Dr. Yelian is very concise. He does not speak much during consultation, but when he does, you can tell that he knows what he is doing. He is open to all questions and answers in a way that you can understand. He is also willing to call you just to answer those random questions that may pop-up during your cycle.

I would recommend just trusting his judgement and realizing that he knows what he is doing with your care.

PGT-A testing is $1000 per embryo. I wish they had a group pay amount.

They do embryo transfer on a case by case basis. They primarily lean towards eSET.

When we have met with Dr. Yelian he has explained our specific treatment in details. Dr. Yelian takes time to answer all of our questions in details, for example one time we had a total of 35 questions and he answered all of them, he took his time with us. He is kind and we felt that he really was aware of our individual treatment plan for each cycle.

Since I'm diagnosed with DOR stimmimng was minimal consisting of clomid and menopur, we also had natural cycles in between, all cycles stimulated my follicles.

We purchased a three cycle package includes, egg retrieval, hatching assist, and egg transfer. Fees for monitoring was separate and medications are separate cost.

Our plan is to do a single embryo transfer.

Dr.Yelian was very capable and kind and thorough. He treated us as humans and looked us in the eye and was very compassionate. The only negative was that in the beginning, because my wife and I are a same sex couple, he asked us some questions that we didn’t feel we’re necessary, like about “how bisexuality works”. Idk how that could be relevant.

Great IVF doctor and he always knew what he was talking about! He seems to have quite a lot of experience in IVF! He knew the best treatments to offer his patients depending on their infertility history. He made me feel really confident that all would go well. Everything went as planned and I am happy that I went to him for my first IVF!!

Expect for weekly appointments and also expect for 2-4 hour appointments.

Dr. Yelian’s office offered an organized process from egg retrieval to egg transfer to pregnancy test results. Medications were given to prepare the patient for both procedures and effective dosages were recommended depending on the thickness of endometrium and amount of mature follicles a patient had.

This clinic is a last-ditch stop for women with DOR or POF to use their own eggs. There really aren't many other options out there.

Be your own advocate! This is the most disorganized fertility office I have been to.

Mini-IVF

3 mini cycles are about $13,000, including ICSI, excluding monitoring. Cycle management frustration is included gratis. :)

He is dirct to the point , no wasting time . Created a plan , and it was successful first try . Being over 40 and failled ivf with others I researched how high amounts of drugs and hormones damage fragile egg quality , Dr Yelian understands this and does not pump you with meds . I love that ! Easy on the body guided miminal stimulation resulted in my baby girl. Doing ivf out of state was smooth and worth the drive. He did the retrieval successfully and transfer successfully, Dr Yelian is the only doctor that will make yout dream of baby come true .

One round ivf about 6300$ Inc one testing. PGA was 1000$ sperm freeze 800 , transfer 4000 $ they have package deals for 2 or 3 ivfs too .

I can not even begin to say how much Life Ivf Center changed our lives. They made the impossible possible and were beyond generous in doing so. I don’t think I could ever do anything to thank them enough. Losing both of my ovaries before the age of 18 was beyond devastating to me and I never thought I would be able to carry a child. Life Ivf Center was dedicated to ensure that this was not my reality. After two failed transfers they could have given up but they didn’t they pushed me to keep going and now I am pregnant with our miracle baby. Dr. Yelian, Julie, JoJo and the entire staff at Life Ivf Center made us feel like family. We were greeted every time with hugs, encouraged by all of the staff and checked up on even when they did not have to. I can not recommend Life Ivf enough. Me as a patient he showed us so much compassion talking to us making us feel welcome to open up about anything he took his time to listen to us both why it’s been 7 years as a struggle for the both of us made different options for us to do ivf it was such a blessing.

That he was very honest dr and will try to help you with the best option for you my advice I will give him is that make sure he continue to be a honest dr to every patient he gets to know just like he did us please don’t change for anyone.

We wasn’t able to do any treatments do to our finances.

He advised us To do natural Ivf which is no medication as much with not so many multiple embryo transfer.

He’s a nice man with a big heart! He’s just very busy and you don’t always get to see him. Most of the time your are just dealing with the staff. I do feel like he truly cares and wants to help! He’s very optimistic and honest.

We did a mini cycle with minimal meds and specific meds to keep my FSH down.

I think for two transfers and two egg retrieval’s cost about $10k plus meds and $795 per cycling fee. Embryo testing is about $1,500 per embryo. If you batch them it’s cheaper.

Yes, they prefer to just transfer one embryo but I’m still praying about maybe transferring 2.
