I could not rave more about my experience with dr Moore. From the first visit he made us feel appreciated and important and I walked away with more hope than I’d ever had to start a family. He explained everything in depth, answered all of our questions even if it meant he was late to his next patient. We never felt rushed and always felt taken care of. Dr Moore is one of, if not the most knowledgable, kind dr I have ever worked with. He is in a profession which brings a lot of downs and emotions and he handles with so much empathy and kindness. I have referred my friends to dr Moore who he has helped also and we all would not use anyone else!

Ask questions. There is no stupid question to dr Moore, he will answer all of your concerns and help you understand exactly what is going to happen and why.

We did 2 IUI cycles, which included estrogen dosage and injections. The first was unsuccessful but the second was a success but unfortunately ended very quickly as it was a ectopic pregnancy. Then we tried 1 full cycle of IVF. Which included hormone treatments, egg retrieval, frozen embryo transfer and progesterone shots up until 12 weeks which ended in a successful pregnancy and a baby girl!

The IUI’s were about $5-6k a cycle and we did two of those. The IVF package I believe was 11k for all of the procedures and then another 8-10k we spent on the injections and medications needed.

I am grateful for thé insight i was given on the danger especially for my small uterus that a multiple embryo transfer could bring. So I am thankful for the single embryo transfer as they were taking my needs into the picture too!

We first saw Dr. Moore at a different clinic, but we decided to leave that clinic and follow him because when they switched us to a different provider we became a number and felt very lost and defeated. Dr. Moore has been absolutely wonderful. He cares very deeply about us.

Be open with him. Let him know your struggles because he will do all that he can to help.

We had previously tried clomid with no success. He put us on famera and did ultra sounds to ensure we were on a good dose. We unexpectedly became pregnant with twins. Sadly they were born at 23 weeks and we lost them. When we let Dr. Moore know he was very compassionate and mourned with us. We didn't have a good experience with our OB at our 6 week post partum visit. She basically told us that we would have to do ivf and only implant one rmbryo at a time and that if we were to have twins again, we would have to abort one. It was awful hearing this just 6 weeks after loosing our twins. Once we were ready to try again and met with Dr. Moore he heard about our bad experience and asked if he could write a letter to the OB to call her out and to ask her to show and be more compassionate. As we moved forward he was very attentive and even changed our plan to include ultra sounds with every cycle. The plan was that if it appeared that there was going to be too many follicles then we would hold on that cycle, thus hopefully reducing the chance of multiples. He also had us meet with a maternal Fetal Medicine doctor for a preconception visit and to have their input in our journey.

I don't remember it being too bad. In fact it ended up being less than what we were anticipating.

Dr. Moore was amazing at being there for every step, he gave me his personal phone number so I could call or text anytime I needed. He is caring, understanding, kind, and honest. One thing I wish was to get some more information on the quality of my eggs to go over if there were any abnormalities to them. I did enjoy that he would say if there is no news that is good news. I truly did feel safe and that I was in great hands with Dr. Moore, and I look forward to transferring more of my embryos with him.

Be open to what information you fully want, go in with an open mind, and know that he will be truly honest with what he sees and that he will support you in the decision that you choose.

We did IVF with Dr. Moore and there is just so much to that. We did have to use more medicine for my egg growth and it look longer then than is typical but everyone is so different and that was a huge stress due to the cost of the medications he found some medication that had been donated that I could use and that was such a blessing for us. We did the egg retrieval and that was the first time I was ever under anesthesia and Dr. Moore was there every step of the way easing my nerves. He had an amazing anesthesiologist and just a great team with him. My embryo transfer was just as amazing showing us everything on the screens and going over all our concerns.

Dr. Moore validated my concerns about getting and staying pregnant. He allowed me to share my history of miscarriage, inability to get pregnant after 1 year of trying, and older maternal age. He gave me detailed information about options and what he would recommend and why. He had a kind, sincere and positive demeanor.

Be honest with what you want, how you feel, and ask questions. The more you know, the better you will feel about the choices you get to make.

The plan was to do a general workup for me (Lisa) including an ultrasound and looking at my ovaries. My husband planned to submit semen for analysis as well. I was to schedule an appt once I started my next period...but it so happened that I never did start my period because we had gotten pregnant naturally. I had anxiety about keeping the pregnancy, so Dr. Moore had me take progesterone supplements and come for an early ultrasound at I believe 5wks or so. He said with my age (early 40s), it was common to not produce enough progesterone to keep the pregnancy until the placenta can take over and the early ultrasound was to check location of the fetus and size/heart rate. He then said I could continue seeing my regular OB/GYN, but if I were to miscarry, I could request some tissue samples be saved to try and determine the cause (i.e. chromosomal abnormality). We felt good about things and the pregnancy progressed without any complications. I had vaginal delivery of our baby girl at term and she is now a healthy 2 1/2 yr old.

From the initial appointment, Dr. Moore was super straightforward with what he thought the best course of action was and what the possibilities for diagnosis and what could show. He was super empathetic to our situation and promised he would do what he could to help us bring the baby home. At other appointments he always explained exactly what was going on, and always answered all the questions I had.

He is really good at letting you being involved in decisions with your care. So if you feel like you don’t understand some thing, ask lots of questions she will help explain so that you can make the best decision for your family.

I just did recurrent miscarriage testing and then was placed on thyroid meds and vaginal progesterone. After that I got pregnant and the pregnancy stuck.

I had some insurance coverage for infertility which helped. I also just did testing— I had lots of blood work, ultrasounds, genetic testing, sperm sample testing, and then was followed by them for most of my first trimester. In total I paid around $2700. The clinic did offer a discount if you pay the whole bill

Dr Moore was so great. He was present during the visits and fully vested. He gave us options and answers to our questions. He was very knowledgeable about what is next and what was to come. He researched everything and gave us statistics about everything of if it would work or what he thought the next step should be.

He is the best! They’re going to live him!

We did the bloodwork and hsg, then we were cleared and moved onto the ivf egg retrieval and freezing cycles. We did a fresh cycle which was successful and a few years later we did a frozen that was unsuccessful which dr Moore was great at explaining the procedure and how it could have happened. Then we did another frozen cycle and it worked.

For us when we did ivf fresh cycle with isci in 2018 it was 12,000. Then we had a lot of meds on top of that. It was worth it. Every procedure was appropriate and needed and it didn’t feel like we were getting more procedures or paying for anything we didn’t need

He gave us statistics as to our chances for multiples and that with our egg quality and how I responded to treatment that multiple egg transfers wouldn’t be recommended as one should work.

Dr. Moore was very factual but sensitive. When we went in for an early ultrasound, he found that our pregnancy wasn’t viable. He was very careful in explaining what that meant and what that would mean moving forward. We luckily didn’t need further treatment because we had two cycles where we got pregnant in just femara; however, I knew that if we wanted or needed other treatments we were allowed to discuss these options with him. He also was super accommodating to questions and my anxieties with our second pregnancy.

After a baseline ultrasound, I took 7.5 mg of Femara (Letrozole) on days 3-5 of my cycle. An ultrasound was performed on one cycle to determine if a follicle was maturing. He advised using ovulation test strips to help in timed intercourse but gave a general time frame for when ovulation should occur based on the ultrasound. The first round of femara was unsuccessful because I didn’t actually take the medication on days 3-5. The baseline ultrasound was not completely accurate. The second round of femara was successful in that I was pregnant, but the pregnancy ended in a miscarriage (blighted ovum). The third round of femara has also been successful and I am currently pregnant. To help prevent miscarriage, I take progesterone vaginally each night. I also take baby aspirin daily.

I only saw her a handful of times but each time was pleasant and great! She was thorough and very personable and didn’t seem like she was just out for money! She really cared about us! If it wasn’t for her caring we may have had to go onto more expensive treatments that were not necessary! Thankfully she found a course of action that worked for us.

I have PCOS with anovulation as well as my body is very resistant to medication! She found the right dosage of letrezole to help me ovulate and because of this it only took 2 cycles for me to get pregnant with times intercourse! Every visit she wanted to find the right medication before we took further steps!

I think I spent a total of $2500 out of pocket

We live in a different state, and Dr. Moore met with us over the phone. Our first impression was that he was thoughtful and wanted to gather all of the information to make a good plan as we progressed with him we had miscarriages. Each time he was so kind, and was reassuring that we would find the answer.

Go! Start now! Explain everything to him and he will help give you the best outcome.

We first began treatment with using medication. Upon our first month, I got pregnant and then at five weeks miscarried. I did have a DNC. The second time we tried the medication again and still did not work and ended in a miscarriage. We moved to our IUI and used a local doctor in our area to help. That did not become a pregnancy at all. We eventually moved to IVF. The first cycle, none of the eggs matured. For the second time of doing IVF he slow down the medication and was very careful at monitoring me. And we ended with a successful live birth.

Dr. Moore was caring, accommodating, and transparent. He explained every step of the process in detail while also offering support along the way. He truly cared about our journey and worked with us in every way possible.

Go in with an open mind because fertility is complex and things can change quickly!

My wife and I both underwent egg retrievals using stimulation medications. Of those embryos we transferred one to my wife after cervical dilation and a cervical stitch. This ultimately failed as her cervix is partially stenosed. Then we followed up with a transfer to myself which was successful.

I’m happy we went with eSET under his advice as the pregnancy was low risk and we ended up with a healthy baby

I honestly don't remember the Doctor very much, my RNP was the one that took most care of me. She was extremely helpful, friendly and a good communicator, she made me feel at ease, and like everything was going to be alright.

Don't waste too much time on pills if they're not working right away, just do the IUI.

IUI cost $400

Dr. Andrew Moore was an incredible doctor who made my IVF experience feel deeply personal and compassionate. His calm and empathetic demeanor helped ease the emotional weight of the process, and his thorough explanations gave me confidence in every step we took together.

Ask any question you can think of, Dr. Moore always answered even what I thought were silly questions but it really helped to not hold any inquiries back.

I think everything was pretty standard. I took the medications for an ordinary egg retrieval and then we froze all the eggs so that I could get surgery. After surgery they unfroze 1 eggs, it survived and then ta-da! 38 weeks later I gave birth to a healthy baby girl.

I have IVF insurance so I am not too aware of the total cost but my out of pocket cost ended up being about $3k-$4k, I think.

Only 1 egg was transferred, I actually did ask for multiples but Dr. Moore felt that since was my first attempt it would be healthiest and safest to just do one egg.

Dr. Moore is very knowledgeable and for me as a patient that was very comforting. He answers all of the questions and even explains why for things I didn't think to ask for. All of our visits with him were virtual, which worked out for us, but some couples may prefer in office consults.

One piece of advice I would give someone going to see Dr. Moore would be to not be afraid to ask questions and voice any concern. Dr. Moore takes them very seriously and is genuinely wanting to know all of your questions or concerns. Also, dont be afraid to take treatments at your own speed. Dr. Moore will make a plan, but if its too fast, say so and he is more than happy to help!

We did a medicated cycle with our IUI. I was on an ovulation stimulant for the first few days of my period (I do not remember the dose). This was to ensure that an egg dropped during this cycle. After that, we had an ultrasound to check my ovaries for eggs. From there it was determined they needed to grow just a little more so they were checked in two more days. Once they were ready, I did a trigger shot at home ( I was given the option to come into the office) and then went in the next day for the IUI. 2 days after the IUI, I began progesterone suppositories (I do not remember the dose). The rational behind this was that it would support an early pregnancy!

I do not remember the exact itemized but when all of it was said and done it was around 2,000 dollars.

Dr Moore was so soft spoken and had great bedside manner. Our goals were his goals. He listed options and listened to us if we wanted to alter them! He knew details about us without us having to answer the same questions multiple times. We have more embryos to try for and we can’t wait to go back and do it with him!

Listen to him and trust him! He knows what he’s doing

We started with medicated/injected IUIs. We had done one in the past with previous drs. Dr Moore had us doing 2 or 3 before moving onto IVF on our roadmap. After the first one didn’t work, we asked dr Moore if it would be okay if we just moved into IVF. We felt another IUI would be a waste of money. He listened to us and said of course! And got us started on IVF prep. My cycle was pretty basic. Did an ultra sound to check my uterus. I was told it was textbook and the perfect home for a baby! Then we started BC to line up my cycle. Then started injections for egg retrieval. It went as planned and we got 20 eggs. He decided to do ICSI on half and natural fertilization on the other half. None of the natural fertilization eggs fertilized. 6 out of 10 that did ICSI fertilized but only 2 made it to day 5 blastocyst. We did a fresh transfer with one and froze the other one. The fresh transfer took! I saw them for two ultra sounds before they sent me to my OB. I carried my baby to term with a healthy pregnancy and delivery!

We actually asked if we could transfer two (prior to knowing we would only get two embryos) and dr Moore suggested not to. We were not at a high risk of it not taking, we were still young. He mentioned IVF pregnancies are already high risk, there is no reason to purposely make it more high risk unless it was warranted and we agreed!

She is so kind, we loved working with her. She always made us feel heard. She even called us on a holiday to see if my period had started. She was 100% invested in our success. She gave us tips and tricks with each treatment option. She explained each treatment in a way that helped us understand. We loved her.

Trust her and tell her what you are thinking. She will help you come up with a plan that works with your schedule

We used a roadmap , dr peregrine helped us understand the rational for each treatment option. The first treatment option we used was an Iui, she gave us statistics for each Iui attempt, we then tried a medicated intercourse, because we were going to be out of town. We then needed to have polyps removed before we started ivf treatments. We did the retrieval and then decided to freeze all embryos. One month later we did a frozen transfer. During the whole process she used statistics to help us understand our chances and risks.

She stated it was safer to do one embryo transfer so we didn’t end up with multiple.

He was very respectful to me as a woman and always made me feel comfortable. This was very important to me since it is such an exposed and vulnerable situation. He never talked down to us and always took plenty of time to answer all of our many questions. Never made us feel like we were wasting his time and was never condescending.

Don't hesitate to ask all questions and reach out when something goes wrong.

Our treatment for IVF was pretty standard in the medications used and we were fortunate to catch our infertility as young as we did. But, the one thing about our treatment plan that we wish we could go back and change would be genetic testing. It would have saved us a lot of heartbreak. Even though this is something we would change, I think that at the time it was still the best decision with the information that we had. Dr. Moore explained that statistically, it would do more harm than good to test the embryos we had and would actually hurt our chances of successful implantation because of the trauma it would cause to the embryos. This also took into account our age. While this was probably true and the best decision at the time, our two miscarriages were both because the fetus was chromosomal abnormal and this is something we would've found out from testing.

Obviously IVF is expensive, but I felt that Dr. Moore was really financially conscious the whole time that we met with him. There was never an instance where we questioned whether any medical practice was necessary or not for the clinics financial gain. Everything was always explained very carefully and they were very conscious of finances.

We did multiple transfer in both of our transfers and one took in each instance so we are happy we did the two in each instance

It was easy to get an appointment with Dr. Moore, and I like that all our appointments were virtual so we didn't need to take as much time off from work. Dr. Moore was easy to talk to and for the most part he did a good job explaining things. The only thing he couldn't explain was the reason for my ovulatory dysfunction and why I was able to get pregnant previously.

To ask questions and reiterate everything he says in order to make sure you understand everything and the course of action.

We wanted minimal intervention, so we started off with Femara to induce ovulation followed by an ultrasound to verify the response. When that didn't work, we increased the dosage for Femara to 5mg/day and took that on days 3-7 of my cycle, and we added ganol-F injection to trigger HCG on days 5 and 8. We did another ultrasound to confirm the response, and we added HCG trigger shot to start ovulation. We also supplemented with progesterone 2 days after ovulation and continued taking it for the first 10 weeks of my pregnancy.

Dr Moore was never too busy for us. One time he happened to run a little late for our appointment and completely made it free of charge. He valued our time, which is unlike most doctors. He listened to our concerns and made a plan to reach our family goal, but was also realistic in explaining some potential setbacks.

See him first! We spent so much time looking for a doctor that would listen and get us the treatment we needed. With Dr Moore he was determined to create a plan that would be the right one for me.

Clomid, ultrasounds, semen analysis, flushing my tubes

Just the cost of the tests and medication. I didn’t have to undergo further treatment, but if I had to proceed with further treatment and didn’t end in pregnancy, I would have been refunded money l, outside of lab costs

We loved working with Dr. Moore and at Conceptions. He made a plan for us and explained every little thing he would be doing to help us get pregnant. He was super respectful and understanding during a hard and vulnerable time for us! And we were able to get pregnant with a healthy, little girl!

Don’t be afraid to ask questions. He’s happy to answer them.

We started by just tracking my cycle and checking via ultrasound, what my ovulation looked like and how to improve it. Then we did about two or three cycles with medication to help me ovulate. When we were unsuccessful we tried IUI the next cycle and got pregnant. He then did a a very early ultrasound on baby to make sure she was healthy and he sent us to the OBGYN.

I think I’m total we spent about $2000 at this clinic. That was our out-of-pocket costs. That included all the ultrasounds, medications, and procedures.

Dr. Moore was kind, caring, and easy to talk to. He made me feel at ease when at appointments. He answered questions as best as he could without giving any false hope or leading on. He would always ask how work was going for me and remembered that I'm a nurse.

Do your research and have questions written down to ask during your appointment. When you're in the middle of it all, sometimes you just forget what you wanted to ask.

We attempted IUI 3 times, the first and last times my husband's sperm count was too low and gave us a very small chance (1 to 5%). Dr Moore had prescribed my husband clomid to help increase counts which it did, just not enough. He then suggested IVF. We felt good about that and moved forward immediately. We got 13 eggs, 6 embryos, 1 transfer, 1 pregnancy, which all lead to 1 beautiful baby girl.

Out of pocket: $10,500 for IVF to the clinic, $ 5,000 for medications. IUI was approximately $400 as our insurance did have some infertility coverage.

He said they would only transfer 1 at a time unless unsuccessful and then could transfer 2; the best and worst embryos.

I had a great experience. She really calmed my anxiety and gave me the tools to succeed. Every doctor/ nurse I had was all very caring and patient with me and all my questions due to my anxiety. She did some testing on me. It was very painful but she helped me get through the whole thing. I was also seen by another male doctor after I had a bleed when he wasn’t even working that day because he cared. Every single person at this office has treated me with respect and kindness.

They are in good hands. There is only so much any doctor can do. The rest is genetics and what’s meant to happen. I was just given the tools to help me succeed. I was just lucky and happened to be one of the people with a happy ending. Don’t give up and the doctors here will not give up on you either.

She emailed me research. She analyzed my husbands sperm and explained how it looked and what it meant it a really easy to understand way.

Best doctor I had when it came to IVF. Loved doctor peregrine and will definitely recommend her to people I know. So glad I switched to Conceptions clinic and was able to experience her as a doctor. She made me feel like she genuinely cared about me and helping us to achieve what we wanted to achieve which was to have a daughter. Very grateful to her.

I don’t remember much but I do remember we did a modified natural this time around.

We have amazing insurance through Progyny so we didn’t pay more than $500 for everything. Very grateful.

Andrew Moore was personal and genuinely cared about my personal goals for family planning. I felt completely safe and supported throughout the process. When I got pregnant I was so happy that he celebrated with me! I genuinely felt like he was a friend supporting my on this journey.

Trust him!

I had 3 rounds of femara, and then 3 rounds of femara with IUI. All of those were unsuccessful so we took a break for 2 months and then started IVF. On day 4 of my ivf shots I went in for an ultrasound to check the progress of my follicules and we found my baby girl who was 5 weeks 3 days!! It was a total miracle and we conceived her naturally. We don’t know if the fertility shots boosted her ability to grow and attach. She ended up having a velementous cord insertion and vasa previa so she was taken by c-section at 37 weeks. She is 100% healthy and thriving!

She was kind, compassionate, and honest. After she successfully untied my tubes I became pregnant almost immediately after, and we lost the first pregnancy. She told us with the most gentle and loving compassion. She checked on me after, and when I became pregnant shortly after that loss she took extra care, scheduled extra appointments to monitor and be safe. She explained everything so well and really cared about me and my family! We will forever be grateful for her.

Absolutely don’t hesitate to meet with her! She will care for you and your journey and your family as a whole. And possibly change your life for the better and beautiful

It was the most affordable option for us. They also aloud payments to begin and get the process started.

He was empathetic towards my experience with recurrent pregnancy loss, and never seemed inconvenienced when I had questions. He was very happy for us when I found out I was pregnant, and offered HCG tests and ultrasounds frequently to monitor the baby during the early weeks of pregnancy.

Don’t hesitate to start your treatment journey! They are there with you every step of the way and genuinely want to see you be successful in treatments.

I did not undergo any of the planned treatments, as I became pregnant on my own before any treatments started. We were going to do medicated IUI, but didn’t end up needing it.

My cost of care for initial consult, plus HCG testing and ultrasounds was only $90 after insurance. Fertility treatment is not cheap anywhere, but we were made very aware of the costs before any commitment to treatment was made.
