[Dr. Michael Glassner] Very experienced and skillful. Too bad that I went through painful polyp removal surgery instead of fixing my husbands' fertility problems on the first place. I cannot find explanation why they do not offer serious anesthetics , but instead suggest to take Tylenol pills before performing painful operations...As of today, I wish doctor would point as soon as possible to the low count problem, without scheduling me for 2 surgeries removing polyps
[Main Line Fertility has a] Convenient location, schedule, facility. But I was so depressed for several weeks that this pain was so sharp during polyp surgery, and I had a panic attack because I was holding on until surgery was finished. If now any doctor would try to convince me that I have to do the same procedure in order to get pregnant, I would refuse...they do not offer serious anesthetics , but instead suggest to take Tylenol pills before performing painful operations.

Once only prescribed Chlomid for me, but I was anyway producing enough. I don't think I even needed it.

Over all nurses are sweet. But I wish they would be more straight to the point explaining me possible painful reaction during polyp removal. My second surgery was unbearably painful. I took Tylenol, which is useless in this situation. They clearly don't say how bad it could be. No wonder people prefer anastasia. But nobody offered me anything like that.

We have not started a full cycle yet. I was suppose to start one but had cyst so we had to wait. Our plan is to not use icsy. Use a growth hormone( which is a fortune) and hormone injections.

Everyone is unique, initially-my IUI required a special medal catheter that helped get the sperm where it needed to be. I have good egg reserve and quality, it was a ‘getting sperm’ there problem. That resulted in a successful pregnancy. I am currently on letrozole (5mg) and clomid (100) with a steroid to help give it a little boost. We are now facing a male factor issue that has us potentially looking to different treatment.

The nursing staff has always been polite, competent, and sensitive to infertility issues.

The receptionist at every office are very good-dealing with some of the crazy things that go on, standby, specimen drop off-they do it all!

Felt like a human I had the time to ask my questions, concerns and never felt rushed. If I had a question he would take the time to explain to me what works best or what didn’t work I always had on all services if I ever needed it and someone was always checking up on me to make sure I was fine.

Please call your insurance ahead of time to verify codes and coverage. I was under the impression I had coverage for ivf and when I was getting ready for transfer I was told it was not covered that there was a miscommunication between the insurance company and the clinic and that they didn’t cover ivf for mainline and I had to pay for everything out of pocket. I could refuse to pay as I had already started everything with medicine and injection wise and basically was waiting for my retrieval day

I did not feel like a number I felt like a human. Not sure why the survey is not allowing me to go back.

I did a natural cycle first to see where I was and how things went for my naturally. I had a test done, sorry forget the name, to make sure my tubes were not blocked. Thankfully they are not but that was very painful procedure. I then had my first iui which resulted in a chemical pregnancy. I had my second iui and got a negative pregnancy. With covid going on I am now doing a natural cycle.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Main Line Fertility (Prelude Network clinic). (Assigned nurse: Allison and the person who does my ultrasounds, I don’t remember her name but love them both!)
Allison and my ultrasound tech have developed a relationship with me. I feel like they are my cheerleaders and do what they can to see me succeed. Even if I have a failed cycle or having to stop treatments due to covid I still feel their support.

I think they are caring and considerate at all times. I did get a receipt for my last iui and pcos was marked off. I will need to follow up with my dr because I have never been diagnosed with this or received any counseling from them about this diagnosis.

Dr. Brasile is compassionate and diligent with her work...she remembers little details about my case...always take my point into consideration...I really like that she proposed me to do extra blood work (like ANA anaysis), and diagnostic screening (ERA test and hysteroscopy) to make sure we are taking all the right steps in the right direction...I trust my doctor and will remain hopeful...

Dr. Brasile is compassionate and diligent with her work. I love the fact that she remembers little details about my case which unfortunately I haven’t experienced with other doctors. She always take my point into consideration. We haven’t reached the stage where I could say my treatment was successful but I trust my doctor and will remain hopeful.

Don’t hesitate to ask questions! She makes you feel really comfortable. Take your time and be transparent with her

Dr. Brasile is compassionate and diligent with her work. She remembers little details about my case which I haven’t really experienced with other doctors. I still haven’t reached where I wanted to with my treatment but I am hopeful and trust my doctor

I did my first transfer with her it wasn’t successful but I like the fact that she covered all corners for me. I am young girl with DOR diagnosis, multiple failed IVF rounds and only few embryos to try with. I really like that she proposed me to do extra blood work (like ANA anaysis), and diagnostic screening (ERA test and hysteroscopy) to make sure we are taking all the right steps in the right direction.

The nurses have been extremely compassionate. I have a great experience with Maureen, Kristen and Deborah at the bryn mawr clinic. They take time and explain all your questions.

Overall I am very satisfied with my experience. The clinic’s strength is their nursing team!! They are hands down the best!! I have been receiving care at this clinic for 2 years now. Unfortunately I haven’t been successful yet but I can confidently say my doctors and nurses have given their 100%! And that matters the most to me!

Most of my treatments were with Clomid and timed intercourse. After learning that my egg quantity, AMH, was extremely low, Glassner suggested IVF. However, he didn't push the procedure due to our financial situation. We finally did IVF, but unfortunately all of my embryos were genetically abnormal. Glassner was amazing during this time.

They were all friendly and compassionate. Many of them feel like family to me.
