I love this doctor. He’s really great . He wants to see everyone have a baby at least once . He try’s to keep everyone happy. He give you all the confidence you need to get everything done and easies the mind. He understand questions that are asked that you can barley get out because the crying. Great guy and just his persona is amazing .

I was told to do aspirin and prenatals as well as take shots of lupron ovidrel and gonal f. I also did take progesterone and got pregnant each time I did an iui.

I’ve had several cycles which I am still paying off (5) self pay no insurance to cover it. It has been rough but I’m on a payment plan.

He was amazing. My transfer was very difficult and had to be dilated. This transfer resulted in my baby daughter that is 5 months today. He was very polite and understanding. Because of my anatomy my FET was very painful and can’t believe it worked. He is a miracle worker.

My protocol was very basic, from IVF to FET.

$3900 for IVF. My meds around $2500 and they were some copays after I got pregnant (ultrasounds and bloodwork).

Great bedside manner. Brought up and answered questions I never thought of. Made me fee extremely comfortable. I feel that maybe before WTF phone calls reading into history would make things a little less confusing.

Advocate for yourself. Ask all the questions, even if you have asked them before. Make sure you understand it all.

I only had him for embryo transfer

I had freeze all and I’m glad I did with the complications I had after retrieval.

I don’t have much to compare to but overall it has been a pleasant experience working with dr grossman. He was prompt with answering any questions we had and when our first retrieval wasn’t successful he changed some of the medications up. We did have success with the second retrieval.

Ask as many questions as you need to to feel comfortable:

Expensive. From what I hear not expensive compared to most but again I don’t have anything to compare it to.

He was nice, but not that friendly. Sometimes I felt like just another in his vast sea of patients. I did not love his bedside manner. It felt like he was talking to me like a child sometimes and like I didn't know anything about what was happening with the process.

Dr Grossman was our doctor for the egg retrieval at CNY. The first time we met him was the morning of the retrieval. He was very confident my wife was going to produce a large number of eggs. The next time we spoke to him was after our 10 embryos were genetically tested. We wanted to understand the risks associated with the mosaic embryos as well as embryo grading specifics. We haven’t scheduled our transfer yet because of COVID.

Don’t expect a ton of one on one time, we didn’t meet him prior to the retrieval.

The nursing staff was more involved in prescriptions. However, after the genetic testing he did discuss strategies for when to do the transfer and timing for next IVF cycles.

It was close to $15,000 with genetic testing.

We were encouraged to do single transfers.

Like I said, very knowledgeable and talented surgeon with a typical surgeon complex. I was told before hand he did not have the best bedside manner and was willing to take that on for his expertise. During my phone consultation he was very thorough and explained everything very well which I appreciated. We came up with a plan based off my previous cycles that adjusted stims and treated possible undiagnosed immunological issues without testing. I've been told it's cheaper and easier to just treat rather than test for these things. My negative experience came on the day of transfer when he decided to change the previously discussed plan while I was already in the surgery suite and my husband in the waiting room. He felt that it would be best to only transfer one of the three best looking embryos rather then all three even though my age and statistics and previous failed cycles permitted this number and we had already discussed this. He was very aggressive during an already emotional and vulnerable moment (naked lying on table without my spouse to discuss). I expressed needing an opportunity and a moment to talk to my husband and was told that he cant guarantee he will perform my transfer then as he cant grantee he wont be busy 5 minutes from now. This is why I felt more like a number. And I will mention they brought me back more then an hour late which means they were willing to give another patient the time they deserved possibly but not me. I felt like I was being rushed to just go along with what he decided and theres nothing else to question. However, being a well informed medical professional myself i felt disrespected that he would not want me to take a moment, be informed, and make a decision with him that I was comfortable with. In the end I decided to stick to my plan but honored him for his concern and interest in my best outcome and he appreciated my respect and we moved forward. I did conceive this round which was the very first time ever after 5 transfers! Unfortunately it ended in a 5wk miscarriage. I feel that I might not have even experienced that if I did not transfer all 3 since nobody really knows which will go the distance in the future. Just a reminder no matter how well meant...they are not God, but well intended Dr's and its important to be compassionate with the human being in front of you....even if it means explaining and understanding their goals, or even a fight, or even 5 minutes.

He is an excellent physician and obviously passionate about his responsibility and the outcomes he is responsible for; a really great thing! He can come off strong at the worst moment so just take a deep breath and know it's likely coming from a good place. Stay focused and dont get defensive or angry and it will likely work out.

The waiting room is a bit small but very beautiful; I actually enjoyed waiting in the relaxing low lit well decorated space. Often times you could get a free message while you waited. The nurses work as swiftly as they can without shortchanging patients. I was very happy with my monitoring appointments. They provide very early hours so you can squeeze in before work if needed but these appointments can fill quickly.

Evidently this physician has a strong preference for eSET, only this was not strongly expressed to me before the day of my tranfer. I specifically asked my nurse during prepatory visits if this Dr. was aware of my desire to transfer my three embryos and if he approved. I was told as long as I am aware of the risks and ok with them he is ok with with transferring 3. But this was disagreed upon tranfer day.

Dr Grossman has generally been very patient with me (I am a "difficult" patient who questions everything) and all of my questions throughout this ordeal. It is really important to let him know how you want him to work for you; we made it very clear that we are evidence-based people with no room for questionable forms of treatment (like the use of Prednisone during stim cycles, which is their default, even if no immune issues are present). He is otherwise very pleasant, easy to speak to, and welcomes all questions.

Go in with all the questions you have already prepared. He'll take his time to speak with you and answer questions honestly and clearly.

#1 antagonist cycle; can't recall doses, 2 lead follicles after 3 days of stims (nurses started me too late in the cycle), converted to IUI, failed. Can't recall med doses. #2 estrogen prime, antagonist, started stims CD2 with 450 Follistim/150 menopur, Cetrotide with dual lupron/lower dose HCG trigger-->12 eggs, 4 mature, none made it to day 3. ICSI used. #3 estrogen prime, antagonist, with 450 Follistim/150 menopur, Cetrotide, stimmed longer than last cycle, full HCG trigger-->10 eggs, 4 mature, 4 others left to mature, one 3-day embryo cryopreserved. Used ICSI.

Each IVF is $3900, monitoring is around $850. IUI monitoring was around $750 or so, the IUI itself was approximately +/-$300. Follow up visits with the doctor were $75. Monitoring for an FET was between $750-850.

It was dependent on preference. Since I only have one embryo stored, I don't have the luxury of having such options.

Dr Grossman explained each step as we went through the transfers and egg retrieval. He was very good at showing us what was going on the screen and helping us understand what was happening. He was wonderful at making me feel like I wasn't just a number. He made a hard time just a little easier by being upbeat and positive about the results.

He not the typical doctor. He's very good at what he does and he's very good at explaining what to expect. He makes you feel comfortable with the plan before moving forward and he helps weigh all the options.

Even though having blood drawn sucks, I like that they take blood each visit to make sure your progesterone and estrogen are where they need to be. Before they did the transfers I started intralipids and had an HCG wash and I really think all that stuff helped. And it did work I was pregnant until 17 weeks and we lost the baby because my water broke early. If I had to go back I wouldn't change a thing. All the medicine and doses worked like they should have and it was all worth it. I'm patiently waiting to be able to try again.

For my medications I paid about 250-250$ a month. Intralipids were 56$ every two weeks, endometrin were 15$ for 3 boxes, progesterone in oil were 15$ for 2 vials, the HCG wash was 15$ for one vial, the LDN was was 50$ for a 3 months supply. During the egg retrieval the gonal -f was $15 per pen and I used 3 or 4 total, the metopur was 15$ for 4 boxes, and cetratid was 15$ for 4 boxes. After it was done all of the medicine I had left I donates to the doctors office to give to peope who don't have as good of insurance as we do and can't afford to buy them.

The choice was left up to me and my husband. The first two transfers we did 2 each time and they failed or I had an ectopic pregnancy. The last transfer we did we chose to do one embryo and it was successful. I think it makes a different some people (me included) can't handle more than one embryo at a time.

I loved that during my consult Dr. Grossman wrote everything down for me. He went through complications that could happen from any of the treatments that were offered. He also wrote down success percentages for my diagnosis and age. He left so much time at the end of my appt for questions that either my husband or I had. He really took the time to make sure that we left with all our questions answered and I appreciate that so much.

Write all your questions down. Dr. Grossman really takes the time to go over and explain everything to you.

So far I have only had a consult with Dr. Grossman. But I am getting ready to start an egg retrieval soon. I am ordered follistim 225iu,menopur 75, ganirelix, and Lupron. This is a higher dose of follistim than I was on at my previous clinic, so we will see how it goes.

Ivf $3900 now offering a 5% discount this month. Each transfer will cost $650

After I had 2 FET failures at my pervious clinic, Dr. Grossman said that we can transfer 2 embryos if I would like.

We didn 't have any interactions with Dr. Kiltz so I can't say honestly anything about him personally. We spoke with Dr. Grossman initially on the phone, and he was wonderful and answered all our questions with some levity.

We are having success, so he knows what he's doing and the nurses and staff are wonderful.

It was a very standard IVF protocol and we began with stimulation. I was on a low dose since I have lean PCOS and had a lot of follicles. The retrieval went well and they retrieved 25 eggs. We did the testing since they said I should since I'm "older" which helped us see we had a boy and a girl, 2 unknowns, and 1 mosiac. It was very expensive but it allowed us to use the strong male embryo first. We were also told it would be beneficial to have a frozen transfer. So I went on a couple weeks birth control so we could time the transfer with my next cycle. I'm glad we did, but it was uncomfortable "holding off" the period but it was worth it since we were able to do the transfer just 10 days after the results came back from the genetics lab. Now I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and everything is looking great. I am on the current progesterone and estrodial (3x/day) and the injections are painful so I also use patches the nurse recommended and it's been very helpful since I still have 4 more weeks! As far as I know, I'm on a very standard medication protocol.

Around 5k for IVF, 3k medications, 3k genetic testing, 1,400 frozen transfer, another 1k for additional medications (first trimester pregnancy) additonal 1k since we can't pay upfront. So far it's been 14, 400

They highly recommended single embyro transfer and we also wanted that from the beginning. We want to go one at a time and have the best opportunity for each embyro. I'm very happy we did just one :)

In general I found him to be a knowledgeable and caring doctor. I would definitely recommend him. Sadly I think my story and experience with my FET echos to many other women’s. Who’s cases are treated generically lacking guidance or understanding of options available. The medications he put me on for stimulation and egg retrieval worked wonderfully for me. He listened and considered my concerns of ohss. I felt completely safe and comfortable with him doing my egg retrieval. Which went great! On the negative side I feel that my specific situation wasn’t considered and was placed on a cookie cutter protocol for embryo transfer. I was not given a chance nor different options discussed with me about different transfer protocol options. When I asked about different protocols I received a very negative response.

If your looking for a good doctor with your best interests at heart he’s your man but make sure to ask what your options are for different procedures.

1embryo preferred

I initially had another doctor at CNY and felt confused by the alternative medications that I had been prescribed, some of which are still sitting in a box at home. For my second IVF, I wanted to work with Dr. Grossman because I think he has a more practical approach. During consults, he takes the time to listen and answer your questions. During procedures, he is more pragmatic.

Be proactive. Many patients probably travel to this clinic as it is one of the most affordable. While you can schedule a call with the doctor over the phone, it is best to have an in-person meeting before you start your cycle. I actually came away with some free medications that they had to spare.

Gonal-F 300 IU, Menopur 75IU, Z-Pak, Low-Dose Naltrexone, Pre-natal. Added Cetrotide 0.25mg on day 6. Triggered with Lupron on day 12 as my estrogen went too high - I think I was stimulated for too long. Retrieved 16 eggs but only 2 made it to day 5 and 6.

IVF with remote management fee $4050. My medications were donated so the costs were minimal for this round. FET transfers are $450.

Dr.Grossman was very good. He did explain the good with the bad. I am glad he was able to answer all my questions while not making me feel rushed or unimportant. He actually addressed my concerns which was unlike my experience at another clinic I won't name here. Basically after my 1st cycle with this other clinic I was afraid and upset. Dr.Grossman has renewed my faith in the process. He still answers my emails even though my cycle has been completed.

He's not like others you may have dealt with. He genuinely wants you to understand the process and help in your journey.

Used natural low dose IVF because I had plenty of meds left over from a cycle at another clinic. I also had overstimulation from the other clinics high dose protocol. Diet was changed to organic Keto because I was overweight. Results were an embryo formed, weight loss and overall better health than when I started.

Efficient well oiled machine but not rushed. I was able to speak with staff, garner rapport and feel welcomed

We haven't seen Dr. Kiltz yet but we have heard nothing but good things about him from other patients and his staff and in helping us plan the process of egg retrieval he has worked hard to create a personalized plan just for us

Definitely go to CNY fertility and use Dr. Kiltz, we have full confidence in him and his abilities.

Dr. Kiltz uses multiple different strategies or plans for his patients, depending on the level of treatment that they need. We are on a less aggressive ivf treatment, where i will provide the eggs and my partner will carry them. So I am taking the injections such as: gonal f 450 iu and cetrotide 0.25mg, along with an Hgc-lh supplement that they substituted for menapur because my insurance doesn't cover menapur and hcg-lh is more cost effective and still a good match for me. I really appreciate them understanding that this is an expensive procedure and helping us in any way they can. After we complete the injections and retrieve my eggs, we will then do genetic testing of the successfully retrieved eggs and then implant them in my partner when she is ready to receive them.

Costs were much lower than other clinics we've been to and looked into. They try to give you a catered, exact plan to your family needs and even gave us a military discount because I'm active duty army.

My doctor sufficiency educated us on the trade offs and we have chosen a multiple embryo transfer just in case

He was very straightforward and methodically took us through our different options and the success rates of each. He gave us time to ask all of our questions without us feeling rushed. We were seen right on time and the appointment lasted the expected amount of time. He was rather blunt which my husband and I prefer, but may be an issue for others.

I would recommend seeing him for the consultation. I did not work with him personally for any treatment but I would trust him with my care.

I am having issues with my uterine lining thickening during my mock cycle. It has been suggested to take Intramuscular estrogen, use Viagra to increase circulation to the area, and take a course of antibiotics to minimize inflammation and local flora. I have not gone through a new cycle yet so I cannot comment if this worked.

I do not have enough experience personally with Dr. Ditkoff, I simply saw him briefly for my retrievals, however he seemed to be very serious about his job. I felt as if he doesn't like to waste his time or mine as a patient. I would agree with most that he lacks bedside manner, however what I do appreciate is his attention to details. I also must say that out of all the egg retrievals I've gone through, the ones performed by Ditkoff left me with no pain, symptoms, or even slight bleeding afterward. I wouldn't have even known I went through the procedure had I not been there myself!

I would not recommend him to a patient that needs a doctor to coddle them. But I would him to a "veteran" fertility patient who admires a doctor's precision and experience.

Treatment strategies and protocols were given to me by nurses for the most part.

I was a travel patient which made it difficult to truly build a relationship with Dr. Grossman, however I knew all of this coming into it. The two interactions I did have with him were very pleasant. He was thorough in explaining the procedures and expectations. He was honest and gentle in not only his treatment but in his manner.

To trust the process although you may not be directly dealing with him the entire time.

My protocol was not very intense for my first cycle which I appreciated. I was thankful for this because overstimulation was a concern of mine during my initial consult. I was on relatively low doses of menapur and gonal for my retrieval. However, because I was a travel patient, and I had an extremely difficult time finding a facility to monitor me during stimulation, I believe that may be where my cycle failed. Accurate results were not reported to Dr. Grossman and he worked with what he had. For transfer I was on the usual estradiol and progesterone while continuing all of my vitamins. This part of my cycle monitoring was much less complicated and results were reported to the clinic that were accurate.

I was a travel patient so I had to locate a facility that would do my monitoring. The most stressful part of my IVF journey was this. Where I live I could not find one place that would agree to monitor me. Once I did find a facility that was almost 2 hours from where I live, they did not count and measure all follicles. This did not have anything to do with CNY and they were extremely patient, understanding, and at one point tried helping me find a place where I could go monitor. I had my labs drawn at lapcorp which for the most part did get my results by end of day to CNY.

In most cases CNY will only transfer one embryo. I however had two embryos, one of fair quality and the other poor. Because of this I asked Dr. Grossman to transfer both, as to not prolong starting a new cycle, if the first failed. He was open and honest and explained that it wouldn't increase my chances of pregnancy but my chances of multiples which could have its own set of complications.

Dr. Ditkoff is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with a well thought out and precise plan of action. Although our appointment was slightly rush because we were 10 minutes late. Ditkoff was prepared as he reviewed our medical history and was ready to get down to business. I appreciate the fact that we completed diagnostic testing during our initial appointment so we didn't waste any time. Ditkoff felt strongly to prepare my body with supplements due to low ovarian reserve and that was a pleasant surprise from my previous provider.

Take a pad of paper and pen so you can write things down. Stay organized with all your past medical information. Don't be late.

Dr. Grossman is a great doctor, good bedside manner. He makes some jokes to try and lighten the mood and makes sure to ask if you have any other questions. I've never felt rushed by him. We havent had success yet, which is the only thing that could make me like him more!

Be prepared for him to be a little wishy washy with some answers to your questions. IVF is not an exact science, so when asking "what should we do differently for the next transfer..." unfortunately the answer is often "well, we could try x, y or z" if there was a 100% option that worked it would be done from the first transfer. A lot of this is trial and error, and going into treatment with that mindset will be helpful for you.

We did IVF with Menopur and Follistim. Transfers with estrace.

Once cycle of IVF and 2 transfers with medication and travel was about $10-12k

I have yet to meet with him other than he introduced himself and was inviting and welcoming. A very likeable man. I watch his videos on FB and feel that we are in good hands to add on to our family. His demeanor apears open and honest and he genuinely wants to help couples conceive

I am in my first cycle of IVF. Im day 9 of an 11 day meditation session. 300 units of menopur 1 prednisone 2 a day One injection of cetrotide which started day 8.

$4600 because I had to come there for monitoring and if you don't monitor with them it's just $3900 . $2500 on medication $300 in gas so far $77 in toll so far
