Dr. Moore was always very kind and welcoming. He made sure I understood what we were doing and why we were doing it. He went above and beyond to help in situations where things went wrong...He was always there to give a call or text if needed on his own time. He was very personable and helped me keep hope, but also was upfront about possible risks, etc...he has you and your best interests and goals first.
All [Conceptions Fertility Center] staff is super kind from the front desk to thr drs to billing. They called when any issued arised. Sometimes there were billing issued while getting switched to a new system but nothing crazy and they made sure to work with me on any issues I had being able to pay or needing medication back ups etc...They [the nursing staff] were very friendly and understanding and I felt they were rooting for me

Dr. Moore was always very kind and welcoming. He made sure I understood what we were doing and why we were doing it. He went above and beyond to help in situations where things went wrong (one of the tests I needed came back inconclusive and he fought the company to make sure they didn't charge me again for a repeat test, as it is $2000 each time). He was always there to give a call or text if needed on his own time. He was very personable and helped me keep hope, but also was upfront about possible risks, etc.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Andrew Moore at Conceptions Fertility Center?
I think it's easy to get in your head when things aren't working. But trust that he has you and your best interests and goals first.

Dr. Moore took the time to answer my questions and let me know the "whys" behind them. He was available after hours as well for any needs big or small, which I thought was extremely cool and was grateful to have at times.

They were very friendly and understanding and I felt they were rooting for me

I believe 10500 for the ivf package which included the first transfer. All transfers after were 3500. This did not include medications or any additional testing such as uterine biopsy, etc. Iui I can't remember

Dr. Moore is a very knowledgeable doctor...was flexible when I wanted to try different things and he listened and explained to every question I had...4 rounds of medicated ovulation Clomid and shots with timed intercourse 3 rounds of IUI Clomid and shots...remembered my case and always had a warm greeting.
[Conceptions Fertility Center] was clean , nice and comfortable...never a long wait...very welcoming including the receptionist and has a labcorp right next to them in case you need bloodwork. Had a lot of seating space and very well lit...Nursing staff was amazing and on top of everything.

I really only saw him over telehealth, but he made sure he was available to me when I needed him. He was great about details and being thorough...He was kind and always answered my questions even when they were stupid...Trust him, and don’t be afraid to ask him for anything you need.

I only had one cycle. There was progesterone. No idea what that was for. There was a trigger shot I don’t remember what it was called but it was made so the egg would release and possibly be fertilized when the IUI was preformed.

Everyone was kind and respectful. They treated me well and walked me through everything be fore or as it was happening.

When we confirmed our miscarriage he brought us in on a Sunday & did the ultrasound personally. He hugged & comforted us once it was confirmed. But met with us when we were ready to decide the best treatment moving forward, which was successful...Very kind as a person & thoughtful/knowledgeable in treatments. Never felt rushed or pressured. Everything was done on our time. We have taken both of our babies in to meet Dr Moore & you can tell he’s overjoyed to meet them.

I went through a couple different fertility clinics before finally being referred to him and I recommend him to everyone who needs fertility help! He helped us get our miracle baby after 4 years of trying and we are forever grateful for him...spent lots of time answering questions and never rushed us...He only let me do one embryo. He said multiple embryo transfers are only for those with histories of miscarriages or history of many failed frozen embryo transfers.

We started working with Dr Moore in 2018. He quickly identified my endometriosis, performed surgery for my stage IV endo. Following IUI treatments we move to IVF. We now have 3 children and 2 more frozen embryos. He relayed studies and statistical info to help my husband and I determine the best course of action for our family. Compassionate. Clinical expert. He was personally invested in my journey and my family, and I’m so glad I found him...He’s genuinely so kind and really cares about his patients...He definitely prefers single transfers, or at least he did in my case...Second timed inter course cycle included trigger shot to help timing (as did all of my IUIs, obviously). My final attempted IUI he added gonal F to try and give me the best shot, but unfortunately my body stopped responding so we canceled the IUI. He also recommended ICSI for our IVF retrieval because my husbands sperm count was in the lower range.

Second timed inter course cycle included trigger shot to help timing (as did all of my IUIs, obviously). My final attempted IUI he added gonal F to try and give me the best shot, but unfortunately my body stopped responding so we canceled the IUI. He also recommended ICSI for our IVF retrieval because my husbands sperm count was in the lower range.

I had a really great experience [at Conceptions Fertility Center] with the overall process. We were a lucky couple that got pregnant on our own eventually and they were very supportive and happy for us. They had great hours and accommodated with the timing of ultrasounds and such...Super supportive [nursing staff] and fast in answering questions on app...Be aware that most of the time you will be with nurses and they are great!

We used medication (Femara) and injections for 4 cycles. We then did an IUI and then my husband and I decided to take a break from treatments and got pregnant on our own.

I had a really great experience with the overall process. We were a lucky couple that got pregnant on our own eventually and they were very supportive and happy for us. They had great hours and accommodated with the timing of ultrasounds and such.

We were lucky that we didn't have to do intensive processes and the billing was through insurance.

He [Dr. Andrew Moore] was very open and honest on the process. We only had one consultation with him. He explained what the next step would be and what to expect. We were extremely lucky that we got pregnant naturally and didn’t have to go through the tests. He monitored the pregnancy till we were 10 weeks along cause we had just had a miscarriage...He took his time to talk about what they wanted to test us for and what our options were. He recommended different things to try while we were trying natural and things to avoid. He was upfront and answered all our questions.

I took estradiol and progesterone injections. I really don’t remember how much of anything but I knew I was in good hands and meds were changed as needed and the staff was in constant contact with me.

We only had one issue, an email was missed so the correct info didn’t get to the Dr Scott how many eggs we wanted to transfer but it wasn’t big deal because we were still able to transfer the eggs we wanted.

We did ultrasounds and femara to get pregnant and it only took a few cycles to achieve the pregnancy...within 3 months we were pregnant...He will work hard to get you the baby you want...We recommend anyone struggling with infertility to check him out
