Attention to Detail

Attention to detail is on a 1 - 10 scale, and is scored based on the rate, and severity, of errors committed by the clinic according to the patients.

For example, a severe error might be failing to inform a patient of critical information, while a small error might be failing to call a patient with results.

CDC Success Rates

This is the most recent data from the CDC. The CDC cautions that it should not be used to compare doctors and clinics. This data represents the outcomes of IVF cycles when using a person's own eggs.

For more information please see our FAQs.

Where you see a “?” on the chart, a clinic has done fewer than 20 cycles in this category and age range, so the CDC says showing percentages from this small data set would be misleading and unreliable.

I felt comfortable with Dr. Moore...was very educational...took the time to answer all my questions...was patient as I made decisions...was mindful of my physical and emotional well-being...suggested we do a mock transfer, which helped gather information on timing, positioning, and other beneficial information

How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
From our first visit, I felt comfortable with Dr. Moore. He was very educational at each point of our journey, and took the time to answer all my questions and my follow up questions. He was patient as I made decisions, which is great because I am not the most decisive person. He was mindful of my physical and emotional well-being. When I was doing a mock transfer, he was concerned about part of it being too traumatic, so he changed the planned procedure to a different one that was less traumatic on my body. He was friendly and kind at each visit. Even at the lows of our journey, I felt his hope for my husband and me.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Don't be afraid to ask questions, even if you think they are dumb. Take the time you need to make decisions.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr. Moore took time each appointment to answer questions, to provide insights, and to be candid with our situation. I appreciated his care and concern throughout our fertility journey. He would check in how I was doing physically and emotionally. He didn't rush us to make decisions. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with whatever our next steps were, and had great bedside manner. After my miscarriage, he reached out to me to see how I was doing. I felt like he cared about me, no matter the outcome.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
After a hysteroscopy, Dr. Moore determined that IVF was the best course of action. We started on the egg retrieval process. After a successful egg retrieval, we moved forward with our first transfer. While my first transfer was initially successful, I did have a miscarriage. After I took some time for physical and emotional healing, we tried a second round, which did not work. He suggested we do a mock transfer, which helped gather information on timing, positioning, and other beneficial information. For my third transfer, we had a better idea for the process. Our third transfer was successful, and we have a beautiful baby!
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
The nurses were so kind and friendly and compassionate. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them.
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
The clinic was well organized, inviting, and friendly. I did have some questions at times with billing that took a little more effort to get to the bottom of, but in the end, it was fine. I wish that there was an in-person tutorial on the app that they use. Once I understood it, it was great, but I would recommend asking for a quick guide to using it before you need to utilize the app. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with the clinic.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I don't completely remember costs, especially since my insurance did help with the process.
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
He consistently recommended single embryo transfer, and explained the reasons thoroughly. I appreciated how he took the time each time I asked, and helped me understand in different ways why he recommended the approach he did.

The downside to visiting Dr. Moore, for me, was his dismissal of some health conditions that I have as non-issues, as well as not wanting to pursue the treatment course my husband and I were hoping to (gestational carrier)...took us down a rabbit hole of treatments we weren't interested in pursuing at that time...I wish I'd felt more supported in that or had him explain further why he didn't want to pursue that course.
I liked that it [Conceptions Fertility Center] was a smaller clinic. They seemed more personable but I also think they might have been a little understaffed. Our paperwork/contact got lost once and didn't come through to Dr. Moore when it needed to. They also never contacted us after our consult despite Dr. Moore saying very clearly that they would.
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
I thought Dr. Moore was very kind and personable. He took the time to explain options and went through my history thoroughly. He was very knowledgable about fertility treatments and options. I think had I never done fertility treatments before, he would have been a great place to start. The downside to visiting Dr. Moore, for me, was his dismissal of some health conditions that I have as non-issues, as well as not wanting to pursue the treatment course my husband and I were hoping to (gestational carrier). I appreciated his education and option discussing, but because my husband and I have dealt with infertility for six years, we felt pretty confident in what we did and didn't want to pursue. I wish I'd felt more supported in that or had him explain further why he didn't want to pursue that course. Dr. Moore also promised some meetings/visits with a few other doctors and specialists, including at his clinic, and those never occurred. The clinic never reached out to us again after our consultation.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
I wish I would have been more assertive in what we wanted to pursue as treatments upfront, at the beginning of the meeting. I would say speak up quickly. He is very kind but took us down a rabbit hole of treatments we weren't interested in pursuing at that time.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr. Moore was very kind and understanding. I do feel like he saw me as a person and not just a stat.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We ended up not pursuing any treatments with Dr. Moore.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
We didn't really interact with the nursing staff aside from a Zoom call.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Our main challenge we had here was the loss of paperwork and lack of communication after the initial consult. We also wish they had listened to our wishes as a patient a little more.

How was your experience with Jamie Peregrine at Conceptions Fertility Center?
We really enjoyed having her as a doctor. She was straightforward and clear while still having a good, warm bedside manner. She is a good listener and is very good at answering questions once I ask them. If you don't ask any questions, she will give you the basics of what you need to know.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Jamie Peregrine at Conceptions Fertility Center?
If you have lots of questions, try writing them down and don't be afraid to ask them all. If you don't have any questions, she will give you the bare basics of what you need to know and move on.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Jamie Peregrine at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr Peregrine always has a smile for you. There were a few times when she forgot some things I had already mentioned, but she was always happy to answer all of my questions in a warm and still honest fashion. She gave me her personal number and the one time I did need it, she was quick to respond and even asked how I was doing on top of it--doing more than she had to.

My care coordinator was sometimes slow to respond and the calendar was sometimes unclear. My assigned IVF coordinator was very kind and helpful.
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
Very willing to work with us, and I had several emergencies that were all handled well. They use an app for your calendar, lab results, billing, and messaging people, and the app was sometimes unclear which was frustrating. I found an inconsistency in a contract and they were open with me about not being sure how to resolve it and that they would ask and get it cleared up for me. I was not given great instructions about who to contact for what and had to figure that out for myself. I wish the website was a little more clear as well, especially with pricing breakdowns and FAQs. However, we are so glad that we picked them. They were the most affordable place for us and gave us options on how to pay (plan vs upfront). We had a successful egg retrieval and I am five weeks pregnant with the first embryo we transferred. The staff was always happy to help. I always got good answers to my questions. Many of the staff know me and my name, which feels so personal and assuring. It is a smaller, newer clinic, and I think in some ways they're still working out the bugs, but it felt personal and like the staff all cared about us and our journey.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Jamie Peregrine at Conceptions Fertility Center.
$10,500 for egg retrieval with ICSI included as needed, $3,500 per transfer. We received a 10% discount for paying upfront.
Describe Jamie Peregrine's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
She strongly recommended single embryo transfers, stating multiple times that that was the safest type of pregnancy.

Dr. Peregrine is amazing Doctor and person. She not only gives extremely thorough care and explanations to everything but she is a doctor I felt emotionally safe with. She is caring on a level that most doctors are not and she truly is invested in the success of her patients. She is gives you all of the possible/probable outcomes of your care and respects whatever decision you choose to make. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field of practice and makes sure you know everything you need to in order to make informed decisions. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing infertility care.
Everything about the [Conceptions Fertility Center] clinic was great with the exception of the billing being disorganized at the time. I know this has since been addressed and changed so it is no longer an issue. The clinic itself was nice, on time and great to get results back quickly...The nurses, staff, etc at Conceptions are exceptional. Always making you feel like a person and not a number. They are quick to respond and never make you feel as if your concerns are not valid or important.

Know that she is going to give you all the pertinent information to help you make the best decision possible. Do not be overwhelmed by this, ask lots of questions as needed until you know how you would like to move forward with your care.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Jamie Peregrine at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr. Peregrine cares about her patients more then any other Doctor I have interacted with. She made sure we were comfortable with next steps every step of the way for our IUI. When it came time to inseminate or not she let us know our small risk of multiples and what that could mean as well. She not only made sure we were well informed but made sure we felt seen and heard.
Describe the protocols Jamie Peregrine used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We had more mature follicles then expected on our IUI cycle as a result of a slightly higher dose of antagonist medications due to a poor response my first IUI. We were able to get pregnant on this IUI with our twins with a 22% chance of twins and a 15% chance of achieving a pregnancy at all with IUI.

Dr. Moore is a wonderful doctor with a very gentle bedside manner...upbeat yet subtle...he has taken the curve balls in stride and helped me to know I was not alone in feeling frustrated and sad for it not going as planned or as we had hoped. He is a busy doctor, but I do feel that he try's hard to be personal and real about every situation...It was a lot of trial and error, but I always felt in good hands with Dr. Moore.
[Conceptions Fertility Center] was fairly new...as they got more busy, I often felt rushed or that I was just another person to get through...something very important to know is that it shares an office with Valley OBGYN and there are constantly pregnant women and women with brand new babies in and out. There are photos of pregnant ladies in the waiting room and this can be very triggering.
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr. Moore is a wonderful doctor with a very gentle bedside manner. He is upbeat yet subtle. He has been a great doctor. My experience with infertility has been nothing like it should as far as what usually happens for people. But he has taken the curve balls in stride and helped me to know I was not alone in feeling frustrated and sad for it not going as planned or as we had hoped. He is a busy doctor, but I do feel that he try's hard to be personal and real about every situation.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
I would say to make sure that you ask as many questions as you want to be answered. Dr Moore will answer any questions at all that you may have, but I sometimes felt like I would have to ask first if I wanted to know. I would say bring a written down list of questions to every appointment!
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
At the beginning, I felt like I was treated a lot more like a human. But the clinic was fairly new. So as they got more busy, I often felt rushed or that I was just another person to get through. As we all know, infertility requires emotion and attention and can be very personal. So there were a few times when it left me a little sad, as I felt like I didn't get quite the time I felt I needed or wanted.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
I started medicated cycles with 5mg femara, then moved to 7.5mg femara and then 7.5mg femara and ovidrel. I then moved to 7.5mg femara and 75 IU Gonal f for three days, then 7.5mg femara and 75 IU Gonal f for 6 days and an IUI. All were unfortunately negative and my body did not respond super well. It was a lot of trial and error, but I always felt in good hands with Dr. Moore.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
The nurses are wonderful and down to earth. They each have their own individual personalities which I have learned and some I relate to better than others. For the most part, they are very caring and seek to be understanding. The nurses make a LARGE difference at this office and something that I loved the very most is that they were always available on the phone line to answer questions.
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
I would say one of the greatest strengths is that the office is very clean and neat. Its updated and comfortable. The biggest weakness and something very important to know is that it shares an office with Valley OBGYN and there are constantly pregnant women and women with brand new babies in and out. There are photos of pregnant ladies in the waiting room and this can be very triggering.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Ultrasound- $390 Follicle check ultrasound- $190 IUI- $400 HSG- $400 IVF- $8500

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Conceptions Fertility Center.
There have been a few times that I have had testing done and I would never get a call about the results. I would wait and wait and finally call in and they would say the results were in a week or more earlier. This was frustrating because with infertility every test and procedure is very important.

He [Dr. Andrew Moore] is good at communicating and is compassionate which is important to me...I appreciate how much time he spends when meeting with us...We chose to do two medicated IUI cycles in hopes to avoid the cost of IVF. The treatment included Letrozole (pills), ovidrel (injectable) and Gonal F shot...after testing we were told IVF was our best option...
The nurses [of Conceptions Fertility Center]are great at answering calls, responding to questions, getting answers if they aren’t sure about my question, showing compassion, encouragement and communicating clearly...[billing department]she really has gone above and beyond for us in working with our insurance in trying to get some of our testing covered...IUI cost was $400 plus medications.
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
I really love Dr. Moore and how he expresses care, celebrates each positive outcome, compassionately shares negative news and explains things clearly. I appreciate how much time he spends when meeting with us. I trust his experience, knowledge and advice and feel well cared for as his patient.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
To keep an open mind. I did not think we would need IVF, I thought it would be more simple. But after testing we were told IVF was our best option. We decided to try two medicated iuis first which failed. We are now trying to save for IVF which will be self pay, no insurance coverage. I trust that Dr. Moore will always be straight forward with us with our odds, whether something is worth trying again, what steps we should take next and what our realistic options are. I feel like he is knowledgeable, pays close attention to details and is good at listening to what we feel comfortable with. He is good at communicating and is compassionate which is important to me. I feel like he is cheering us on!
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
I feel like Dr. Moore and his staff truly care about our success and failures and celebrate positive news or express compassion when sharing negative results.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We chose to do two medicated IUI cycles in hopes to avoid the cost of IVF. The treatment included Letrozole (pills), ovidrel (injectable) and Gonal F shot. We got a good response from my ovaries each time. I had for follicles the first IUI and three the second IUI. I also expressed concern about my progesterone levels because of recurrent miscarriages. I started progesterone vaginal suppositories after the IUI procedure both times and took it until we got negative tests. I preferred to do blood tests and my office was great about listening and addressing any concerns I had.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
The only constructive criticism I would give is I would have liked some follow up calls to check in after failed cycles or to follow up on what we would like to do next or how we are doing. I can see how this would be time consuming, but that would have meant a lot. The nurses are great at answering calls, responding to questions, getting answers if they aren’t sure about my question, showing compassion, encouragement and communicating clearly.
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
The office shares a waiting room with an Obgyn office so it can be hard sometimes when so many pregnant women are coming in and out. But I don’t generally wait very long in the waiting room which is helpful. The person over billing can be hard to get a hold of. But she really has gone above and beyond for us in working with our insurance in trying to get some of our testing covered. It’s probably mainly our insurance that has taken so long, but it’s been 6+ months trying to get anywhere with this. I haven’t been followed up with in the past month and I don’t currently know what we owe or if it’s still pending through insurance. I need to leave billing a voicemail again. That’s probably been the main thing I’ve felt frustrated with. But they can’t control insurance!
Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
IUI cost was $400 plus medications. I also did diagnostic testing such as a hysterosalpingogram, genetic testing, blood work, etc. they have been working with my insurance to see if we can get any of these covered. If we pay out-of-pocket I think it will be around $2000. We were quoted $18,000 for IVF which from my understanding would include medication, egg retrieval, genetic testing, and also an extra procedure to retrieve the sperm. But we haven’t finalized anything with that yet.
What specific things went wrong at Conceptions Fertility Center?

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I was waiting on a pregnancy blood test result for a non fertility related procedure I was needing and I assumed the test would be negative but I need to make sure. They rushed the results, but I didn’t hear the next morning like I was suppose to. I gave it a few hours, then called in to check (as I was headed to get the procedure I needed). They had the results since late the day before, but hadn’t called which was frustrating. But timing is everything with fertility so I’m sure they have to prioritize patients at times!

[Dr. Andrew Moore's] Strengths include deep understanding of the fertility process, ability to explain it simply, and clear treatment plans. Sometimes he would talk quickly or briefly, but would always restate if I didn't understand...Used letrozole as opposed to clomid...He was patient and genuinely interested in my good experience. He also set realistic and hopeful, not unattainable, expectations.
[Conceptions Fertility Center] is small, but quick to get you in. Clinic runs on time. They are easy to work with on a busy schedule. All staff members are knowledgable, helpful, and sensitive. Well-looped in clinic too, so reception catches things receptionists wouldn't traditionally know to watch or ask for...[the nursing staff was] Knowledgable, patient, and kind. Experienced too.

Strengths include deep understanding of the fertility process, ability to explain it simply, and clear treatment plans. Sometimes he would talk quickly or briefly, but would always restate if I didn't understand.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Ask lots of questions. He's willing to help you understand, but you need to let him know that's what you need.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr. Moore took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening in my body. Before I started treatment with him, I didn't know many terms and things about my own body. He was patient and genuinely interested in my good experience. He also set realistic and hopeful, not unattainable, expectations.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
Used letrozole as opposed to clomid. When I showed initial resistance to letrozole, he upped my dosage. For the two cycles I did with him, I had an intra-vaginal ultrasound to see if eggs had been released. I would also have blood tests to confirm ovulation.

I had told him [Dr. Moore] the issues I had when I was at another office. He gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him if anyone in his office wasn’t up to par, even him...He understood that we were on a budget to get pregnant as it’s not covered in Utah... He was totally respectful of that and offered to help us find a doctor there if needed.
Be forewarned this office [Conceptions Fertility Center] is in with and Obgyn office. Which was a little bit of a shock and insult to me. I did like that there was no judgment from the staff the office is quite. So there is no distraction when you are trying to listen to what is being said or done...the receptionist told me “let’s see what your insurance will pay before you pay anything.” Which I though was very nice. I was under the impression that we had to pay cash.
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
He understood that we were on a budget to get pregnant as it’s not covered in Utah. He washed us how far we would be willing to go if needed. When I expressed that I would not do IVF with him because it’s mandated coverage in mass and we are moving back when I finish school. He was totally respectful of that and offered to help us find a doctor there if needed.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Be honest. Nothing hurts your more then not being honest and asking every question you have.

We did 3 tablets of femara, trigger shot and then we added an oral pill to thicken my lining. Sadly that didn’t work.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Conceptions Fertility Center. (Assigned nurse: Ashely)
Ashley asked me when we were going back for the Iui if I was ready. I burst into tears, she sat me down and wanted to know what was going on, what they needed to do to help me. She was concerned that I wasn’t mentally prepared to take on the stress but after talking to her I was much better.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Around $700-800. They are contracted with my insurance so I haven’t seen the bill yet. Over a month now, I came in to pay in cash and the receptionist told me “let’s see what your insurance will pay before you pay anything.” Which I though was very nice. I was under the impression that we had to pay cash.
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Didn’t have the option.

She [Dr. Jamie Peregrine] was very good about helping us and addressing our needs. I do feel like she could have been more involved we saw the nurses and clinic more than herself. It was very good though none the less. We enjoyed all our experiences and knew if we had questions she could answer them...You need to come in with your own questions and ask them. It is not the time to be scared or hope she can read your mind.
I think they [Conceptions Fertility Center] they overall are very good. They address my own needs and make sure to be warm and friendly. They understand when it is hard and celebrate when small successes are present. They have a tendency to talk loudly and others can over hear your information so make sure to have private conversations in the office before you leave not in the hall...I was known by name every time I entered the room. I was explained everything step by step and always given the answers to my questions. They were warm and sensitive but also straight forward about our plan.

[Dr. Andrew Moore] had a great bedside manner...talked to me in words and phrases that we would understand...never made to feel like I was an inconvenience, a burden, or annoying by Dr. Moore and any of his staff...medication for IVF ...got 30 eggs...10 embryos...PGS testing. 7 came back (5 boys, 2 girls)...did a FET which was successful!
[Conceptions Fertility Center] is always so clean and it isn't cluttered...works as a team. If I had a question, they would ask everyone (all doctors I was seeing) and then get back to me...Every single one of the nurses we interacted with was amazing. Each one of them showed compassion
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
He had a great bedside manner. He talked to me in words and phrases that we would understand. There was a lot of medical terminology and he made it easy. He showed pictures and diagrams when I just wasn't quite getting everything he was saying.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Be ready to feel like your opinions matter
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
He never said anything about my weight which is the first thing every other doctor has said when I said I'm TTC. He went into extreme detail on everything and answered every question my husband and I had. I was never made to feel like I was an inconvenience, a burden, or annoying by Dr. Moore and any of his staff. My had to drive 3.5 hours everytime we had to see them and if the roads were not good, I would call and help me get a leter appt so I wouldn't miss it. Everyone at there made me feel like I was human and that I had feelings. I wasn't just another person to them.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We went to Dr. Moore after trying for 3 years. We told him we wanted to skip the timed intercourse and just head straight to IUI. we did 4 IUI's. Unfortunately none were successful. We then moved onto IVF. The process was not extremely difficult but it did take some planning on when and who was going to do my shots (because I'm a baby and can't do them myself ). After we did all the medication for IVF we had our egg retrieval where we got 30 eggs. We then ended up with 10 embryos. We sent them away for PGS testing. 7 came back (5 boys, 2 girls). We then did a FET which was successful!
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Everyone in the office was amazing. There was a male nurse (I can't remember his name) but every single time I went in there, he asked how my drive was, how everything was going, listened if I had any concerns, and just made me feel like I was a person to him. Every single one of the nurses we interacted with was amazing. Each one of them showed compassion and gave me a shoulder to cry on when things weren't going exactly as planned.
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
They are so Carrington and compassionate. The office is always so clean and it isn't cluttered. The clinic works as a team. If I had a question, they would ask everyone (all doctors I was seeing) and then get back to me. I never felt like I was an inconvenience to them
Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at Conceptions Fertility Center.
With us having to travel 3.5 hours for each appointment, they would give us a time and I usually just drove down the night before so I didn't have to get up so early to get to my appointment then turn around and drive back home.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
For everything (4 IUI's, one egg retrieval, one FET, and all of the medication) I think it was around $30,000
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
They told us that we could only transfer one embryo per their policy

He was amazing, knowledgeable, and kind. You can tell he cares about his patients and wants us to have success. It really seems like he loves what he does and that’s so helpful as a patient going through this process.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?

Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
I took 150 Follistim and 150 menopur. I did that for 4 days and then added ganarelix. I did that for an additional 3 days. On day 8 i did 75 menopur and 150 Follistim, followed by both trigger shots that night at 9 pm. I went in 36 hours later for egg retrieval. Retrieved 23 eggs, did ICSI because of low sperm count. Ended up with 5 embryos. Started PIO and estradiol 5 days before transfer. Transferred 1 fresh and currently 10 weeks pregnant. Stopping meds today at 10 weeks. Baby is right on tracks.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Conceptions Fertility Center. (Assigned nurse: Cassidy Gonzalez )
Cassidy was amazing. Always available and quick to respond. Very clear at explaining things. The IVF team was also always responsive and helpful.
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
This clinic has great availability, pricing, and personalized care. You are always in talks with the doctors and nurses and you feel like a person, not a number. There’s a clinic in Logan and Provo. I would have loved if there was also a clinic in Ogden area to make my drive that much less, but grateful the Logan location was open because driving there was much better for me for the monitoring appointments.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
They work with insurance so that was amazing! But if i remember correctly, the cash price was somewhere around 11,000 with the ICSI
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
One embryo transfer was definitely right for me. I don’t have any prior fertility issues. MFI was due to vasectomy and then a reversal that didn’t quite work.

Dr. Moore is very qualified, handled procedures professionally...created an amazing treatment plan tailored specifically to me...did not speak to him face to face very often...was always there for the procedures....gave his personal number to contact him with questions and concerns...egg retrieval and got 38 eggs from that harvest
[Conceptions Fertility Center] ability to get me scheduled at short notice due to changes in treatment results, unexpected needs, etc...clean, professional...app they used to keep me updated with my calendar and for messages...surprised at the small size of the clinic, but they operate smoothly and get the job done.
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr. Moore is very qualified, handled procedures professionally, and created an amazing treatment plan tailored specifically to me. I did not speak to him face to face very often, but he was always there for the procedures. He also gave his personal number to contact him with questions and concerns and responded quickly the one time I needed to use it.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Trust him- he knows what he is doing and absolutely has your best interest.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
The staff were personable and recognized me every time I came in. My questions were always validated and answered fully.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We did 3 IUI cycles with injections to ensure ovulation. When those were unsuccessful, we did injections to prepare for egg retrieval and got 38 eggs from that harvest. Due to concern for ovarian overstimulation, we did 2 frozen embryo transfers. After the first unsuccessful transfer, a polyp was found in my uterus and was removed before the second. The second transfer was successful, then we continued on progesterone shots for 6 weeks into pregnancy.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
The nursing staff was kind, helpful, and skilled in their work.
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
I was impressed at the clinic’s ability to get me scheduled at short notice due to changes in treatment results, unexpected needs, etc. The clinic is clean, professional, and I liked the app they used to keep me updated with my calendar and for messages. I was somewhat surprised at the small size of the clinic, but they operate smoothly and get the job done.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Dr. Moore had a treatment plan guarantee that would be refunded if not successful in an allotted time frame. There was a 40% off option to pay for the entire treatment plan up front that I did not take. Each IUI was about $700 and each FET was $3500 but I paid up front for each procedure and received a 10% discount for that.
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Dr. Moore highly encouraged single embryo transfer, due to the risk of multiple pregnancies. At the time I wanted to try a multiple embryo transfer due to my desire for success, but I am glad I listened to his advice.

Dr. Moore was so kind...was gentile but blunt with his words which we appreciated...started out doing HSG, Cycle Tracking, blood work and seman test…we quickly found out we were dealing with male infertility...had my husband do clomid for 6 months and it improved his quality...another retrieval and had 2 embryo...frozen transfer 6 weeks ...successful pregnancy and delivery
[At Conceptions Fertility Center] Sometimes there was a long wait period...wish I would’ve seen Dr Moore a little bit more....so welcoming and they know you and recognize you...Everyone was so kind and nice! They eventually know you by name and they become your friend!
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr. Moore was so kind and gentile. The first consultation it was scary cause we didn’t know what would happen but he re assured us he would help us figure things out and even gave us his number to reach out to in case we had any questions while going through the first set of tests… he was gentile but blunt with his words which we appreciated
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
He’s not like a Dr that is there for the money he truly wants you to help grow your family any way he can
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
They know you by name.. when we graduated from the fertility clinic everyone was there congratulating us and I was actually sad I was graduating but was so excited to finally be pregnant
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We first started out doing HSG, Cycle Tracking, blood work and seman test…we quickly found out we were dealing with male infertility.. Dr Moore first had my husband do clomid for 6 months and it improved his quality we then tried a retrieval unfortunately none turned into embryos.. he then suggested we see a male infertility specialist we did and a tese was done.. with those results we were able to do another retrieval and had 2 embryo which we did a frozen transfer 6 weeks later which led to a successful pregnancy and delivery
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Everyone was so kind and nice! They eventually know you by name and they become your friend!
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
Sometimes there was a long wait period. I do wish I would’ve seen Dr Moore a little bit more. It was so welcoming and they know you and recognize you so when you check in they already have you checked in because they recognize and know who you are
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
We only had 2 embryos one was in the great category and the other was average.. Dr Moore mentioned if we had a miscarriage after the first transfer we could try for two but fortunately we had a successful transfer

Dr. Moore listens very thoroughly and talks with you to find solutions. You know right from the start this is more than just a job for him. He truly wants to help couples expand their families in any way he can...He made up a very clear plan of action with breaks included- knowing how taxing this process is both physically and emotionally. He also takes finances into account to make the plan as cost effective as he can. It’s amazing the thought and effort into making the struggle less of a struggle while you’re under his care. He’s truly an angel.
Overall, this clinic [Conceptions Fertility Center] is stellar. The whole staff is totally 100% in getting the results they promise. They’re super transparent if something is amiss and new actions need to be taken. They’re real but compassionate. I did have a hard time getting my records transferred to my midwives office once we graduated from Conceptions. They may have just been a problem with my specific office but I’d suggest having them send you everything and then forwarding information yourself.
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
I couldn’t have asked for better doctor to aid us through our infertility journey. My husband and I started working along side Dr. Moore in November of 2015. He quickly diagnosed me after 18 months of being told with PCOS, changed the meds to help me ovulate, and was ready to get things going right then and there. He made up a very clear plan of action with breaks included- knowing how taxing this process is both physically and emotionally. He also takes finances into account to make the plan as cost effective as he can. It’s amazing the thought and effort into making the struggle less of a struggle while you’re under his care. He’s truly an angel.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
He does throw a lot of information at you so come to all your preliminary appointments with a notebook. He’ll email different documents and such to you as well, so make a separate folder for all those in your email.

Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
Our first treatment with him, we were in Letrozal with a monthly blood draw to determine positive ovulation. I react negatively to clomid, so he wanted to give letrozal a try. After 6 months of showing positive ovulation but no pregnancies, we moved to 3 rounds of IUI with a timed trigger shot and letorzal. I miscarried after the 2nd IUI at 5 weeks. He brought me in and suggested we use progesterone after the next insemination 6 weeks later. The 3rd IUI with trigger shot, letrozal, and progesterone suppositories led to a full term pregnancy with our oldest daughter August of 2017. Our second and latest treatment with Dr. Moore, knowing what treatment worked, we jumped right into IUI with trigger shot, letrozal, and progesterone suppositories. We were fortunate to successfully get pregnant with the first IUI in January of 2023. Our youngest addition was born in October of the same year.

All the nursing staff was incredibly friendly and so eager to see us succeed. They really added to the whole experience

Our treatment ended up being about $1100 for the 1 IUI and post treatment. That was all encompassing for doctor visits and the like. I felt it was pretty fair.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I had a hard time getting my file transferred to my general midwives office after our confirmed pregnancy. We tried 3 or 4 times until I was told not to worry about it. I never asked to have them sent to me directly, but I’ll try that the next time (if necessary).

Dr Moore was kind compassionate informative and competent. I have no negative feedback. Honestly, I begged them to keep us throughout the entire pregnancy because his care, kindness and expertise were off the charts. He even went above and beyond to make our treatments affordable and reduce costs to us. He was phenomenal, and still our favorite doctor in the state...he is happy to work through any questions/concerns through with you!
LOVE their [Conceptions Fertility Center] communication/test results system and how great they are at communicating with us! Never had to wait long to talk with someone, they were all super knowledgeable and they always got back to us quickly...They [nursing staff] were so organized, kind, and compassionate! They walked me through everything every visit and truly cared about my husband and I. They created a calendar for me to help me remember what I needed to do, and were available for me to message with questions!

Dr. Moore and his staff were incredible!! They knew our names, asked about my job (which they remembered), and spent time getting to know my husband and I. They mourned negative test results with us and celebrated our victories, big and small. They crossed their fingers and wished us luck and even remembered to wish me happy birthday when they called me with test results. Every time we went to the clinic we felt like we were friends with everyone there and couldn't have been happier with our care.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
I don't remember all the details, except he was up on the latest research, for example having me take letrozole (femara) instead of clomid because it shows a reduced risk for multiples. He clearly laid out a timeline for us to get pregnant and guaranteed we would have a baby by December or we would get a refund. We were pregnant long before then and appreciated so much his extensive knowledge. He also ensured that we understood how many rounds of each type of treatment we were going to try and why. We followed his roadmap for us and we were able to conceive after our second IUI.

They were a big part of why we loved the clinic so much!

Dr. Moore replaced the frustration and confusion my husband and I were experiencing with knowledge and understanding...we felt like we were his only patients...In addition to our consultations, he also shared resources with me to help me understand my body better...clear that he would not transfer multiple embryos at a time unless a patient fell within a certain category...impressed with how well orchestrated and monitored the intensive process was
[Conceptions Fertility Center is] a well-oiled machine! Very capable at what they do, but also so kind and empathetic, something that is so valuable as infertility can be a really heart wrenching journey. Not even once did I have a negative experience with any member of staff, and I always felt buoyed up after appointments...his staff were always friendly and compassionate...incredibly kind, capable, and empathetic
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
In running the tests that ultimately lead to both of our diagnoses, Dr. Moore replaced the frustration and confusion my husband and I were experiencing with knowledge and understanding. In addition to our consultations, he also shared resources with me to help me understand my body better, specifically how sugar wrecks havoc in my insulin-resistance blood. Making lifestyle changes has literally changed my life by reducing the theorized links between bmi, ovulation, and anovulation.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
It’s worth the wait to get on his schedule.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr. Moore and his staff were always friendly and compassionate. I’m sure they have hundreds of patients, but we felt like we were his only patients. Everyone was professional, but human.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
Mainly, I remember how sensitive the timing was with my injectables and other medications. Most needed to be done every day within a certain timeframe, and, if I remember correctly, my trigger shot had to be done exactly 72 hours before egg retrieval. I was very impressed with how well orchestrated and monitored the intensive process was.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Conceptions Fertility Center. (Assigned nurse: Kinzie)
Kinzie was who I worked with the most through my whole IVF experience. She was incredibly kind, capable, and empathetic. She was always the best at blood draws, which I appreciated, since I have tiny veins. She was always prompt in getting back to my messages with answers to all of my questions.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Dr. Moore had a unique “Guarantee” roadmap option for qualifying IVF patients, which included a competitive price for the procedures and a plan to schedule payments, rather than expecting whole payment up front. Understandably, this was helpful. Luckily, our insurance covered much of our costs.
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Dr. Moore was very clear from the day of our first consultation that a pregnancy with multiples was very dangerous to a mother’s health. Not only that, but he could lose his license for careless multiple transfers. He was clear that he would not transfer multiple embryos at a time unless a patient fell within a certain category (age, previous attempts, etc.). We appreciated the info and agreed with his position.

In our very first consultation, he shared his personal phone number and asked us to let him know if at any point communication with the clinic wasn’t stellar. Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
After our first failed cycle, he reviewed our overall family goals with us and suggested we shift to an embryo banking approach to have the embryos needed to yield multiple (at least two) pregnancies. He carefully monitored results in the si subsequent three cycles making adjustments to medications, doses and timelines to improve the odds.

feel like for the most part Dr Moore was amazing...he had planned to remove my IUD and for whatever reason didn’t and then didn’t tell my husband and I...He also would run late to every call like 30+ minutes. But he was always willing to answer our questions and somehow was gentle and blunt.
[Conceptions Fertility Center] is clean, organized, they had pretty good tv playing and overall it’s as welcoming as a doctors office can be...were honestly AMAZING! When we had implanted our embryo a few weeks in I started bleeding and they were able to immediately get me in and reassured me multiple times
How was your experience with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
I feel like for the most part Dr Moore was amazing. But when we did our first egg retrieval he had planned to remove my IUD and for whatever reason didn’t and then didn’t tell my husband and I. Luckily we were careful and later on he told us he didn’t remove it and then removing it was a struggle! So that really bothered me! He also would run late to every call like 30+ minutes. But he was always willing to answer our questions and somehow was gentle and blunt. You honestly (at least at conceptions) only see the doctor for retrievals and then for calls if you go genetic testing! It’s mainly the nurses!
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Expect him to run late to calls and expect a friendly kind and blunt man! I struggle with blunt people especially when it came to medical but somehow doctor moore didn’t make that hard!
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
He answered all my questions and considered all my concerns
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We had to do two egg retrievals because of some unexpected and not great news with our PGT results. For both my egg retrievals I was on the same protocol (one was just longer then the other) but I was on gonal- f and menopur (150 IU each) for a few days and then when we triggered we used cetrotide and Fyremadel. Both the egg retrievals were smooth procedures and I never (besides for bruising) reacted badly to the meds and I recovered with no pain with the ERs! We did the second ER to better our chances at success for a healthy baby, this was an easy-ish decision after consultation with Dr Moore
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
They were honestly AMAZING! When we had implanted our embryo a few weeks in I started bleeding and they were able to immediately get me in and reassured me multiple times! They always answered my questions within a timely matter (use the app it’s a life saver) and when I was scared for new things or just scared in general they were so compassionate and wonderful!
Describe your experience with Conceptions Fertility Center.
I really enjoyed the clinic. It’s a doctors office so in that sense it’s not fun but the location is nice and pretty easy to find. I know my husband said the room where he had to contribute was hard to do what he had to do but that could also be it’s stressful. But the clinic is clean, organized, they had pretty good tv playing and overall it’s as welcoming as a doctors office can be!
Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
The costs were the IVF round, medication and I think we had to pay for ICSI for our second retrieval!
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I’m not sure if it’s my age or our circumstances but Dr Moore was pretty set on only transferring one embryo! We didn’t mind this though!
What specific things went wrong at Conceptions Fertility Center?

This was more on doctor moore not informing me about my IUD and then trying to remove it was a hassle and required us coming back a couple of times!

Dr. Moore was wonderful. He made me feel like my issues were easily treatable (which before that they felt confusing and untreatable). He was so confident that I would get a baby, and I did. He was also very knowledgeable with my issues (endometriosis, annovulation, adenomyosis). I felt like I could trust his expertise...I needed an ultrasound to check on my ovaries on a Saturday. Dr. Moore came in on a Saturday to do the ultrasound himself. He chatted with me about the results and made himself available for questions whenever I had them.
Overall my experience [at Conceptions Fertility Center] was great. There were a few times when they had me come in first thing and no one was there (very frustrating). And one of my IUIs they made a big deal about getting my husband’s sample to the clinic within 30 minutes, but then I sat in the waiting room for an additional 30 minutes waiting for the andrologist...The nurse I was assigned to I only saw a couple times. I didn’t feel super connected to her.

We did a standard medicated FET using a day 5 icsi PGT normal embryo that took first cycle and resulted in a live birth.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Conceptions Fertility Center. (Assigned nurse: Yes, but I don’t remember her name. )
I had spotting from the very beginning of my pregnancy. The first time I had a bleed they were very compassionate and had me come in right away. The NP told me it was super normal and not to worry. I felt a little brushed off. I wish she would have told me more about sub-chorionic hemorrhages at that time because it ended up being a very traumatic pregnancy. The nurse I was assigned to I only saw a couple times. I didn’t feel super connected to her.

Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I wanted to transfer 2 embryos, but since Dr. Moore said it was my first transfer and I had a “good prognosis”, he would only transfer one. In hindsight I’m very glad I only transferred one embryo.

Dr. Peregrine was patient, understanding, answered questions and gave diagnosis and advice clearly...diagnosed with Asherman syndrome...found low ovarian reserves...would show me exactly what she was seeing and wouldn't hide anything from me...fully involved me in my treatment while also giving me time to process my emotions and give a comforting hand through everything
[Conceptions Fertility Center is] clean, quick to address your needs and questions, and kind to patients...were knowledgeable, respectful, and a great support whether i was getting good or bad news...were quick to answer questions and proficient with diagnostics and collecting samples
How was your experience with Jamie Peregrine at Conceptions Fertility Center?
She is kind and blunt at the same time. When giving disappointing news, she told clearly, without trying to give lots of comfort first, but she seemed so understanding and knowledgeable, diagnosing with me right there as she looked through results. I loved her approach since she would show me exactly what she was seeing and wouldn't hide anything from me. I felt like she fully involved me in my treatment while also giving me time to process my emotions and give a comforting hand through everything. She has gone through fertility treatments herself, so she understands what I am feeling.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Jamie Peregrine at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Don't be afraid to ask questions, even if it seems like a silly or repetitive one. She can't read your mind and your treatment will be more satisfactory to you if you can have her explain things to you. She wouldn't really push any specific treatment.

I don't remember specific protocols used, but she started with lots of testing. I was diagnosed with Asherman syndrome early on and had to have a hysteroscopy to remove wxcessive scar tissue in the uterus. I then had to come in every few days of a while afterward to have a procedure to keep the scar tissue broken up during the healing process, which took 6 weeks. She also found low ovarian reserves and we started with multiple over-the-counter vitamins to improve fertility and combined that with timed and frequent intercourse. After a few months without success, we took another prescribed fertility drug, which worked to get pregnant on the first try. We could have done things faster, but I decided to start with less invasive treatments first and she supported that.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Conceptions Fertility Center.
They were quick to answer questions and proficient with diagnostics and collecting samples. There was a mixup with the lab at one point, but they cleared it up quickly once I called them. They were kind and I felt close to all of them by the end of my treatment.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Conceptions Fertility Center.
One time, I was waiting for test results and they didn't realize the lab had never sent them back to the clinic, so I had to call to get it cleared up. But once I called, they took care of everything and called me back.

Dr. Peregrine took the time to answer all of our questions and was very patient to work with us as we adjusted our road map plan. She took the time to lay out and explain every option, and why she did or didn't reccomend certain choices...She was very upfront about everything and honest. She was great to lay out all of our options and was great to allow us to make whatever choices felt right for us.

Describe the protocols Jamie Peregrine used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We tried clomid and then letrozole cycles without iui, then tried medicated letrozole with trigger shots iui cycles. Each cycle we made slight dosage adjustments as needed. We started with the least invasive and inexpensive options and testing first before eventually moving onto ivf once we felt ready. Dr. Peregrine was great to explain the pros and cons of every option and choice. We had a great egg retrieval and had success with a 5 day icsi frozen transfer, resulting in a healthy baby and more embryos to use in the future.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Jamie Peregrine at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Our medicated iui cycles were very affordable, usually around $400 including medication. The ivf cycle and retrieval was definitely more costly and harder to afford. But they were good to allow for payments. I did feel that frozen ivf transfer cycles were very overpriced at about $4,000 per cycle including meds.
Describe Jamie Peregrine's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Our doctor had a strong preference to transferring only one embryo at a time, but was also understanding and open enough to a multiple transfer if absolutely needed to increase the chances of a successful transfer.

Dr. Moore was very inviting to talk to. He always seemed prepared for our appointments and would address all our concerns. He always made sure we understood our “roadmap” to success. I felt like he took his time in our appointments. I get like he truly cared how we were feeling and was doing his best to help us get the outcome we wanted. Dr.Moore had great bedside manner as awkward as those appointments can be he was always caution and explained all the steps of the procedure so you didn’t have any surprises. Dr. Moore is a very kind, caring doctor that we recommend to anyone of our friends having infertility issues.
[Conceptions Fertility Center] Strengths: friendly, informative, intelligent, make you feel like you are heard and are ready to address your questions and come up with a game plan to see you succeed. Weaknesses: Billing department. I know this has already improved since we first began going to the clinic...The nursing staff was always friendly and welcoming when we came in. We loved the nurse practitioner, Mauri that did most of our ultrasounds. She was always very informative and explained everything we was seeing and what the next step in the process would be. The only hiccups we ran into was with the lab tech that did our labs. There was a miscommunication on what test we needed and they were time sensitive. Once the issue was address Dr Moore and his team accommodated and did a rush on our tests so we could get the results in time.

Dr.Moore always listened to our concerns and made us feel heard. If he didn’t have an anwser to our question in the moment he always got back to us. Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
When we first started seeing Dr. Moore my husband had just started taking 50mg of Clomid daily to boost his sperm count. I had previously form another Dr had fibroids and polyps removed. When starting to see Dr. Moore he realized I had been taking progesterone that was prescribed by another doctor on days that could be acting like a birth control. I stopped taking that and we continued to try and get pregnant naturally for 3 months. After no luck we moved onto the next step of IUIs did 3 rounds of IUIs with negative pregnancy test for all 3. He thought for sure an IUI would work but unfortunately it didn’t. So we moved on to IVF, I don’t remember my exact does of medication. We had a very successful egg retrieval and retrieved 36 eggs, 12 turned to embryos. We opted to do genetic testing on those embryos to have a better chance at convincing. Out of the 12 we ended up with 6 viable good heathy eggs. We needed up having to wait a month after the egg retrieval before we could do the transfer due to me having a small complication after the egg retrieval. Dr.Moore and his staff were so great and helpful during that time of complication and stayed late in the office to see me and check the swelling of my left ovary. They checked in on me through the nest few days to make sure I was continuing to get better. After waiting the month and doing the first round of IVF they made sure I understood everything and the steps leaving up to the FET day. The day of the frozen transfer they made me feel so good. The nerves and stress levels are high as your trying to relax and not think to much into all that can go wrong. They had a basket full of lucky transfer socks for me to pick and wear during the transfer. Everything went smooth and found out 2 weeks later we had a successful first round of IVF and we’re pregnant with our sweet baby boy.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Our medications for IVF were around $2500-$3000. Our genetic testing for our embryos was about $5000 and the IVf for 1 round was about $10,500
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
Yes, Dr. Moore explained the pros and con of single and mutiple embryos transfers to us. He said in our case he strongly recommended doing single embryo transfers until we fail 2-3 rounds of IVF. He said at that point we could consider and weight the pros and cons of a multiple embryo transfer but lucky in our case our single embryo transfer was a success.

I could not rave more about my experience with dr Moore. From the first visit he made us feel appreciated and important and I walked away with more hope than I’d ever had to start a family. He explained everything in depth, answered all of our questions even if it meant he was late to his next patient. We never felt rushed and always felt taken care of. Dr Moore is one of, if not the most knowledgable, kind dr I have ever worked with. He is in a profession which brings a lot of downs and emotions and he handles with so much empathy and kindness. I have referred my friends to dr Moore who he has helped also and we all would not use anyone else!
[Conceptions Fertility Center] Strengths is all I have to note. Efficient, organised and the friendliest staff. I always felt safe and like a friend. I looked forward to attending the clinic as there was always a friendly face and I never had any trouble...They [nurses] were so kind, always friendly and asking about my day. They were very efficient and would even answer some of my questions on medications etc with dr Moore was away.

Ask questions. There is no stupid question to dr Moore, he will answer all of your concerns and help you understand exactly what is going to happen and why.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
Dr Moore treated me with the utmost respect. He was always kind and welcoming, talked through everything I needed to know and more so that I understood what was happening. When I had my ectopic pregnancy he was empathetic towards the situation, gave me a hug and told me how sorry he was. I’ve never felt more heard and understood by a dr before.
Describe the protocols Andrew Moore used in your cycles at Conceptions Fertility Center and their degree of success.
We did 2 IUI cycles, which included estrogen dosage and injections. The first was unsuccessful but the second was a success but unfortunately ended very quickly as it was a ectopic pregnancy. Then we tried 1 full cycle of IVF. Which included hormone treatments, egg retrieval, frozen embryo transfer and progesterone shots up until 12 weeks which ended in a successful pregnancy and a baby girl!

The IUI’s were about $5-6k a cycle and we did two of those. The IVF package I believe was 11k for all of the procedures and then another 8-10k we spent on the injections and medications needed.
Describe Andrew Moore's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Conceptions Fertility Center.
I am grateful for thé insight i was given on the danger especially for my small uterus that a multiple embryo transfer could bring. So I am thankful for the single embryo transfer as they were taking my needs into the picture too!
