They [Coastal WHC] picked really inoppurtune times to try and speak with us (right before procedures, when emotions are strong kind of scenario) I wish they would potentially find a different protocol for how and when they talk to patients. ... All out of pocket, very cost effective and financially able ... The nursing staff are part of why our experience has been so supportive. Describe the protocols Tasha Worster (OB/GYN) used in your cycles at Coastal Women's Healthcare and their degree of success.
Letrozole was our first attempt and she carefully explained why she chose to start us at the dosage we did, and then with each cycle she changed the dosage to accommodate and help with ovulation. Explained when and how many times we should have sexual intercpurse, when we should have our follicle checks, and was always explaining each step and why it needed to be done at a specific time in the cycle phase.
