Overall the staff were all friendly. If your insurance doesn’t cover medications you can buy them from the office. Check pricing and rules when your are there. Calls are returned in a timely manner and you get your instructions before you leave. You do have to wait in the mornings for monitoring but nothing out of the ordinary from the other 4 REs I’ve been to. I will definitely return for future cycles if I need to.

The clinic is very welcoming and always tries to answer all of your questions. The office at Dr. George Kofinas is very spacious and very well situated. They have couches chairs and plants situated very nicely in the waiting room. I was very pleased waiting there, usually I'm nervous at appointments however sonething about this place made me feel welcomed. One thing that could be a downside is the doctor you get might not be in on the days and time you may need. The work hours are from I believe 7 am to 5pm. I know for me it was a bit hard to schedule appointments around my work schedule, however thank God I was able to make appointments to see such amazing and kindhearted doctors who really listen to your stories and try to help you in the best way they can. The blood work if I'm correct is all done in the morning. I found that sometimes you can be placed on hold for awhile and sometimes it would be too long that you would just hang up and call back again. The doctors and nurses at this fertility institute all work together as a team and come together to accommodate your needs to the best of their ability. I would definitely recommend this team of doctors and nursing staff to anyone who is looking to start a family. The doctors here are reliable and always try to get back to you if you call or answer any questions you may have. I was recommended from girls I used to work with because they have had success stories of getting pregnant with Dr. kofinas so I said hey what do I have to lose. I am happy I gave myself a chance I'm just sad because we don't have the necessary funding to make our dreams come true. I am continuously praying and hoping for a miracle everyday because I would love to start a family of my own. I believe everyone deserves a chance at that. I would definitely recommend this office and wonderful team of doctors to anyone who wants or has dreams to start a family. They have many successful patients I am only hoping to add to that number of successes they have had over many many years.

The clinic is very much unkept, very clean and always make me feel comfortable. With state of the art equipment and techniques this clinic makes me very confident and that there is no cutting corners. The waiting area is spacious and feels luxurious with many patient rooms available.

The clinic wasn’t organized at all. Wait times were always long and you will never see the same doctor. No one knows your history and most doctors are just negative about everything. I felt like they only cared to make more money. It’s important to know that only Dr Kofinas himself does retrievals and transfers.

One of their strengths would be they don't have a set appointment schedule between the hours of 7-9am. So you can just walk right in and be seen by a doctor or a nurse for blood draws. They are also very welcoming. When it comes to weaknesses I would say one is that it does take a while to hear back from them if you leave a message for a nurse or doctor. Calling in for results usually ends up an all day game of phone tag. Other than that I love this facility and would recommend it to anyone ttc.

The clinic is wonderful. The moment you walk in, you feel welcome. Its very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have 3 facilities. The Central Park West only provides check up. No medical procedures done there. The only weaknesses is parking is a little bit difficult in all facility.

Clinic is a part of the hospital and is run smoothly and efficiently. You do need to come in really early if you want to be seen quickly, around 5:30 am. But this allows you to leave before 8 am and still make it to work the same day. The lab results are ready later the same day.

It is well located and in a relatively reputable hospital. They overdo the visits and blood tests and charge too much to the health insurance. this makes IVF sound expensive and make it inaccessible to the general population.

Excellent doctors, overworked staff, and very unorganized administration. They do excellent work, but be prepared for long waits on return emails with their financial dept and be on top of your bills, because they are known to accidentally double bill.

Transportation and parking is tough at this facility. It is located in a hospital so tends to be a busier area. Also the office does not seem to be too modern and seems slightly dated. However the staff and personnel at the clinic seemed knowledgeable and supportive of the patients. They also had plenty of material on hand for reading and research on fertility procedures.

At this office it’s nice to be able to see the same doctor and nurses. It was nice being able to create a relationship and having them know your name and not just another person. Mornings are busy at the office

Doctors and front desk staff are great. The nurse station is good too, but when there in the rush hours which is usually monitoring from 6-9 they are very busy and forget to call in prescriptions. The MA are great 👍🏽

The doctors are great, facility is clean, the doctors and nursing staff are compassionate. Even the admin staff is polite and tactful.........................................................................................

It’s a very busy practice with a lot of patients but you wait about as long as you do at any doctors’ office. The doctors are knowledgeable and you see your primary doctor nearly all the time, so it does not feel as if you’re getting shuffled around as needed.

If you are going through this process Kofinas fertility group is the best. Research them and have your trust in them. Everybody works as a team and everybody make you feel comfortable I honestly cannot find any weaknesses in this clinic

Every office of Kofinas fertility (in NYC where I was treated) is state of the art and clean. They are efficient and timely in all appointments and it’s very convenient that they are located in the same building as a reproductive surgery center

Kind staff, organized; they know what they are doing. The clinic is clean, well-kept. I was seen in an overall timely manner (keeping in mind that I had to rush to work each time). I felt well-directed and taken care of.

Strengths: top of the line lab and high success rate. Their new surgery center in Lower Manhattan is brand new and the overall experience there was nothing short of professional. Their services are priced very competently and reasonably for the quality they provide.

The clinic overall is well organized and well run. The billing and finance departments could use better communication as I would get bills for procedures that had been paid in full. Overall the clinic is an excellent place that is clean and welcoming and warm.

Strengths - more high touch care than some larger centers in the city. More willing to try unusual medications to gain numbers. I liked that I typically saw my doctor vs other nurses or PAs. Weaknesses: Complex insurance claims, sometimes long waiting times.

I wish every couple struggling with infertility could access Kofinas Fertility, so if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to do so, please do. They are the Gold Standard of Fertility Clinics. They facility is clean and up to date. There is an associated surgical center for all procedures which makes your experience way easier. Communication on the whole team including the financial department is amazing and quick. They offer first come first serve monitoring appointments in the early morning which made it easy for me to never miss work. They are overall very organized and thorough.

The facilities are immaculate and I appreciated that there were multiple locations in the city and there was a surgical center on-site instead of going to a separate hospital. The only thing to know is that morning monitoring hours can be very long at times - it’s a popular place and morning hours are first come first serve, so just keep that in mind.

It is obvious that the clinic works as a team and is organized. They have excellent communication skills with their patients, they are caring and professional. The facility locations are clean and modern.
