Dr Ditkoff always has answered my many questions and always has a course of action for the next attempt(s). He's very patient and helps you understand the process. He has a great bedside manner but isn't afraid to get down to business.... I felt like he was on my side and genuinely wanted us to be pregnant as well. He has a great sense of humor too, which helped break the tension.
I've had a few amazing nurses [at CNY-Albany] there that are my favorite. I'm a travel patient now so, I only get to see Stacy and Kimmie for the procedures and they are amazing.... I found out through the portal about a negative beta a couple hours before receiving the phone call. I was in the waiting room, waiting for the results.... Ask questions, look over your meds and instructions to make sure everything is there. Order all prescriptions in advance (set reminders on your phone to order) Progesterone in oil is needed up to 6 days before transfer (depending on how many days your embryos are)

Dr Ditkoff always made sure I fully understood everything. I felt like he was on my side and genuinely wanted us to be pregnant as well. He has a great sense of humor too, which helped break the tension.

I've had a few amazing nurses there that are my favorite. I'm a travel patient now so, I only get to see Stacy and Kimmie for the procedures and they are amazing.

He [Dr. Michael Grossman] was really easy to talk to and understanding. Explained things really well. Was amazing and caring when I lost my first pregnancy. He counseled me appropriately, and performed the D&C. I always felt like a priority to him...Started with letrozole and iui which resulted in pregnancy on the first cycle. I miscarried at 8 weeks, and did a few more letrozole cycles. He then switched me to an injectable cycle (menopur, Gonal F) with iui. I had a successful pregnancy on the second injectable cycle.
[CNY Fertility Center is a] Beautiful facility, provides holistic care with a spa above the clinic. Only weakness is that hours are a little funny so that it gets really packed at times. Even so, appts move fast and they do what they can to reduce wait time. And offer chair massages in the waiting room when it’s busy!...They [nurses] were all amazing...He [Dr. Grossman] was very caring, sensitive, and clear with delivery of information.

Dr Grossman has been caring, honest, professional, compassionate and optimistic.

Dr Grossman increased my injectiblea dosage after the 1st failed IUI and used a method he referred to as "hitting the gas and the break" at the same time to attempt to thicken my lining and grow follicles at the same rate.

Caring, compassionate and very down to earth. I would request Nicole often because she always remembered and understood my issues and was diligent.

Dr.Ditkoff is a very warm and friendly doctor. The first time I met him I felt very comfortable with him during our first consultation. He is very thorough with all his tests and blood work. He repeated test that my OB had done and discovered things that she thought were minor to be slightly major. He is open and receptive to ideas and plans of action...Was on 5mg of Clomid for 2 cycles with Dr.Ditkoff (had 2 cycles with my OB). 5mg of Letrozole for 4 IUI's. 100mg of Endometrine once a day. Last IUI cycle Crinone 8% gel twice a day. Novarel shot 10,000 units. All 5 IUI cycles.
Every member of the nursing staff [at CNY - Albany] that I have come in contact with have always been extremely friendly, informative and compassionate. I have never had a single bad experience there and they always insure that you are comfortable...The entire time I have gone there I have never had a bad experience. They offer so many other extras on top of fertility treatment including Massages, acupuncture and yoga to name a few.

The entire time I have gone there I have never had a bad experience. They offer so many other extras on top of fertility treatment including Massages, acupuncture and yoga to name a few.

$325 per IUI, $150 for each round of IUI meds, not sure about all the ultra sounds and blood work.

During our second meeting he was made sure to ease my overwhelming feelings and take time to go over everything again. He also seemed to remember us from our first meeting.
The clinic [CNY-Latham] overall is a good clinic. I felt comfortable there. I was comfortable with the staff. They have good communication with you about your test results, medication needs. I had to make an emergency call because I ran out of meds and my pharmacy didn’t have what I needed in stock. The on call nurse was very quick into transferring my RX and making sure I got what I needed. I also ran out of needles during my treatment and the nurse made gave me plenty so I wouldn’t run out again.

I only saw Grossman for either retrival or transfer. He was kind and knowledgeable. I always felt like it wouldnt work for some reaaon. And it did not. I would love to try again. I do trust Dr. Grossman, along with Ditkoff who i also saw....Lupron, progesterone, and i can not recall the other medications used in my treatmen. It was all IVF and i believe a standard protocol.

Beautiful clinic, best medical office I've ever been to. Waiting room has couches, coffee, soft lighting, and relaxing music. Not like any waiting area I've seen - more like a spa. One room for procedure and recovery, PRIVATE. Not a big room with multiple beds like other clinics.

Following my laparoscopy with no findings he explained that there are still no answers for my infertility. We are giving iui another shot as my son is an iui baby. If that doesnt work we will need to stop treatment. I have had 2 pregnancies naturally that miscarried and i cant afford IVF unfortunately.

No findings...This clinic has so many protocols, especially for my recurrent pregnancy loss protocol. I have a son from iui with no miscarraiges but in trying for baby number 2 I have miscarried twice. They made me feel like I would get pregnant again. I have unexplained and have not gotten pregnant again but I know they are trying there hardest within the means that I can afford.

Great atmosphere. The staff [CNY- Albany] are great for the most part. Communication, explanation of finances, changes, overall communication can improve. I have PCOS. He [Dr. Edward Ditkoff] recommended a full check of mine and my husband. That included a dye test for me, bloodwork for both and a sperm check for my husband. We then decided on an IUI...He was kind, compassionate and very empathetic. He fully listened to our concerns and what we wanted in terms of treatment. He clearly explained our options and what we could expect. He followed through on the plan and we ended up with our sweet baby!

I was treated with absolute RESPECT. My opinions and choices were validated. I felt comfortable and safe under Dr Ditkoff’s care. My transfer unfortunately ended in a chemical pregnancy. But Dr Ditkoff did my next retrieval and he was able to get twice as many eggs as my first retrieval...I have DOR and no tubes due to hydrosalpinx. My most successful ER protocol was priming with omnitrope and Ubiquinol. And stimming with 450 Gonal-F and 20 hcg for seven days. Dual trigger with HCG-LH and Lupron since my estrogen level was low enough.
Kind, compassionate, efficient, organized. The nursing staff at CNY is fantastic!!...$3900 for the retrieval...$700 for PGT...$450 for FET...At the Albany location, the ladies who check you in and deal with finances need a little assistance. I caught what would’ve been a very expensive hiccup when we had our second retrieval, as we were almost charged again for PGT when we had another round of embryos to test due to only sending two off the first time. Know your stuff and advocate for yourself!

I’ve only even transferred one embryo. I think it should be collectively decided between the doctor and patient. If a woman is healthy enough, she should be able to transfer two embryos.

Even though I’m 30 he [Dr. Grossman] listened to why I wanted to transfer 2 embryos and allowed me to do so. He warned me of the complications that could occur but allowed ME to make my own choice and I’m so thankful because I only ended up with one baby....He was very laid back and approachable. He listened very well and has an excellent bedside manner. He cares about patients making an informed decision that is their own without making you feel like he is looking down his nose at you or attempting to correct you.

Beautiful building/facilities Busy practice Informed consent and refusal is respected- an ethical way of practicing medicine Able to get in touch via multiple lines of communication Don’t be afraid to ask questions or call Some of the on call nurses seem to have an attitude if you are from the south and not used to that but they are just brief

I was very happy with his demeanor and his obvious concern regarding informed consent and the usage of your embryos as you see fit.
