As a patient of Dr. Jones, I’ve always felt in great hands. My first egg retrieval was during a massive snowstorm. She personally called me several times during the storm to check on me and deliver instructions regarding medication. I greatly appreciated the extra steps.

Go in with an open mind and understand the fertility journey is a process.

The strategy for egg retrieval was usage of follistim and menopur at very low doses. She explained that because I have PCOS with a large number of follicles and estrogen levels tend to be on the higher side. I was a great risk for OHSS. We also used Cabergoline to prevent OHSS. We had to do a small dose of an HCG trigger because I did not respond to a Lupron trigger previously.

My egg retrieval was about $400. My transfers were about $200.

My doctor explained that transferred multiple embryos doesn’t greatly increase the chance for pregnancy. Also, that a single embryo can split. She also explained the risks of a pregnancy with multiples.

Infertility is painful. Doing this work with the wrong doctor only deepens the depth of the pain that you blame on everything because it affects all the things in your life that are important to you. It seeps its way into your relationships, your sense of self, your social circles, and Christmas dinner. There is one favor you can do for yourself during the journey from infertility to motherhood: find a great doctor that can serve the needs that you have. Dr. Jones is that doctor. I’ve worked with good doctors, and their work didn’t yield the results that I desired. Dr. Jones is wildly thorough and answers all of the questions for the rest of us wildly thorough people in the world. Here is what you need to know about Dr. Jones. She listens. I’ve been trying to conceive for almost 8 years. I had a lot of information about my history and journey. She didn’t discredit any of that information. She helped me understand what was relevant today and what I still needed to move forward. She was so patient and affirming with my husband and that brought him comfort in the process. My AMH was 0.16 and I’ve had many doctors that I respected give me one option: donor eggs. She helped me understand the risk I was taking with mini-IVF and was honest andmeticulous. She didn’t ignore anything that may have gotten in the way. She didn’t let me focus on any one else’s journey, ovaries, or egg quality. .. And I needed that. Across my nearly 8 year journey, I have never been able to harvest eggs. My five eggs became two embryos. Next, my two embryos become one healthy transferrable embryo. Today, I am six months pregnant from that one little embryo that could. And I am grateful to God and Dr. Jones for that.

She is going to listen, tell her everything.

Dr. Escobar is an outstanding provider. He is well-versed and extremely knowledgeable from all perspectives of infertility. He bases everything off of what the patient wants. He asks how he can help, and he thoroughly explains all options on the table. He has a very warm bedside manner and even in the worst situations he is so empathetic and comforting to his patients. You can feel how vested he is in his patients and how much he truly loves to help other people. He has never left us in the dark on any subject. He answers all of our questions we go over all of the possibilities the good and the bad. He is honest, caring, and straightforward.

Ask all the questions that you want. He will have an answer for you and if he doesn’t know how to answer he will research and find the correct answer. He is really there for his patients and their well-being.

Given my history, Dr. Escobar went over all of my prior treatments and pointed out what he would have done different. Based on previous cycles the amount of medicine that I was getting was not high enough for my body to respond so he would adjust the protocols to see how it would work. Dr. Escobar also helped me change my supplement routine so that I could get as much success as possible. No other doctor had told me anything about supplements before. I am not a textbook case and he could see that with my lab results and outcomes of other cycles. So based on those things he adjusted the protocol On my egg retrieval cycle which helped me tremendously. It was a lot of medication and more than Most are used to taking. But he and I discussed why I would be taking higher doses and what the outcome would be. I am so thankful that he pushed hard because we finally got a retrieval with great numbers.

The costs were all extremely fair and outlined clearly. The office staff did a great job coordinating with my insurance as to what would be covered and what would not be covered. They offered payment plans and other options to help fit our budget at the time.

My doctor did explain the difference between transferring one or two embryos. The risks with multiples are higher and after we talked it through knowing the good and bad of both decisions, we decided to transfer one embryo. Now going forward we will evaluate what the next step will be.

Dr. Escobar is extremely compassionate, honest, straight forward, and does not offer a false sense of hope. We spent some time with testing and he even sent me to see a specialist regarding a tumor. He wanted to be sure and certain given my medical challenges. He communicated with previous doctors and took the time to read and dissect my records. He spoke directly to my husband and me. He didn't speak at us. There was no judgment given our situation. Transparency and honesty are important to us and Dr. Escober exceeds our expectations.

Be honest, come with questions and be prepared to embark on a very relaxing and caring treatment.

Dr. Escobar was very open and specific and through with our specific course of treatment given my age and medical condition. We embarked on Clomid 50mg for 5 days followed by gonal-F 300ml and an ovidrel injection 500ml.

Dr. Hass is a really communicative Dr. You can see how much he know and its very good explain it. Always explain (and let me see in monitor) if something was going on, and explain everything step by step. However sometimes when I asked questions he did not responded so good when I explain I was doing some research about the situation. He adjusted meds when the first "time intercourse" didn't work and even suggested we move forward with IUI but understand and respect when we decide not to because we were not ready to move forward.

Ask him about EVERYTHING. Be well informed and ask questions (make a list if you need to!) to remember.

We did 3 "time intercourse cycles" (all tree fail). In the first one clomid 3-7 days 50mg. trigger shot when my follicles were "mature" (day 14 i believe). In this cycle he also did a semen exam for my husband, genetic test for both, initial labs for me, sonohysterogram, hysterosalpingogram and sonograms on 1day, 7 day and 14. Second one clomid 3-7 days 50mg. trigger shot when my follicles were "mature" (day 14 i believe).and sonograms on 1day, 7 day and 14. (no Labs) Third one clomid 3-7 days 100mg. trigger shot when my follicles were "mature" (day 14 i believe) sonograms on 1day, 7 day and 14 an d a Beta (negative)

Mostly of my tx was cover by my insurance, I paid for medication. Trigger shot: 150$ Progesterone: 20$ Clomid: 15$

I love Dr. Haas he is caring with an amazing bedside manner. He listened and asked many questions before giving his recommendations and not just use an one size fits all method. Even after letting him know what our previous doctor said he ran test so that we a had clear accurate picture that left us more relieved and confident.

Don’t be nervous or worry about forgetting anything because he covers everything and ask all the right questions.

My husband has low motility so we started out with semen analysis and currently in the process of starting with iui.

So far I’ve paid $1000 although we know it’s much more to come

Although we don’t plan on needing ivf we were told that we would definitely only be having one embryo transferred.

Dr. Haas and staff are amazing!!! Every time I was called into the room the nurses greeted me with a hello and a big smile! I even made friends I can say! Dr. Haas never made me feel uncomfortable and always gave me good information about my treatment or waited till I asked a question and would answer it with all the explanation I needed
