This is the most recent data from the CDC. The CDC cautions that it should not be used to compare doctors and clinics. This data represents the outcomes of IVF cycles when using a person's own eggs.

Where you see a “?” on the chart, a clinic has done fewer than 20 cycles in this category and age range, so the CDC says showing percentages from this small data set would be misleading and unreliable.
Dr. Hirsch took care to call me by name, remember my history, and talked to me with compassion, empathy, and general concern...He is matter-of-fact, and can give you the impression that he is very busy and needs to move from one patient to the next. Nevertheless, he will answer any and every question. He has also personally seen to it that labs and clinics forward documents and results to him that they had not done when originally requested. He was proactive about my treatment until he determined all treatment options had been exhausted.
Clinic [Jefferson University] has a few locations throughout the region for convenience. They are well staffed. The clinic does fall behind schedule and long waits are not uncommon. The staff has misplaced or claimed to not receive test results on numerous occasions. I feel that the staff can not keep up with the workload at times. However I do not always get this impression from the doctors.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Jefferson University.
The only things that went wrong were lost results and paperwork that labs were supposed to send to the clinic. The lost paperwork was likely the fault of the lab. I only mention it here because it was a recurring issue and I had warned staff to make sure they had results before my appointment and they did not do so. They also often had long wait times to see the doctor.
