They [Midwest Fertility Specialists] were flexible with scheduling. The downfall- they're always behind towards the end they started closing Sunday so you had to drive to Carmel for treatment. Had issues where prescriptions aren't sent in... Most of the nurses are great-brook is a favorite. Shelby was not very delicate with iui and she was constantly running behind... The facility [Midwest Fertility Specialists] is clean and inviting. The doctor is the one who gets you from the waiting room (which is something I appreciated and never experienced before). The doctors and nurses and kind, caring, and patient. The rest of the staff is very kind and courteous... Emily [a nurse] is awesome and great with communication. She usually calls me with results as soon as she gets them. If not, she calls me back promptly every time.

[MW Fert Spec - Ft Wayne] Always worked you in to fit around your schedule!! Never felt rushed....I was not specified a certain nurse when I went in but every single one I saw was excellent!! Answered my questions and made you feel like they had known you forever. Very professional as well!...He [Dr. Bopp] had a fantastic bed side manner!! Really was in tune to my feelings and has so much compassion when telling us that it didn't work.

One and only thing I would like to see change is to see dr more often. He [Dr. Bopp] was available on the phone and was great, but seeing him in person little more often would be nice. Other than that, great place [Midwest Fertility Specialists]. Nurses genuinely care for their patients and so do drs.... These ladies have so much love and compassion. When I cried over bad results they cried with me.

The clinic [Midwest Fertility Specialists] was not organized and the doctors often stood in for each other. It leaves patients with incomplete care and doctors trying to treat the same problem differently. This in turn, wastes the patients time and money and also has a negative impact on the patient's mental health and emotional well being... The costs were high and money was kept when cycles were cancelled because of a doctor's decision to move forward when we shouldn't have.

The staff [Midwest Fertility Specialists] is small and caring. The team is knowledgeable and very willing to work with you. The team is very good at going over all options and paths with their patients. It has been great working with them.... The nursing staff is caring and knowledgeable and great to work with.... $500 per iui plus cost of meds... Dr. Will has been wonderful to work with. He is very caring and understanding of our struggles.

Every person I've encountered in this office [Midwest Fertility Specialists] is sweet and compassionate!...Our iui cycle was quoted at barely over $1,000 for everything except the letrazole...Strengths are definitely thoroughness, compassion, and patient care. As for weaknesses, we did wait quite a long time past our appointment time...Dr Will switched me to letrazole and gave specific evidence as to why he was doing so. He then explained in depth how the cycle would run for our upcoming IUI.

Due to having a virtual visit, we did not have much interaction with the nursing staff. I did email Dr. Will's nurse after our visit she took the time to email us extra information on procedures discussed...We were told our consultation would cost anywhere from $210-$280...I have not actually been to the clinic for an appointment yet, due to COVID-19. When i have talked to the staff on the phone, or through email, they have been very helpful and kind.

Weekends it is hard to contact and have to call the Carmel office The staff [Midwest Fert Spec] and office is comfortable and friendly. ... The office is willing to help with whatever is needed and always willing to ask questions ... Once forgot to call in script of clomid. Called the nurse and she sent it in right away ... [Nurse] Hardworking understanding compassionate friendly and make you feel like a human

[Midwest Fertility Specialists] is very good at getting back with you regarding issues/questions. The front desk is always polite and kind. The lady that handles the benefits is also very helpful is explaining everything is good detail so that you understand...Appointments are quick and we’ve only actually seen the doctor 1 time at consultation...The first IUI, was a straight procedure, no additional meds. My follicles were not quite mature sized and I questioned the nurse on proceeding with the IUI and she said I would be fine. The second time, I was placed on clomid because my follicles were too small the time before. After a baseline ultrasound (which wasn’t done the first time), I was placed on 50mg clomid for 5 days at which time my follicles reached above mature levels.

They [Midwest Fertility Specialists] have a great group of doctors and nurses. I felt in great hands with Midwest Fertility Specialists. They showed compassion and kindness and made me feel at ease. I felt comfortable reaching out to them with any questions or concerns...They [nursing staff] were very kind and helpful...It was a set amount for the cycle. Part was for clinical services and part for laboratory services

The [Midwest Fertility Specialists] clinic is clean and very welcoming. There are no weaknesses I can think of. I never felt rushed. They have separate rooms for consultation and checks. The office I frequented did not do the transfers. It was done at their other office a couple hours away...The nursing staff is just as amazing as Dr Will. They are caring and never had a bad attitude...He’s a popular pick at the office so, you may not be able to schedule a consultation for at least a month out.

All [nurses at Midwest Fertility Specialists are] very friendly and helpful...Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Call backs were always within a few hours. Feel like the financial assistance wasn't up to par. Hard to qualify for any financing to tongue income. Never returned to clinic after followup of third failed iui...staff friendly. Only dealt with Dr a couple times though. Mostly office staff.

The [Midwest Fertility Specialists] staff was nice, but going for a IUI you're definitely treated second class to IVF patients. I had a different nurse every time. I only saw the Dr for my consult...The nurses seemed nice. There was no assigned nurse, so I had to repeat myself a lot of the times...Over all the clinic was able to get me in quickly. Most appts were in the morning and the lab was in house so you got the results back quickly. They have an app but it hardly ever works and when it does there are no actual test results on there. So I had to make sure to write any info they gave me since I wouldn't be able to find it anywhere later.

Midwest has such a warm and encouraging feel as soon as you walk in. I was able to complete all my patient paperwork online which was extremely convenient. When you make your first appointment ask for the best day for you and they will try to make it work. All the office staff has been very helpful and encouraging each time we’ve visited... The IVF cost was more affordable with Dr Bopp than other clinics we’ve been too previously. They also offer payment plans if you cannot afford to pay all at once. They also try to get as much covered by insurance as possible.

[Midwest Fertility Specialists staff were] Very good at communicating and at explaining everything to us. We had time to ask questions and met with the dr whenever we needed or wanted to discuss anything. Only negative was cost. Very expensive.... I did follistim injections due to a missing tube bc of a previous ectopic pregnancy. I had great AMH numbers and responded well to the medicines. I went in for ultrasounds pretty regularly and he'd adjust my medication to either slow down growth or speed it up. The goal was to produce enough good follicles on my good tubed site to do timed intercourse. This resulted in one baby which we miscarried. I went back for additional treatments using same medication with IUI. Due to cysts we could only do every other month (and my overuse would recover a month). In our month off we got pregnant naturally with our daughter who just turned one.
