Dr. Singh was my primary ObGyn, even before we have started to look help with fertility. When after few years my husband and I could not get pregnant, we decided to seek professional help. After few tests it was confirmed that my husband had poor morphology and low motility of the sperm. Dr. Sign advised us to explore the option of IVF. Originally, this was hard for me to hear, because I was only 34 year old and my husband already had two children (aged 18 and 19 at the time). Hearing words "you need IVF" hit me hard. However, Dr. Singh said that with this procedure we have very good chance since my health was relatively good. Originally we went to another doctor to try less invasive procedure, however there i felt rushed, my questions were not answered fully, I had to wait for an appointment for 1 hour every time, I was really stressed. We tried IUI with that other doctor, but did not succeed. My gut was telling me that Dr.Singh was right all along, and in our situation, IVF would be the best option. We both decided to only do IVF with Dr. Sign. After initial conversation on how to start IVF with Dr. Singh, I felt that she cares and truly wants to help us. By the time we decided to start IVF, the first COVID related lockdown started. Dr. Singh advised us that all fertility clinics are closed and we have to wait. Initially I was upset, but there was nothing we all can do, we had to wait until the government lifts all restriction. The moment we were allowed to start, Dr.Singh called us and we began the process. Of course we were very anxious about everything, including getting ill with covid or any of the staff getting ill, because all that could stall our process and potentially ruin the chances of us getting pregnant. Rest assured, the true professionalism of Dr. Singh has shined, not only in the way she is as a doctor, but also how she runs her practice. We felt very safe in her office and could see that she has truly thought trough the situation and implemented the safest protocols. In the height of the pandemic, we felt safe with her. There were only couple of times that we had to go to the populous locations, was during egg retrieval and embryo transfer. Dr.Singh has long standing affiliation with a very well known and trusted facility in Los Angeles. After few months of the IVF treatment, we were able to make 4 embryos, 1 of which was implanted. We were on seventh heaven to find out that we are pregnant. Dr. Singh shared our joy with us. We now have a healthy beautiful baby boy, who is the light of our lives. I truly believe that this is Dr.Singhs knowledge, true professionalism, experience and care that made our dream to be parents come true. We are forever grateful to Dr.Singh and LifeStart Fertility center staff.

Her strength is listening and acknowledging your concerns. I never felt like I didn't have an understanding of what was happening. Dr. Singh bed side manners are great. In surgery she made sure I was comfortable and coached me the whole way through.

The treatment was easy to follow. She had a paper treatment plan showing what dates, times and how much medication to take. It show the whole treatment from beginning to end.

The cost was well conversed. The doctor helped me with options to keep my treatment as low as possible. I was offered medication discounts as well.
