He [Dr. Kutteh] presents information in a scientific and neutral way. I like this about him. He is very comfortable being blunt and to the point. You can tell he cares but he isn’t going to sugar coat anything...He will answer all of your questions. He is intelligent and to the point and is going to give it to you like it is. I appreciate that. He is easy to understand and breaks things down well so that they are easy to understand. He listens to how you wanna pursue treatment and gives his honest opinion but respects your decisions...
Front desk staff [at Kutteh Ke Fertility Associates] seem to sometimes get frustrated easily but they are generally fine. I appreciate the clinics hours and straightforward pricing. They are upfront and clear about everything. Going in for bloodwork is quick and simple...[nurses] Super, super responsive. I always get a call back within the expected time frame...Make your appointments as soon as you can because they fill up super quickly....

He will answer all of your questions. He is intelligent and to the point and is going to give it to you like it is. I appreciate that. I guess I would say that bedside manner isn’t his strength but I prefer science and rational explanation so he works for me. He isn’t going to sugar coat anything or dwell on emotion.

He seemed to genuinely care about our struggles with infertility...He is straightforward about the direction he wants to take your treatments. He is also thorough so be prepared to listen carefully and take notes. He explained things for us several times when we were not fully understanding the first time.
Make sure to have as much paperwork filled out ahead of time as possible [at Kutteh Ke]. They have several forms on their website and they are very detailed. This took more quite a while to fill out, and I would have been stressed if I had waited until we arrived to fill out the paperwork. They are good about calling for appointment reminders and charges for future appointments...The nursing staff seemed to stay on top of things. We have had a good experience thus far.

We have done 3 rounds of leterzole 2.5 mg. He wants us to return for a follow up and IUI if these treatments are unsuccessful.

After over 5 years of suffering from infertility and given no answers as to why, Dr. Ke took his time with us and now we have a beautiful son to show for it. Honestly could not ask for better than Dr Bailey. She is an amazing Dr and a great person. She is kind and so helpful. She wants this for us as much as we do and we do everything she can to make it happen. She is also caring and checked up on us when we had our chemical pregnancy after our transfer. We adjusted a few things for 2nd retrieval and got 4 embryos this time vs the 1 not so good quality we got last time

Usually same day depending on what time you call... Always willing to answer any question and I received calls after every visit. Dr. Ke is a very experienced, good doctor. He is rather conservative in treatments, and I often felt like I had to push him to try new treatments or options. The clinic sees a lot of patients, and I did not always feel like he knew what was fully going on with my case. It is important to be your own advocate.... I have had 2 FETs (1 failed and one chemical pregnancy) as well as 2 canceled, medicated FETs and one canceled natural FET. For the FET that resulted in a chemical pregnancy, the estrogen type was changed as well as the progesterone injection time frame.
The clinic [Fertility Assoc of Memphis] is a very good clinic that often works well with you on making convenient appts. The lab within the office is fantastic and allows for very quick results on certain tests. The clinic is located above the outpatient surgery center where procedures are performed, so it is very convenient.... He prefers to do single embryo transfer for your first transfer, but he will often allow for multiple following the first.

Dr. Brezina treated me like a human. He had a very good bedside manner. Never acted like he was better than me. He treated me great and would recommend him to anyone.... I think Dr. Brezinas strengths were explaining everything in very good detail. He always went over everything step for step. He was always happy and treated me very well. I don’t think I have ever seen him a bad mood.... I think he did everything by the book. We started on meds to make me have a cycle.
The staff [Kutteh Ke Fertility Associates] are all very friendly and so helpfully. The are always so nice and very accommodating. There have been times when I have had to cancel appointments last minute and they were very nice about it. The only weakness I can think of is being put on hold for a longer than normal amount of time.... Katie was a very sweet woman. She called to check on me after IUI cycles also. Just like Dr. Brezina.

Dr. Brezina treated me like a human. He had a very good bedside manner. Never acted like he was better than me. He treated me great and would recommend him to anyone.

I think he did everything by the book. We started on meds to make me have a cycle. Then ultrasounds. Then IUI. He even called personally after every IUI cycle to make sure I was on.

Katie was a very sweet woman. She called to check on me after IUI cycles also. Just like Dr. Brezina.

Well my insurance did not cover my IUI so I think those total around $1000. But voice visit and what not are covered and they are not much maybe $80 maybe less. It just depends on the visit.

The clinic changed lab techs too often. This is the only weakness. I love this clinic. I have not experienced any bad things at FAM. Everyone is compassionate and empathetic from the front desk staff to the billing coordinator to the nurses and doctors.... The nursing staff was always compassionate....[Monitoring Appointments] Very well-oiled machine... Dr. Bailey is amazing!!! She is very knowledgeable, willing to learn about you, the patient, empathetic, compassionate, a blessing.

The clinic changed lab techs too often. This is the only weakness. I love this clinic. I have not experienced any bad things at FAM. Everyone is compassionate and empathetic from the front desk staff to the billing coordinator to the nurses and doctors.

He looks you in the eye and gives frank, honest answers. He did not sugar coat anything. We knew the likelihood of a successful ivf cycle was low for us.

He extended my injection cycle further than recommended because I was so close to achieving the milestone. He pushed for a few extra days, and because he did, we had success. I was ill and exhausted, but I trusted him.

There was turnover in the nursing staff. The phlebotomist and ultrasound techs were fantastic, though.

I always felt like a human. He [Dr. Paul Brezina] spoke to me in a manner as if we had been friends for several years being open and honest... is a very caring, smart, and logical man. He always presents things as they are and best and worst case scenarios. I went through something extremely difficult in my personal life during treatment, and he halted everything to make sure I was all right first and foremost. Dr. Brezina is a very caring, smart, and logical man. He always presents things as they are and best and worst case scenarios. I went through something extremely difficult in my personal life during treatment, and he halted everything to make sure I was all right first and foremost. Although I was afraid to try IVF, he made it seem as if it wasn’t so scary and I would be successful...I think he wanted me to do IVF and I wanted to get my tubes untied and he seemed against it.
I would only recommend this clinic [Kutteh Ke Fertility Associates] to someone who wants to do IVF because this seems to be their specialty. They do not have any weaknesses. Dr. Brezina is such a great doctor. This process is quite lengthy, as we are trying to find a lab to build a probe for our specific genetic disorder and PGS testing. He calls frequently with updates and provide several options to be as cost effective as possible. The only time I have ever been frustrated with him is when he pushed our appointment back until the end of the day, not knowing that I had to leave at a certain time. He recognized that I felt pressed for time, apologized for not informing me, and scheduled another appointment right away and did not charge another copay. He let me vent and was incredibly empathic. We have been seeing him for so long, he feels like a friend! We trust him completely as we move into the IVF process.

The clinic is wonderful. The wait time is long, at times. The receptionists are lovely as well as the ultrasound techs. They take the time to get to know you and recognize you by name when you come in for visits.
