The first visit with dr. Helva he instantly knew what could be the problem and scheduled surgery for the following week. One surgery was complete in my diagnosis was endometriosis we sat down together and talked about what the best treatment would be. Wasting what felt like 2 years with another doctor finally felt like there was a light at the end of the tunnel he never made me doubt that in the end I would have my baby in my arms. Dr. Helva is a very blunt man. He will tell you like it is but it's because he has your best interest at heart.

He addressed all my fears and never made me feel bad about him he talked to me more like his daughter than a client
Describe the protocols Ahmet Helvacioglu (Helva) used in your cycles at Helva Gynecology & Infertility (closed) and their degree of success.
The overall strategy was to get me pregnant as fast as possible because my endometriosis was so aggressive we didn't want to waste time. The first round we did shots everyday and then the trigger shot the result was that my body didn't respond at all. We were going to take a month off to give my body time to process the meds but we realized the meds did nothing so after my next menstrual cycle we tried a round of letrozole Plus the trigger shot in this time my body responded we did the IUI and it was successful
