed and comfortable with single embryo transfer.

It's such an emotional undertaking when a person seeks out treatment for infertility. It's occasionally hard to balance your expectations for support with what is feasible for a clinic to provide, given the limitations of what doctors can do. They are not magicians, and they cannot conjure a baby for you out of thin air. However, I found Dr. Wells and Dr. Ulrich to be compassionate, and their staff was warm and accommodating. Most importantly, I felt support in the process and had all my questions answered. I had a medication issue arise when I was undergoing a cycle of treatment over Thanksgiving weekend, and I was able to get in touch with clinic staff to talk me through next steps, which was greatly appreciate. IVF is such an expensive endeavor if you have no insurance coverage for treatment of infertility, and Dr. Wells' staff is sensitive to costs and the stress that is associated for paying for IVF. I would absolutely recommend her to others for infertility treatment.

Many infertility patients view their IVF doctor differently if they are paying out of pocket for treatment, and may have heightened expectations of additional attention or support than they might have for an ordinary provider.

The clinic was well organized, and wait times were usually less than 5-10 minutes. For monitoring, I recall having a set time in the morning for ultrasounds, but blood work could be performed in a range of times.

I don't recall specifics, but I believe overall one round of IVF cost us around $21,000.

Dr. Wells was great for us and to us. We had so many questions that needed answers as we were getting started, and she was very patient with us. She talked us through the process about what we could expect to what the ideal outcome would be for our particular situation. I would highly recommend her and Audubon Fertility.

Ask questions and be patient with yourself during the process.

We started with IUIs which failed/did not result in a positive pregnancy test. We were told that the chances of an IUI being successful were not as high as IVF (I appreciated the honesty), but we wanted to start there anyway. The doctors allowed us to make that call for ourselves. We then started treatment/medication for retrieval and then our first round of IVF. My retrieval was quick and painless - by the end of everything, we go 2 perfect embryos, and decided to implant one at a time. The instructions given to prep for procedures were easy to follow. We did my first transfer (1 embryo), and 2 weeks later when I returned to the office, I was pregnant resulting in 1 full term healthy baby. About a year later, we went back for one more, our final, transfer (1 embryo), that again was successful and led to another full term healthy baby.

I don't remember our specific cost(s), but I know it was expensive! Luckily, my husband's company covered most of the cost for the process for our first child. We also had great coverage for our second round, but some things were out of pocket. The billing coordinator was helpful in walking us through this and helping make everything make sense.

When I first met Dr. Wells, I found her somewhat cold and pragmatic. I am of advanced maternal age and had suffered a miscarriage, and I found her approach helpful because it helped me be unemotional about our chances of conceiving. I found her to be kind and warm as we continued working with her. When we had a setback during our first retrieval round and had to cancel, she called me and talked me through her thought process and how we'd change course for the next try. It felt like real data-informed decision-making, and I appreciated her approach.

Don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions!

When I started with the clinic, I had a high ovarian reserve (for my age, especially), and we didn't expect any challenges with egg retrieval. When my follicles didn't respond to the injections, they reran my bloodwork and found that my AMH levels had plummeted in a few months, and they decided to put me on estrogen before the next retrieval round. We had much better results.

As I recall, a round of IUI was ~$3,000, a round of egg retrieval was $15,000 (plus medication), and a transfer was ~$5,000 (plus medication).

Dr. Wells is passionate about her field. She treats her patients with great care and attention. She has high expectations of herself and her staff, and her confidence in her practice is reassuring throughout the IVF process. She bases her decisions off of research and each clients individual needs and circumstances. She always addressed me by my name and has a calm and loving demeanor. She believes in what she does, and she wants the same results that her patients seek.

Be patient and trust Dr. Wells. Do not turn to the Internet for research and reassurance because Dr. Wells will tell you valid information, and you will save yourself a lot of unnecessary worries and fears.

In 2018, my husband and I first visited after six months of trying Clomid with my regular OB/GYN. Dr. Wells conducted routine testing such as bloodwork, uterine dye exam, etc. my husband was considered normal, and I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility at age 30. She suggested IVF because the likelihood of IUI for unexplained infertility was low. Round 1: After medications, injections, and sperm collection, the egg retrieval was successful within four months of our original consult. We had 15 eggs retrieved, 12 mature, and three remaining after five days of growth. All three were frozen with no genetic testing. We transferred a fair/fair embryo and had a negative pregnancy test. Two months later, we transferred both remaining fair/poor embryos and gave live birth nine months later to a perfectly healthy boy. Round 2: In 2022, my husband and I decided to try IUI because of our success with IVF and great pregnancy. After three failed rounds, we began our second cycle of IVF three years after our son was born. All bloodwork was normal, semen analysis was normal, and medications were administered without issues. After the egg retrieval, we had 12 eggs, two after five days of growth, and one genetically tested as normal. I am currently pregnant with a baby girl.

Both IVF rounds cost about $22,000 each after tests, medications, etc. Three rounds of IUI was about $6,000.

Dr. Wells uses her best judgment. She based her decisions on the quality of the eggs time of transfer.

Dr Wells looked at my history with a previous Dr and clinic and tried something completely different and it worked! I had previously done ivf with our own embryos but suffered losses with each transfer. We decided to pursue donor embryos and rather than aggressively try all kinds of medications, she suggested we take a step back and try a natural cycle. We loved our previous Dr but Dr Wells gave a new perspective, one we hadn't expected and it was worth the risk as we were finally successful and on our first try!

We were very happy with the care I received from Dr Wells, however when it came to transfer day they had the other Dr at the clinic do the transfer, not her. The other Dr was fine but I was disappointed to not have my Dr do the transfer.

We went from doing heavily medicated protocols with a previous Dr (using our own embryos) to Dr Wells suggesting a natural cycle with donor embryos. She also suggested we do a mock transfer. I believe she felt that our past transfers failed due to egg quality and not my ability to conceive, so in using donor, she didn't feel I would need all the extra medications to have success.

I do not remember the costs involved.

Dr Wells highly recommends single embryo transfers.

Dr. Wells and Dr. Ulrich were both extremely helpful to both my wife and I. I underwent IUI (mainly under Dr. Wells and the NP at the time). My wife underwent IVF (under both Dr. Well and Dr. Ulrich, with Dr. Ulrich being the primary caretaker). We both got pregnant successfully and have 2 healthy babies. They were both very empathetic to our needs. I am in medicine so I like to know every detail of every step and they explained it all very thoroughly.

The only thing we would change is some of the communication with the clinic during the IVF process. Otherwise, everything was great!

During my IUI treatment, I had 6 vials of sperm. They knew I really didn't want to do IVF nor did I want a twin pregnancy, etc. so they were very cautious in the doses used for my medications also taking into account how many vials of sperm I had to use. For my wife's IVF treatment, we had a similar experience. We only had 3 vials of sperm though. It was very important for us to use the same sperm donor so that our children were biologically related. After 2 rounds of IUI were not successful for my wife, we had a meeting with the clinic and they said the odds for IVF were much higher so suggested we go that route. We were extremely hesitant due to the cost and the hormones you have to take; however, given it was our very last vial of sperm, we went forward with it. My wife got pregnant on the first embryo transfer! Now we have 2 beautiful babies, one boy and one girl, with the same sperm donor.

Dr. Ulrich not only treated us with tip-top service during our 4 month journey with her (including phone calls from her with big news) but she watched my charts closely and pivoted strategy to create a successful outcome. My husband and I were told I'd likely never become pregnant with our own egg and sperm by another fertility clinic, so we went to Audubon to get a second opinion and didn't expect a different opinion going into that meeting. We're thankful Dr. Ulrich made her own professional opionion and that it differed from what we were told by the other clinic. Our lives have been changed forever because of it!

Every patient is different, so try not to copy what a friend is doing or assume you'll have the same experience. Gather as much research as you can. There's a government website that shows success rates between clinics, and I wish I'd seen that before I started with another clinic.

In my first ultrasound, which was performed by Dr. Wells because Dr. Ulrich was out of town, it was identified that my left fallopian tube appeared to be filled with fluid. She said we'd need to remove it if that was the case later on, and that's what we did in between the retreival and implant. She suspected that my appendectomy from years ago caused that, but the other fertility clinic that I worked with never identified that. She added an injection regiment to help prevent me from ovulating early before the retreival, which had happened previously with another clinic, but the other clinic didn't think the medicine would work in preventing it. She also watched my charts daily when it got down to the week of the retreival, and it was touch and go as far as what day I would have my retreival because she wanted to make sure I wasn't going to miss the opportunity due to premature ovulation. It worked! Leading up to the transfer, I had opted for a natural cycle, but she called me in the middle of the cycle and said my estrogen levels weren't acting as expected and we needed to do a controlled cycle with progesterone injections.

They're really similar to the competing clinic in town, but they line item more services so for example, if you're not able to have an embryo implantation done, you don't pay for it.

I have a bicornate uterus, so it was highly recommended to place 1 embryo instead of multiple.

Dr. Ulrich performed both of our Embryo transfers and made sure to keep us in the loop every step of the way. She communicated every change in protocol, and made sure we were always educated on our situation. She always met our concerns with compassion and understanding.

To make sure to always communicate their needs and concerns as they come up to avoid confusion or miscommunication. Audubon always responded to any questions we had in terms we understood and in a timely manner.

Our first embryo transfer was a single embryo transfer with Estrogen supplements and PIO shots (so a medicated cycle). After this transfer failed we made the decision to move to a "natural" transfer for the next cycle. We monitored my cycle and used trigger shots to time ovulation and decide when to transfer. We used progesterone suppositories to maintain a healthy progesterone level to sustain a pregnancy. We transferred two embryos the second time around and both stuck.

We had great insurance coverage (90% covered) so I feel like what we paid was fair.

We transferred a single embryo the first time, and did a double embryo transfer the second time. We were informed of all of the risks of transferring multiples and were helped to make an informed decision based on the information we had from our doctors.

She is overall a great doctor. I like that she can give information about the whole process. She has also struggled with fertility so in a way I felt like she truly cared but also understood where I was coming from as a patient.

She comes across as really warm and bubbly. Initially I didn’t like that, frankly I took it as being fake. But that was me being stuck in a negative mindset. Infertility is terrible but try to go in with a positive mindset and you can get so much from her. She really is so knowledgeable.

Spoiler alert: We have two beautiful boys, all thanks to Audubon Fertility. After about 15 months of struggling with fertility, including several failed Clomid treatments with my OB/gyn, my husband and I were told we needed to seek treatment at a fertility clinic if we wanted a family. It felt like such defeat — I had failed as a woman. Nonetheless, we made the call to Audubon, and we’ve never made a better decision. It still wasn’t easy. But Dr. Wells and her team wouldn’t give up (even when I was ready to do so) until they figured out a way to get us pregnant. Now we have two beautiful and amazing boys. We cannot imagine our lives without them. If you’re at all considering fertility treatment, pick up the phone now and give Audubon Fertility a call.

For the IUIs, we did Follistim, starting with pretty low doses (perhaps 75IUs? — it’s been since 2018). The rationale, as I recall, was that my hormone levels indicated a good egg supply and I was only 35, so she was concerned about multiples if the dose was too aggressive. For each IUI thereafter (2 more), she ramped up the dose of Follistim. For IVF, we did much larger doses of Follistim (I want to say 300 IUs per night), followed by some additional injections a few days later, but I don’t recall what they were specifically. For the transfers, we started with two “traditional” (my word, not Dr. Wells’s) cycles using progesterone oil and oral estrogen. Both failed. We only had one viable embryo left and asked whether we should consider doing another retrieval before transferring that embryo in case it was successful and then we wouldn’t be able to do another retrieval until after the baby was born (and we wanted two kids). Dr. Wells suggested that we could combine the two — I.e., stimulate ovulation to do a retrieval and then do a transfer of the last embryo from the first retrieval a few days later (we called it a “natural cycle” in that there would be no progesterone oil injections or oral estrogen). In addition to that, Dr. Wells suggested we do a receptivity assay. My understanding of her reasoning was that there seemed to be no good explanation for why the first two retrievals (with genetically-tested embryos) failed. We did the assay (using the “natural cycle” method), which showed that my lining was completely receptive. (This was a bit disappointing because we still had no explanation for the failures, although we’ll never know if the progesterone oil/estrogen approach would have yielded the same results). Along with the assay, she tested for inflammation, which tested positive, so she prescribed some antibiotics. After completing the antibiotics, we went forward with the “natural cycle” transfer, and it was successful. Although I wasn’t taking progesterone oil, Dr. Wells did have me supplement with Crinone to boost my throughout the majority of the first trimester. And we eventually had a healthy baby boy. About 4 or 5 months after he was born, we did another retrieval (same protocol as before, although I recall we used the brand other than Follistim of the same drug). That resulted in another 3 viable (genetically-tested) embryos. Once we were ready (about 18 months after the birth of our first so ), we decided to try to have another baby. We did one retrieval (again using the “natural cycle” protocol that had been successful the first time), and on the first go got pregnant, eventually having a second healthy baby boy.

I think that the IUIs (not including medication) were about $1,500. I don’t recall exactly with the IVFs, but I think each retrieval (with meds) was in the mid-$20k range. I had the impression that the cost was consistent with the going rate.

My impression was that Dr. Wells had a strong presence for single-embryo transfer (at least in my case) given her IVF success rate and the risks of a multiple-pregnancy.

Dr Wells did an excellent job of explaining all options with the positive and negative of it all. She was direct and to the point which was nice. There were times when she could have been more personable but I think trust is more important in these circumstances and I totally trusted her.

Ask questions, continue to probe. She may not offer the information unless you ask but is more than willing to answer questions.

It seemed very routine for Dr Wells. By that I mean, she was confident in what she was suggesting every step of the way. I don't have specifics but nothing seemed disproportionate to the circumstance.

Fertility is always expensive! Dr Wells was worth every penny

We discussed implanting 2 on my last implant. Dr Wells suggested against it unless we were fully prepared, mentally and financially to handle multiples. I had a history of high blood pressure so she suggested strongly against it due to risks during pregnancy.

Personally, I had a great experience with Dr. Wells. She has a quiet calmness about her that I appreciated. I'm sure she could come across as not being warm and fuzzy, but that wasn't what I was looking for in a doctor so I preferred her calm assuredness. And she was able to give me a baby with the one, single, solitary embryo I had.

Trust her with your care and don't try to take it into your own hands. Google is full of answers, yes, but they are answers about other people's diagnoses and other people's care. She is the only one who knows the nuance of your situation. Trust her to do what she does.

I had low AMH and did an egg retrieval with hormone injections. I don't remember specifics of my medications but know that I was on a very high dosage protocol to maximize the number of eggs I could produce. That number ended up being only six but she was able to retrieve all six. Five fertilized. Four made it to day 5 and were genetically tested. Only one was genetically complete. That one stayed frozen for about three months and was transferred successfully.

Dr. Wells is very professional and clear. We did have to ask questions sometimes in order to fully understand the process. She was always happy to oblige and we never felt rushed. We were also never pushed in any particular direction with our care. She simply explained the options and potential outcomes but really left it up to us to make these personal decisions (IUI vs. IVF and/or PGS, as some examples). When we did ask recommendations about things, such as singleton vs multiples, she gave us her POV based on industry data/research/stats. In the OR Dr Wells was fantastic - I had a few procedures - 1 HSG, 1 egg retrieval, 2 embryo transfers - she was extremely calm in her demeanor.

Don't be shy to ask her all the questions! Also, unfortunately a pregnancy or live birth is not always feasible, even with Fertility. When we experienced unsuccessful rounds of IUI, and one miscarriage, we were so disheartened. I personally wanted to blame someone, anyone. It's easy to shift blame to the Dr. It was no one's fault. Sometimes it's just not the right time. Keep up hope, there are so many ways to have a family. We are today blessed with two gorgeous little humans.

We came into Fertility after not being able to conceive on our own. Given my age (35 at my first visit) we started by evaluating my ovarian reserve and any male factors. Given the results of that we decided with Dr Wells to try rounds of IUI with ovarian stimulation. It was explained that I would ovulate a number of follicles at once which would increase the chances of multiples. And it was explained that if we chose to do a reduction, we could not in the state of Louisiana do that. We had 3 rounds of unsuccessful IUI, then 1 successful round resulting in a singleton pregnancy, which unfortunately ended in miscarriage at ~8 weeks, we tried 1 more round of IUI which didn't succeed. At that point we were tired and took a break. A couple years later in 2018 (I was age 38) we returned after we had conceived naturally but lost that pregnancy too. We decided along with Dr Wells that given the recurrent pregnancy losses without explanation that the best course of action might be IVF along with PGS to rule out any genetic factors in the losses. We began the process for egg retrieval - 13 eggs were retrieved, 8 of them became blastocysts, and after we had PGS, we had 4 viable embryos left. We had our first FET in June of 2018, resulting in the live birth of our son in March of 2019. In 2020 we decided to try again and had our second FET in Aug 2020 resulting in the live birth of our daughter in April 2021. No complications with either pregnancy. I stayed on the progesterone shots for both pregnancies through week 10, I believe.

If I recall correctly, the original egg retrieval and insemination and PGS together were in the range of $10-$15K - that was a long time ago, so that may not be accurate.

When we had asked about one vs multiple embryo transfer it was explained that the fertility community was starting to move away from recommending multiples due to the risks both to the babies and to the parent, and also given my age that it would pose more risks. We were satisfied to try for one at a time.

Dr. Wells was fantastic. She truly made our whole experience easy! She was always kind and had a smile and made you feel at ease. We had a successful IVF transfer after coming to her for a genetic condition that we had to test for.

Have some questions ready, but it’s a lot of information, so bring a notepad so you can remember everything. If you have questions after, you’ll have no issues getting them answered.

We did one cycle of IVF. We did PGS testing on the embryos due to a genetic condition. After getting our healthy embryo results, we did a frozen transfer. I was on estradiol and progesterone for 10 weeks. We have a healthy baby!

My insurance through work covered a large majority of our costs. It was about $3000 from start to finish. We did have additional costs from testing because of my genetic condition, but that was expected.

We only did single transfer because I didn’t have history of fertility issues, only a genetic condition.

Dr. Wells is a very thorough and dedicated physician. She was professional and very easy to talk to with any problems that arose. It was Nice to see her so often at our frequent office visits as at our last fertility clinic we barely were able to see or speak to our doctor. She even took the time to call me more than once to discuss our treatment plan that involves a very personal family issue that had direct effect on whether we would continue with treatment. She cared about our situation.

To trust the process. She will be there every step of the way to ensure she does everything she can to try and expand your family. Although some things are simply out of her control, she will do her best.

We used follicle stimulating medications (follistim and menopur). the initial plan was to try for a fresh transfer after egg retrieval. We pushed the stims a few extra days because I had a few follicles that we lagging and we wanted to give them a little longer to grow without totally ruining the cycle. With that decision we knew that it would Be possible that my hormones would in turn no longer be in the appropriate range for a fresh transfer. We were made aware of this possibility up front. That is what ended up happening, and we moved forward with freezing the embryos and then the following month transferring 1 embryo. That transfer failed. My husband and I with the direction of Dr. Wells decided the next month to move forward with another transfer and to transfer 2 embryos that were frozen together. Another reason this was done is that we did not have genetic testing done on the embryos and therefore assumed that’s why the first transfer failed since everything else was great. In hindsight I wish we would have done genetic testing even though counseled that since we were both young and healthy that we probably would be ok not doing so. The second transfer produced a single ton pregnancy and my daughter is now 1.5 years old.

We paid for everything up front before beginning treatment. Once funds were paid we were able to move forward.

She was cautious with her approach. She said she almost never transfers multiple embryos up front. We started with a single transfer and then moved forward with a multiple embryo transfer once that failed

Juneau was amazing. From her being honest and open to what could or couldn’t happen. To getting us the treatment we needed to hopefully be able to conceive. She went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel comfortable. She had a great personality and just made us feel good at every visit even when we knew things weren’t going as expected.

Even when you’re sad be prepared to laugh and smile with Dr Juneau. She is great at opening her heart and making every situation good or bad better.

During our first round of IUI, Juneau did just oral meds. We did I believe 3 days and I came back to see follicle development before triggering for IUI. We had like 1 or 2 viable for the transfer. For the second IUI, we did injections. Just the normal maybe 5 days I went in every 2 days to check follicle development. We trigged with I believe 3 that time. On our last round we did a lot more injections as my body was not responding as quickly to the meds to mature follicles. In the end we had 4 on one ovary and 1 on the other before we triggered. Still then with as many as we had no luck in getting pregnant.

We spent at least 15,000 with the 3 IUIs plus ultrasounds and bloodwork procedures when going to fertility. Not counting the funds for when I got pregnant to do ultrasounds, bloodwork and genetic testing another 3,000 at least.

None she was amazing.

I only saw Dr. Wells once or twice. The times I did see her she was very professional, answered all my questions, and treated my husband and I like family. For my iui procedures I mainly saw Jaime the nurse practioner. She has the same demeanor as Dr. Wells, very patient, understanding, warm, and caring. I cannot save enough good things about Dr. Wells and staff office.

Ask questions. If you dont understand something ask as many questions as you want. Write down everything you want to know before your appointments in case you forget. Be patient and try to relax.

I took Letrozole, then did Follistim injections, then a trigger shot, folled by intrauterine insemination that my husband gave 36 hours after trigger shot. We also had to use frozen samples from my husband due to his schedule in the military. He was not always able to give a fresh sample.
