This is the most recent data from the CDC. The CDC cautions that it should not be used to compare doctors and clinics. This data represents the outcomes of IVF cycles when using a person's own eggs.
For more information please see our FAQs.
Where you see a “?” on the chart, a clinic has done fewer than 20 cycles in this category and age range, so the CDC says showing percentages from this small data set would be misleading and unreliable.
Dr. Robin has a warm and caring approach...She is understanding, a good listener, informative, patient, and very easy to open up to. I love that about her. We only saw her once at the beginning of our first cycle. This made us feel less cared after even if she didn’t intend for this. I would have liked a sit down about my low reserve, which I had to inquire about once I saw the bloodwork results. No one reached out about that.
The [New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine] clinic is a clean and quality facility. The people are kind and you can tell they like their field. They work very well to accommodate scheduling appointments that work for you. The bloodwork in house makes a big difference. Communication would be the weakness. Use the portal to communicate any questions. They suggested it at the beginning, but didn’t stress that it really is the main source of communication. When emailing my main nurse, she said to use the portal next time for timely responses. The clinic’s after hours assistance was worthless. I left messages twice to leave for the nurse or whoever was appropriate and there was never any follow up.
How was your experience with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
I explained in the other comment box mostly. She is understanding, a good listener, informative, patient, and very easy to open up to. I love that about her. We only saw her once at the beginning of our first cycle. This made us feel less cared after even if she didn’t intend for this. I would have liked a sit down about my low reserve, which I had to inquire about once I saw the bloodwork results. No one reached out about that. Then she could have told me that, said my husband’s results and proceeded to tell me to expect that I probably will have a small follicle turn out and how the mapping of the follicles would work. I had no idea what they were charting. Overtime I learned from the nurses. Actually, maybe a phone call would have been equally as out reaching.
Looking back, I think more connection by the doctor through the first ivf cycle means a whole lot because it is scary and it moves so fast. It’s a lot for couples to digest and work on financially in a time sensitive window.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
I would tell them to ask her how the timeline looks, a brief summary of what meds looks like generally for a woman, and about the ivf team. Ask to define the roles and their tasks since that is really who the patient interacts with.

Dr. Robin has a warm and caring approach.
Our second cycle attempt we explained that the IVF team was not proactive and informative as they should have been. She listened and took steps to make sure we don’t feel that going forward. So many times, we had to reach out with questions or had to follow-up, which is not easy during the work day. There was almost too many points of contact on the team and it could be a determent. One time I scheduled bloodwork and they took bloodwork that they already took a week ago. This would not have been caught unless I noticed something was not right. However, not knowing this process made it very uncomfortable to bring up questions I felt like I should have already known. It felt not personalized at times. The people were all very nice! It wasn’t that. There were too many people were involved and miscommunication seemed to an issue. I also wish we would have had at least one more face to face visit with the doctor. We saw her for an initial consultation and then again when the cycle failed and we discussed next steps. I know there are lot of patients with one doctor, but that would have meant a lot. I think we also didn’t know how bleak our chances were going into this at all. The bloodwork indicated I had a low reserve, but I still thought I had a better chance than I did. Dr. Robin in our second visit was kind, but also answered better my questions that required her to be more blunt, now that she has data on me. I appreciated her taking all the time we needed with her.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
The nurses were kind. They were all attentive. I’m still not sure what the issue was in the miscommunication we experienced. Sometimes we didn’t get all the information explained to us in a way first time ivf patients may need. I also worked with four other nurses besides the main nurse I was told I had. All hands should be on deck, but continuity helps too.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
I had to send my Pap smear results over. My obgyn said they have to call to request them since they referred me. I left this message with the after hours call service. The call service seemed to not understand. I called again the next day and the call service said to call back during regular hours even though their office was still open one more hour. It’s hard to call during the day when you have a certain kind of job. I went in to get bloodwork and sat down with a wonderful nurse who filled out the request form with me. That same visit the bloodwork I was supposed to get was not put into the system by the person who I scheduled it with over the phone. Something was said in conversation that made me question. I had to press to find someone to figure out the matter because I didn’t want to take more time off from work. Luckily, I was right. We also didn’t know how much the meds would cost. During our financial meeting this was not stressed and we both missed it, which put us in a financial bind when having to order meds that very night. Luckily, we figured something out and ordered them the next day.
[Dr. Robin Poe-Zeigler's] compassion towards us has been incredible and she has comforted us along the journey...she gave us her personal phone number...my AMH was high and the ultrasound confirmed polycystic ovaries...discovery of endometritis...always confident that she is giving me the best care and answers that we need to make the right decisions for our growing (hopefully) family

How was your experience with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
We first met with Dr. Robin in August 2023 after working with another fertility clinic. We were apprehensive that this experience would be confusing and disorganized as we had experienced in the past. However, from the minute we met Dr. Robin we knew that we had found our “home” clinic. Our initial consultation was an in-depth look at all of my previous medical documents and she took thorough notes outlining our next steps which she copied and gave to us before leaving. She was always fully-aware that we were traveling quite a distance and tried to make sure we achieved as much as possible during each appointment to avoid us making multiple trips and having to take off more time from work. Her compassion towards us has been incredible and she has comforted us along the journey. She remembers you by name and always takes the time to say hello even when she is busy. I truly believe her care is top-notch and all who walk through those clinic doors are lucky to have someone advocating for their family desires just as much as they are. Finally, I have had several procedures done since I started my journey with Dr. Robin and I am always confident that she is giving me the best care and answers that we need to make the right decisions for our growing (hopefully) family. My wife and I are so lucky to be patients of Dr. Robin through our sometimes challenging journey to parenthood. She is a blessing to the fertility world!

I was blown away when she gave us her personal phone number so “we never felt alone in the process if we needed an answer to a question.”

How was your experience with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
I put off the idea of having children as I was focused on my career. I found myself lost in my late 30's trying to figure out my options. I felt overwhelmed and extremely anxious about what to do. Dr. Robin listened to my concerns. Fully explained the different options. She made very scientific language very easy to understand. She is the most dedicated, kind, thoughtful doctor I have ever encountered. She spoke to me like a person trying to help another person through a difficult decision. I enjoyed and look forward to any appoint with her in the future. She is extraordinary and exceptionally good at her job.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
Advice I would give a prospective patient is that this process takes time. The process of egg retrieval is scary, however there is nothing to fear with the help from Dr. Robin. The treatments can be uncomfortable, but it is a well-worth procedure. I thought I was too old for egg retrieval, however I was not and I am so grateful I went through with this process.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
I paid several thousand dollars, but much of my treatment was covered by my health insurance. I believe they covered about 9,000 dollars.
Dr. Robin is highly intelligent, compassionate, respectful and kind. She is very personable and easy to talk to. She is thorough and takes her time. She spent 2-3 hours with us on our initial consultation and again with our consult after the egg retrieval was unsuccessful...[she] will take the actions needed to rework her plan/protocol...my body, with only having one ovary, responding well to the stimulation meds. Unfortunately, some eggs were atretic and only one fertilized. The one did not progress to a blastocyst.
Strengths [of New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine]: most are friendly...Weaknesses: Not uploading test results in the portal: I had to go into labcorp to view all my results. There was not any followup to any of them or what they meant. I felt like I was rushed to leave even though sometimes I was siting around for hours. I think they need a better flow for patients time. There was a lot of waiting.

I felt like a number because we were rushed through some of the meetings with other members of the practice. Dr. Robin was always thorough. Some of the others told us they had an emergency, so they needed to leave as soon as they were finished with us. Another, one said she had 23 other patience after us, which is why she was talking through the surgery so quickly.

I don't know if it was the clinic or the pharmacy, but I was supposed to start my treatments and I never received anything from the pharmacy and was not given any direction on what to do if I had not heard from the pharmacy by a certain time.
There was also a conflict with information and I didn't have enough Menopur, because I was told I wouldn't need it, so I had to pay for a rush order. The clinic was nice enough to give my a vial, but it was expired.
[Dr. Poe-Zeigler] had all of the medical records I have sent over from previous doctors, she had things highlighted and really took an interest in the me and the face that I was so young with this problem...When I got my Polyps removed she updated my mom in the waiting room multiple times and she came to see and give me a hug when I woke up from anesthesia...she is very to the point. If you go in she will start helping you from that first appointment. You will leave there with a plan that is all drawn out on a paper for you...
[CCRM] s very organized and that is a big plus. There is a lot of space and rooms that cater to all of the needs of everyone. How was your experience with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
Dr. Robin as I stated previously is an amazing doctor. I have honestly never had a doctor care for myself and my wellbeing like she does. She has allowed me to speak freely and ask all the questions I need before walking out of a consult of surgery. When I got my Polyps removed she updated my mom in the waiting room multiple times and she came to see and give me a hug when I woke up from anesthesia. My first time going into the consult room, she walked in with all of my previous records and had highlighted note and a route to take to figure out what was going on and where to go from there. She was the first doctor in my opinion to take me seriously when I expressed my pain level and the fact that more than anything I wanted to carry a child. She made a plan and once the ball got rolling it never stopped, she has helped me in a tremendous way and I will never be able to express the gratitude I have for her and her practice.

Going into this journey, I went for pain when I was on my period and I was scared it would affect the likelihood of me having children I had gone to 3 GYN's and got inconclusive results and their answer was just going on birth control. Walking in on my initial consult with Dr. Robin I quickly noticed she was going to be different, she had all of the medical records I have sent over from previous doctors, she had things highlighted and really took an interest in the me and the face that I was so young with this problem. She assured me that I was not alone and she came up with a personalized plan to figure out what was going on. She allowed me to express my emotions. As well as all of her staff that I have worked with, I feel like these people will stay a part of my life for a very long time. I am thankful for everything they have done and continue to do.

My clinic is very organized and that is a big plus. There is a lot of space and rooms that cater to all of the needs of everyone. It is cool because they have the surgery rooms in the same building which makes it very convenient when it comes to having a surgery. Which really is a weakness for any office.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
The costs were pretty high but nothing I could not figure out. When it came to the IVF injections for my egg retrieval I went through freedom pharmacy and it was approximately $5,900 and the surgery being roughly $1,700 I had to obtain a personal loan for the cost of the medications,

From the first time I met with Dr. Robin, she made me feel like a human by spending adequate time with me addressing each and every concern I had with my infertility. Not only did she address my concerns, but Dr. Robin shared her medical expertise regarding endometriosis in a way that no other doctor has been able, or willing, to do with me in over 10 years of my struggles.
Describe the protocols Robin Poe-Zeigler used in your cycles at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic) and their degree of success.
Dr. Robin chose InvoCell for our fertility treatment. With this, she ordered low-stimulation hormone injections for the purpose of egg retrieval. Dr. Robin respected my husband and I's religious beliefs and ensured that we were not pressured in choosing artificial insemination. (Which we opted not too). At the time of my egg retrieval, 21 good eggs were retrieved. Out of 21 eggs, only one made it to the blastocyst stage for the embryo transfer. When it was time for the embryo transfer, Dr. Robin ensured everything was just right. This included having a nurse empty my bladder with a catheter. After the embryo transfer, Dr. Robin and my family were pleased with how everything went. The rest was in God's hands. Ten days later, we found out we were successfully pregnant with our miracle baby.

But of course, being busy is a good sign that it's a good business.

There were many occasions when Dr. Robin wanted to order a sonogram to evaluate specific situations, like the cyst on my ovary. I was able to receive the sonogram immediately in the same day as the appointment with Dr. Robin.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
Our grand total for InvoCell was $14,000. Our IUI was about $1,700.
Describe Robin Poe-Zeigler's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
[Dr. Robin] was honest about my chances throughout (not great but still within reason)...We’d do a blood test and an ultrasound to check my egg quantity; for egg quality we relied on age-based statistics. If those results were within normal limits, we’d do a semen analysis on my husband. If that also went well, we’d remove my IUD and do an HSG to make sure my fallopian tubes are open
Even the administrative staff [at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine] is very knowledgeable about the procedures that clinic does...You’ll get an emails copy of all the notes from your visit, but they don’t always come from the same email address. Check your spam folder...Taneisha discussed the initial results of my blood tests, and she performed the HSG. She was very calm, caring, and professional, and she answered all of my questions, including several I didn’t think to ask.
How was your experience with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
On our initial consult, Dr. Robin gave me exactly what I wanted: an outline of what all we would have to go through and an honest assessment at our chance of success. As the tests proceeded (bloodwork and HSG for me, semen analysis for my husband), she explained our results, how that affected our plan, and what the next step would be. For my next step, I have to undergo a hysteroscopy at my regular gyno because of my unique medical history, and as long as that shows nothing unfortunate, we’ll proceed with IUI with ovulation drugs with Dr. Robin. It’s unfortunate that my insurance covered very little of what we had to do, but unlike my insurance company, Dr. Robin clearly sees us as people, not profit.

Most insurance companies don’t cover infertility treatments and testing, so be ready to pay out of pocket. CCRM is really good about telling you costs up front, but an HSG still costs about $1500.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
Dr. Robin genuinely cared about me and my husband. She walked me through all of the tests my husband and I would have to go through to see if conception was even possible, and she’s been up front and transparent in every interaction we’ve had so far. She was honest about my chances throughout (not great but still within reason). Her nurse performed my HSG, but Dr. Robin happened to see me in the waiting room and stopped for a few words.
Describe the protocols Robin Poe-Zeigler used in your cycles at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic) and their degree of success.
At our initial consult, Dr. Robin outlined the plan. We’d do a blood test and an ultrasound to check my egg quantity; for egg quality we relied on age-based statistics. If those results were within normal limits, we’d do a semen analysis on my husband. If that also went well, we’d remove my IUD and do an HSG to make sure my fallopian tubes are open. So far all of the results are promising. The next step is to have my regular gyno do a hysteroscopy and maybe a D&C and then wait for my periods to start again so we can proceed with IUI.
My uterus tried to murder me last winter, and that’s why I had the IUD. The hysteroscopy and D&C are to make sure my uterus is ready to hold a baby, but they’re not steps most patients would need.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
I paid $400-something for the initial consult, roughly $70 for blood tests (most were billed to my insurance), $0 for ultrasound (covered by insurance), $200-something for seaman analysis, $0 for two other consults (covered by insurance), $0 for 2-hour glucose test (covered by insurance), and $1590 for an HSG.

At my last visit with Dr. Robin before my HSG, she said she’d have my ultrasound sent to my regular gyno, but that didn’t happen.
Dr. Robin treated me with so much care...was always available...has the absolute best bedside manner...is professional, kind, smart and stays updated with all the newest science...fully tested both my husband and I for our unexplained infertility...suggested a single embryo transfer that resulted in a baby girl
Overall, I think that New Hope/CCRM is a great clinic...a lot of turnover at the front desk and generally this is the location that I would say needs the most improvement...are not always kind...nursing team is top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Robin. I fully put my trust in her. I think she is professional, kind, smart and stays updated with all the newest science. She has the best bedside manner, no matter the outcome. I believe she is an amazing human and I would have to think seriously about receiving fertility care from a different doctor.

During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
Dr. Robin treated me with so much care. She was always available and on 2 occasions I had to reach out to her outside of her office hours. She answered immediately, once while she was out of the country on vacation. She has the absolute best bedside manner and I absolutely trust her with my health.
Describe the protocols Robin Poe-Zeigler used in your cycles at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic) and their degree of success.
Dr. Robin fully tested both my husband and I for our unexplained infertility. She treated my husband for low sperm count and put him on a regime to optimize his sperm. In addition, she recommended that we utilize ISCI for our embryo creation.
Dr. Robin treated me for APS with low dose aspirin and Lovenox. I developed OHSS and she treated me for that during my very successful egg retrieval. She treated me for PCO with Ovasitol when I could not take the medication. She suggested a single embryo transfer that resulted in a baby girl. I am going through my second FET with Dr. Robin again to have our second child. She has changed my plan to exclude Birth Control and replaced with a longer dose of Lupron. She referred me out to a Hematologist and has made my protocol as safe as possible. Waiting for my FET next month.

Dr. Robins IVF nursing team is top notch. They are great communicators and have a great bedside manner. Most have been through IVF themselves and they truly understand the process.
I think that sometimes the regular nursing staff can get overwhelmed but they are always pleasant.
Describe your experience with New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
Overall, I think that New Hope/CCRM is a great clinic.
My first experience with New Hope was during Covid an they did an awesome job of keeping everything moving and safe.
I am now back for my second child and overall, I would say they are still doing a great job.
There is a lot of turnover at the front desk and generally this is the location that I would say needs the most improvement. They are not always kind and I think sometimes forget this is a very emotional and upsetting process for many patients. They could use a good lesson in patience and empathy. Times are hard and I am sure this is a hard position to fill.
Utilize the portal for communication. They are quick to respond. Also, keep a dated journal of each of your visits. It really helps to refer back to what happened on a certain day. It is a lot of information to keep up with and you are your best advocate.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease. I have heard that all fertility clinics have problems scheduling, paperwork, etc. It sound like a common theme across the board. I have experienced this at other doctors offices as well. I do not fault the clinic. I think staying personally organized and on top of your records, you will do fine. I just think it is hard to find people that want to do their job any more. The ones that do, are overrun and exhausted.
Infertility is an exhausting experience for patients. I personally think there should be some sort of personal Maître d' in the office to lead each patient for the day and maybe some counseling offered with your care.
Fertility treatment is a journey and Dr. Robin built a relationship with us and helped us best understand our options and was our biggest cheerleader through it all...She truly loves what she does and is an expert in her field. We have learned so much through the process thanks to her. Although we did not become pregnant through the IUI or IVF process believe the knowledge and procedures provided the opportunity for us to spontaneously conceive and have our daughter today.

Dr. Robin passionate about what she does. Loved the staff front desk and nurses. Be patient, expect curveballs and ask clarifying questions. Paying out of pocket was very expensive. Health care should cover more, but that is out of the clinics hands.
Describe Robin Poe-Zeigler's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
We transferred day three embryos and froze the other two. They did not implant and then had other two tested and came back abnormal. Day of transfer Dr. Robin suggested letting them develop to day 5/6, but we went ahead and transferred. Looking back maybe should have waited as she advised, but didn’t. As stated earlier expect curveballs and ultimately the journey led us to our daughter.

We did a mock cycle transfer and found the cause for concern was not having enough progesterone in my system to keep my pregnancy alive. I don’t remember the type of protocol but she primed me with Androderm gel for a week and birth control for 3 weeks before stims. I also took Letrozole and Dexamethasone leading up to my egg retrieval. Injected high doses of Gonal-F and Menopur and micro Lupron for the 12 days I did stims.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
The were two staff members who scheduled my appointment incorrectly but they was new. One receptionist scheduled me for a basic ultrasound but it was actually an HSG and did not inform me of the cost upfront. The other incident was a receptionist scheduling a follow-up ultrasound, but she was supposed to schedule me for my actual my egg retrieval.
Dr. Robin was very kind but extremely over-booked. I would often wait hours in the clinic for her to review my scans. Any conversations in passing with her were rushed. When going in for a retrieval or other procedure I would very rarely, if ever, see her before being put under with anesthesia...She was an extremely kind and compassionate human, however she was stretched entirely too thin. She overcommitted, which resulted in constant wait times (for results, appointments, next steps) and frustration on the patient’s side. She ended up sounding more like a sales person and less like a doctor

Dr. Robin has a long-standing reputation in the Hampton Roads area, however recently she has taken on so much more than she is capable of productively handling. They have a high turn over rate so information often got lost in the shuffle. Monitoring appointments could last anywhere from an hour to six hours. They were very rarely scheduled in advance, which was challenging given that my husband and I both work full-time.
Dr. Robin [Poe-Zeigler] suggested donor embryo would be my best option due to my age and them saying I had low ovarian reserve...only get denied the right to the embryo I chosen because she said I had fibroids...even after sending me for consults to get 2nd opinions still refused. Calling my uterus unhealthy...this doctor changed her mind on the day I thought I would move forward . She then told me that she would do the transfer only if I used my own eggs and did IVF...
The cost was high for everything [at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine]. You have to pay to fill out the form for embryo adoption. You have to pay view the embryo adoption data base and reserve a embryo. I was charged 300 for an appointment that the doctor had me waiting over and hour for and I was only with her for 15 mins...Ask for pricing upfront they will charge you for everything . Prepare for a long wait in the patient room after vitals are taken or in the wait room...I have no issues with the nurses they always communicated and answered my questions....
How was your experience with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
Dr. Robin lead me to believe I was going be a success story. I did two fibroid surgery removals and decided to go the donor embryo route due to me age. Dr. Robin suggested donor embryo would be my best option due to my age and them saying I had low ovarian reserve. They allowed me to pick a embryo and get optimistic to only get denied the right to the embryo I chosen because she said I had fibroids . Two Woman health doctors were consulted and said I would be fine for pregnancy and Dr. Robin even after sending me for consults to get 2nd opinions still refused. Calling my uterus unhealthy , that broke my heart . She was the one that suggested donor embryos . My fibroids are small and not located in the uterus and this doctor changed her mind on the day I thought I would move forward . She then told me that she would do the transfer only if I used my own eggs and did IVF. She had the responsibility to give the embryos to the best candidates. So my uterus was unhealthy in her opinion for that embryo but healthy enough for me to spend over $30,000.00 for IVF with my own embryos or donor eggs I purchased. It sounded like I was be scammed for more money . I was in tears and asked for all my records and my money back. This doctor lacks compassion and picks people based on keeping her success rates up and after bleeding you for money for months.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
Do not go to this doctor . They will nickel and dime you to death . Treat you like a number and throw you away if they don't feel you can add to bring the success rates up. RUN! Be willing to drive to a clinic in Northern VA if any other local clinic doesn't work for you. You deserve better than this and you will pay less up North or even at another clinic.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
Most appointments the doctor would come in reading my file without no knowledge of where we were in the treatment process. I had to continually repeat my medical history and test results back to the doctor. More than once I was made to wait in the wait form for the doctor for more than a hour waiting for the doctor.

I was denied the embryo I paid to reserve due to fibroids even after getting the 2nd option as she requested that disagreed with her findings. I was told my uterus was unhealthy when half the population will are is dealing with fibroids and still get pregnant and deliver fine. I was told my AMH was low but that wasn't so according to my new clinic. I was told my tubes were blocked and that wasn't the case at my new clinic.
I only ever saw dr Robin [Poe-Zeigler] one time during my treatment and that was for a second before my retrieval. Even after they cancelled my cycle which I believe now I should have never even started, I had to pay for another appointment to review the cancellation because she wasn’t available to deliver the news while I was already at the office...Her approach to protocols seemed haphazard and and random...She made some questionable decisions in my treatment to include prescribing very high doses of FSH fat above what is recommended by the manufacturers of the drug...
She [nurse at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine] was nice but failed to send in meds when needed or my protocols in a timely manner...At New Hope I got 3 abnormal embryos. They blamed it on my egg quality. At my new clinic I got 6 normal embryos, 4 mosaic embryos, and 5 abnormals. I think the problem is the dr and the lab at new Hope and not my damn eggs...
How was your experience with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
Her approach to protocols seemed haphazard and and random. She calls everyone “Sweetie” probably so she doesn’t have to bother to learn anyone’s name. She made some questionable decisions in my treatment to include prescribing very high doses of FSH fat above what is recommended by the manufacturers of the drug, starting me on a cycle when I already had a lead follicle which caused a cycle cancellation and cost thousands of dollars, giving me a lupron depot shot before we even knew if I would have an embryo to transfer which cost me several months of a delay for my next treatment cycle.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
DO NOT GO HERE. Just check their stats that should tell you enough. Most of the reviews on this site are from unsuccessful patients. I made the mistake of justifying to myself their poor success rates for the convenience of having a close clinic. Let’s just say after my miserable experience at New Hope, I decided to go to a clinic out of town. I got double the amount of eggs, triple the amount of eggs fertilized, 5 times as many blasts. At New Hope I got 3 abnormal embryos. They blamed it on my egg quality. At my new clinic I got 6 normal embryos, 4 mosaic embryos, and 5 abnormals. I think the problem is the dr and the lab at new Hope and not my damn eggs.

Describe the protocols Robin Poe-Zeigler used in your cycles at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic) and their degree of success.
Microdose lupron flare. Generally used for poor responders. I was not a poor responder so this protocol is questionable. I got 35 eggs retrieved at my new clinic for goodness sakes. I have also read that this protocol could have a bad impact on eggs. 17 eggs retrieved, around 10 mature, 7 fertilized, 3 blasts all abnormal.
Describe your experience with your nurse at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic). (Assigned nurse: Jamia)
She was the better part of our experience at New Hope. She was nice but failed to send in meds when needed or my protocols in a timely manner
Describe your experience with New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
Strength: the office was nice.
Weaknesses: the dr, the lab, lying, billing issues, Really bad attempts on trying to act like they care which just highlighted their insincerity, pretty much everything.

Not sure there’s a lot more to add. I feel like I was lied to about what was best for me and when it didn’t work, it was blamed on my body. I had dramatically different results at another clinic. Far better than what could be explained by your average differences between cycle. Someone seriously needs to audit this clinic and see if they should even be in practice. They are taking vulnerable people’s money and not delivering results. In fact in my age group, it looks like their results are about half of the National average.
Dr. Robin presents herself as a lovely woman, but with Dr. Robin, my wife and I got so frustrated and disheartened by the whole experience (not to mention after being bled for thousands and thousands of dollars and never any real treatment) that we literally just gave up for an entire 2-3 years because we assused this must just be what it's like -- which could not have been farther from the truth.
It's [New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine] a very unorganized merry go round and you're simply treated as a number...It seems they have you do lots of unneccessary tests over and over again that lead to nowhere and you never seem to get anywhere. However, the strengths are the clinic is beautiful and clean and very fancy and Dr. Robin does have a warm, friendly, inviting personality...if you are an LGBTQ+ couple, you'll know you are welcome there and accepted as soon as you walk through the doors - sadly though, you'll be walking through those doors a lot as you repeat the same unnecessary tests over and over again without seeing the progress you hope for (at least this was our experience).
How was your experience with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
We were first referred to Dr Robin in 2019 (despite her accepting virtually no insurance) by another same-sex couple who used her office to get pregnant with their child and they had a great experience. Her entire office building is lovely and spa-like. However, this was now several years before we had gotten there so maybe she grew, got more patients, and things changed. Dr. Robin herself is a very sweet, nice, funny lady and I truly hate to leave a non-flattering review of her establishment, but it is simply the truth and I hope this information may be used constructively to help her business thrive. To be honest, we are not exactly sure how much of the actual problem was with her and how much is with the set up of the entire program and how it is run (but I feel that it's both and after some time, I got the sense that it felt like Dr. Robin puts on a face and runs certain couples in circles a bit more than necessesary while not doing the same to others). Let me explain.... When we would go to these appointments with her, she would quickly explain everything we would need to go through and all the steps (which were quite a lot to take in all at once and then would quickly wrap up the session leaving us confused but feeling pressured to be nice and just go along with it). However, there were so many that we would just leave so overwhelmed and never knowing where to start or at what point we were ACTUALLY going to begin the process of trying to create a pregnancy outside of prenatal vitamins and endless ultrasounds that didn't tell us anything or lead to anywhere except more and more ultrasounds (and with no medicine/timed monitoring in between). Then, we would call back in to make a follow-up appointment for whatever we were supposed to do next. And every single time it was ALWAYS the same over the course of months and months and month like a merry go round that was just extremely expensive and worse of all - all these ultrasounds we spent thousands on NEVER went anywhere or seemed to even have a point! Dr. Robin and her nurses just did the same tests and ultrasounds over and over and over and over again (despite being in my early 30's with no health issues) - with no medications, no treatments, no nothing in between. And certainly no descriptions of where this was supposed to lead and WHEN exactly we would start actually attempting for a pregnancy??? Awful. But when I expressed my frustration and asked, it seemed nobody ever "knew" anything - not even her own nurse. During one of the visits, the nurse even got me entirely mixed up with a different patient and starting prescribing me meds for Endometriosis and talking about the new meds she was beginning to prescribe me (and had i not caught the mistake myself, i wouldve absolutely been treated for something i didnt even have!!). And worse of all, she doesnt accept any type of insurance, so please be careful. Oftentimes, we would call back and be told we needed an ultrasound. Then we would come in and do the ultrasound (then never hear back about any results or treament plan or nothing really. So we would always take it upon ourselves to call back and check. Whoever answered the phone, would just look at our file and say "yeah, you need an ultrasound" or "you need an ultrasound" and we'd say "But we JUST DID an ultrasound!!" and they'd insist the doctor said we needed another one? Before we ever even got the results from the first one. Or when it wasnt with an ultrasound, it was with bloodwork - and again, i want to point out that this was with absolutely no meds or treatment even being given in between (which now that i have gone to another clinic, i know is very strange and pointless and makes no sense - aside from the fact that ultrasounds are over $600 each time). Since going to another clinic, yes, we had ultrasounds set up at first and then more ultrasounds, but those were to see how my body was responding to medications as we ACTUALLY made progress and within 1 month, we were already working on getting ready for my first IUI cycle! I truly hate to say it because I think Dr. We simply had a terrible experience here and I really don't know why or if we were alone in what our experience was. Dr. Robin (as she is called, AKA Dr. Poe-Zeigler) has a warm, inviting, and charming personality so it's hard to want to say anything negative (and I think it makes people not want to either) but this is honestly the truth with our experiences - it was awful, confusing, frustrating, and expensive and we got nothing out of it....and i honestly hope anyone reading this has (or had) a much better experience! But yes - in terms of their system - you are certainly treated as a number where half the time nobody even has any clue what's even going on with you. However, I am friends with another LGBTQ+ couple who got pregnant and had their son with the help of Dr. Robin and they didn't seem to go through this, so I wonder if either just pick and choose sometimes (perhaps bc theyre already busy with couples who are already farther along - i just have no idea). But as terrible as our experience was - I will say that PERSONALLY, she seems like a lovely lady. Her clinic just was not helpful for us at all, sadly.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
After I left The New Hope Center and ventured to the other local clinic in our area (which I had avoided because I expected it to be worse, as it seemed less private, and took more insurance and wasnt in as fancy of a building) and I have since been SHOCKED at how far we have moved along so quickly. My advise is this - if you are confused or don't feel you're getting anywhere, be very clear about that (its your money - dont worry about feeling polite) and if still nothing changes, try other places.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
I hate having to say we felt treated a bit like a number because the truth was that when we actually SAW Dr. Robin, her personality she puts out is that she is a kind and seemingly charismatic lady who is LGBTQ+ friendly (which we were so excited about how comfortable we could feel there). Not sure how much of the actual problem was with her and how much is with the set up of the entire program (but I feel that it's both). Let me explain.... Describe the protocols Robin Poe-Zeigler used in your cycles at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic) and their degree of success.
There seemed to be no valid rationale and it was just an ongoing merry-go-round and ultrasound that led to more ultrasounds (even though nothing changed between them and there were no meds being used and no plan to actually start getting us where we needed to be for IUI treatments). Maybe had I been more assertive, we would have gotten further and not had such issues but you shouldn't have to be. Another "rationale" for some of my ultrasounds and treatments was literally mixing us up with OTHER PATIENTS, nobody properly monitoring our progress to ensure we stayed on some type of schedule or track, and nobody seeming to know what was going on. And I do very much HATE to write negative things about Dr. Robin because again, she has a lovely personality and always seemed kind. Yet still, this was simply the experience we had.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
Very unorganized and very much rushed as they seemed to always mean well, but perhaps struggle to juggle many patients. They were nice and no one was ever unkind to us, but they seemed they were completely unable to keep up with and never had a good sense of what was going on.
Describe your experience with New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
Since this clinic is run only my Dr. Robin and her NP, nurses, and staff, I have essentially already described it. But the overall rundown is that it's very unorganized, even though you'd expect with it being small and more private and completely privately funded, it is the opposite. It's a very unorganized merry go round and you're simply treated as a number. It feels like they deliberately keep you in the dark or just leave you confused because they seem confused themselves. It seems they have you do lots of unneccessary tests over and over again that lead to nowhere and you never seem to get anywhere. However, the strengths are the clinic is beautiful and clean and very fancy and Dr. Robin does have a warm, friendly, inviting personality. Just to have a consultation with Dr. Robin or the nurse practioner was in the ballpark of a couple hundred dollars, though I do not remember the precise amount. Each ultrasound was at least $400-500 or so, and again, we were given repeated ultrasounds for no apparent reason after we had just done one and hadnt even been given results. Billing was a nightmare and no insurance was taken if i remember correctly (and if it was taken at all, which i do not recall it being, it was ONLY for certain bloodwork types

After having medical personnel from another clinic look through our records, they seemed to confirm our suspicion, which was that they too, could not understand why the same very costly ultrasounds and tests were ordered numerous times back to back with no changes, no medication and no apparently treatment started and it did not make sense to me. Other things that happened were having the Nurse Practioner completely mix me up with another patient during my appointment, do an an entire ultrasound when I wasnt there for one that day, and begin giving me things for endometriosis (which I do not even have). AFter catching the mistake, I was still charged for it and then more of the same tests were already ordered for the umph-teenth time. We were seen multiple times over the course of a year and never once started an IUI cycle because of all the unnecessary red tape that the New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine made us go through. Even once we were done and had not been there in nearly a year, they somehow managed to send us another bill for over $1400 we owed for treatment recieved that we weren't even supposed to get - a different patient was. Not to mention that calling up there just to simply even get an appointment was aggravating by itself.
Dr. Robin [Poe-Zeigler] comes to appointments prepared. She will have a stack of notes specific to your situation with personalized treatment options written down in an outline format to be discussed in session. She will take her time discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the different possible routes, and she clearly reviews her notes prior to session as she can remember specific details about my life and current circumstances, such as my husband's deployment schedule.
New Hope is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. ... The nursing staff could be difficult to communicate with because they were so busy. ... They were willing to FaceTime me to help as I mixed medications or learned how to do injections and were helpful and engaged once we were communicating, but it could be challenging to reach them.... I particularly appreciate her willingness to explain the science behind each treatment option as it helped me to feel more in control of the uncontrollable circumstances of infertility. Dr. Robin is both thorough and personable.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
Be prepared to wait for your appointment! She is typically running 15+ minutes late, but remember that she will never rush you in an appointment, which I believe is because understands the gravity and anxiety behind decision making regarding fertility treatments.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
Dr. Robin balances empathy and straightforward education in a way that feels accessible and caring. She checks for understanding when providing information and takes her time during appointments. This often means that your appointment will start a little late, but it feels well worth it when you have her undivided attention during your time with her to ask as many questions as you need. She never rushes the appointments and will draw examples and write notes for visual aids while explaining treatment options (she can write upside down perfectly- this is not pertinent to feeling like a human, but it is a talent that should be mentioned, haha).
Describe the protocols Robin Poe-Zeigler used in your cycles at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic) and their degree of success.
I was diagnosed with DOR, which meant moving to IVF without attempting IUI to increase my chances of pregnancy. I did one more medicated cycle with Clomid prior to beginning the IVF treatment cycle. I began stimulation medication and about two weeks later, underwent an egg retrieval + hysteroscopy to remove polyps. Twelve eggs were retrieved and two were frozen at day 5, one at day 6. A month later, I did a FET. The preparation for the FET included Lupron, progesterone, Estrace, and metformin. This did not result in a pregnancy.

The nursing staff could be difficult to communicate with because they were so busy. They were willing to FaceTime me to help as I mixed medications or learned how to do injections and were helpful and engaged once we were communicating, but it could be challenging to reach them.

I spent over $17k for the hysteroscopy, egg retrieval, FET, and all of the associated monitoring ultrasounds and blood draws. My insurance did not cover any of this, but there was a discount for people who have Tricare and the billing department worked with my husband and I to create a monthly payment plan. Medications were all paid for separately and were nearly $10k.

She used words like "if you were my daughter", which really helped me feel like she cared. She never rushed me during my consults and allowed me to ask all the questions/clarification I needed.
The other incident was the NP forgot to call my Rx in to the pharmacy. I get to my pharmacy and they said they never received the prescription. I had to call the office but it was the after hours line. After waiting for 1 hour at the pharmacy, I had to leave and come back later that evening, only to find out my prescription was sent to a different location. The pharmacist had to call the other pharmacy and I had to wait another hour just for them to fax it over and fill it at the correct location.

Unfortunately, we did not make it to any treatment strategies. I was given medication for PCOS, which I was diagnosed under the care of Dr. Robin. Upon diagnosing procedures (ultrasound and HSG), we found that IVF was our safest/only option.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
My encounters with the nursing staff was very brief. They mainly just roomed me and took vitals that day. I've had different nurses draw bloodwork but my favorite was August. August was actually outgoing compared to a few others I've had and she was personable.
If the nursing staff is who answers my emails, they're great! They answer them fairly quickly if it was a question about any procedure/medication I had. They also were very detailed in the responses.
Describe your experience with New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
The clinic's strengths is that all the staff are so caring and friendly. If you're in the office and have questions, they are really attentive and try to get the answer for you right away. They have great communication when relaying back information to you. They bring you back fairly quickly to your appointment time so you don't have to wait long in the lobby. When they schedule any appointments (procedure or consults) they have openings within the same week or the week after so that is a plus because you don't have to wait so long until your next appointment.
The clinic does not have many weaknesses. The two that come to mind is the wait for the lab and waiting for your results. Every time I've had to get my bloodwork done, no one was in the lab and I've had to wait between 15-20 mins and usually, it's another nurse walking by who's seen me waiting for some time who'll draw my blood. With my first set of labs, I waited almost 3 weeks. I ended up having a US scheduled so when I came in, I asked for my lab results. When I had gotten my lab work drawn, I was told I would hear back within the next week.

Luckily, my diagnostic treatment/procedures were covered with insurance. Had it not been, they would be fairly expensive (including bloodwork). Our only option now is IVF, which would be expensive and we have not yet planned for our start.

Dr. Robin always listened to concerns, explained things to where we could understand and would go over options. She is very approachable and sincerely wants to help her patients. Dr. Robin makes time to see you in the waiting room, lab room, etc even when you aren’t supposed to see her...At my initial visit we completed labs and an ultrasound for a pelvic anatomy scan with basal follicle count and determined I had polycystic ovaries. We then scheduled a hysteroscopy for myself and a semen analysis for my husband.
Our initial appointments [at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine] were just our $40 or $50 copay. When we began IVF it cost $17,500 for the IVF package ( included embryo cryo storage for 3 months, ICSI, deferred embryo transfer, and anesthesia...We retrieved 23 eggs, 9 were good on day 6 and of those 8 we had 5 after genetics testing...

The semen analysis came back normal and the hysteroscopy suggested polyps and they couldn’t tell if my ovary was inside or outside of scar tissue from a previous colon surgery. We met again and discussed these results and the options of a laparoscopy, IVF and an IUI. My husband and I discussed option and went for IVF. During this first cycle and egg retrieval I was taking several medications including metformin, estrace, lupron, doxycycline, prednisone, progesterone oil, prenatal, COQ10 and baby aspirin. We retrieved 23 eggs, 9 were good on day 6 and of those 8 we had 5 after genetics testing. On our first transfer we did two, a boy and a girl, and unfortunately neither of those took. We then did an ERA biopsy and found out I was prereceptive and the next transfer added another day of progesterone and we transferred one, which we now have a beautiful baby girl.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
Jamia was awesome and would always get back with us. She communicated well and has even checked on us since our daughters birth. We sometimes had issues getting ahold of Erica by email or phone when we had questions. At times we weren’t sure who to contact or who was on “shift” or on call. They weren’t always on the exact same page with our protocol or shot locations, but we liked them both. Amy didn’t show any compassion when she called us and told us we had lost the two and we’re pregnant. She told us “ it’s a negative so stop your medications today” cut and dry.
Describe your experience with New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
The clinic works hard to help all patients. I think they can sometimes have too many patients and it can be hard to know who you need to talk to. I think they should have a team for you specifically so you can always see and speak to the same people.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
Our initial appointments were just our $40 or $50 copay. When we began IVF it cost $17,500 for the IVF package ( included embryo cryo storage for 3 months, ICSI, deferred embryo transfer, and anesthesia). Embryo biopsy was $2250 and $1500 for cordination of care. We paid the genetics company $1650 for 8 embryos and $185 for our 9th for genetics testing. We paid $40 for my hysteroscopy as it was covered by insurance and baseline visits were $40. Medications were about $5,000 for the first transfer. The total for our first transfer was about $24,000 including medications. After that first transfer resulting in no pregnancy we did an ERA biopsy which was between $700-$1000. Our second transfer was around $3500 and medications around $1500.

We had some difficulty at times getting some medications I wasn’t allergic to with refills. I had to go to a specialty pharmacy for my progesterone oil and it got switched 2-3 times. My chart wasn’t typically updated online with results until I requested it. I had to stay on top of that myself and call and ask for that. We would sometimes get different opinions and how and where to give shots.
Dr. Ziegler meets with patients in a cozy office with lots of life in it. She is full of life and spunk. She speaks to you like you’re family and then she even writes down your treatment plan and explanations on a piece of paper for you to take home. It has been a great experience. Once you are on the right path you may not see her every single appointment, but the other staff is just as wonderful.... Dr. Ziegler did lots of labs that my regular OBGYN would not do/ didn’t tell me about.
The clinic [New Hope Ctr for Repro Med] is wonderful. It’s beautiful and clean. They decorate for holidays, which make it feel more like home. One thing that is sometimes difficult is getting through on the phone if they are busy.... The nursing staff was amazing. They were always welcoming and they were available to answer questions by phone as well as online portal or email. They found answers to your questions if they did not know them right away.

What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
I would suggest that you come with your questions written down, because in the heat of the prospective hope and the fact that Dr. Ziegler speaks quickly sometimes the paper with your thoughts on it can help you to not forget anything.

The office is very busy, but for good reason. Meeting with Dr. Z is like meeting with a life long friend. She (as well as all of the staff-especially the front desk) makes you feel like they are all excited you’re there and that you’re a friend instead of a patient number.

Dr. Ziegler did lots of labs that my regular OBGYN would not do/ didn’t tell me about. She worked from the ground up. Investigated possible reasons for multiple miscarriages and came up with a plan. She removed fibroids and respected my wishes when I did not want to be placed under anesthesia for it. We used timed intercourse and injectable mediciations to sustain the pregnancy.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic).
Although the costs do add up, it was worth it. My insurance covered some things like certain lab work or ultrasounds.
Dr. Robin [Poe-Zeigler] is busy. If you have questions, be persistent in calling or emailing because they sometimes forget to answer back...Our second cycle that we are currently in the middle of is the same as above with Lovenox added (due to a clotting disorder found during extensive tests after our fail), and Intralipid infusions (due to elevated levels of Natural Killer cells found during the extensive testing)...seemed to lean more toward a single embryo, especially having been PGS tested normal, but was very open to the transfer of two when our first failed given the age of my wife and financial concerns.
Erica [nurse at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine] was great. She was our main nurse for the transfer cycle. She is knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate and a good communicator. We love seeing and talking to her whenever we have an appointment. Jamia was our main nurse for the egg retrieval. Also super knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond to help...Egg Retrieval + PGS Testing was about $12k. Each transfer is about $3.5k-$4k. Paid an additional $3k (after insurance) on medications. PGS testing for the lab was $1600. Labs were through LabCorp which was varied costs depending on the labs needed.
How was your experience with Robin Poe-Zeigler at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Network Clinic)?
Dr. Robin is a very busy doctor, so you don't get to see her frequently. That is the only drawback. We live four hours away from our clinic and Dr. Robin is why we choose to drive four hours each way for our IVF treatment. She is kind and personable and her love of what she does radiates from her being. She explained everything to us fully and has exceeded my expectations for a doctor. We did not get pregnant on our first try due to an underlying immunology issue with my wife, but are hopeful our next cycle will work with the adjusted protocol. Dr. Robin listened to all of our concerns and worries and gave us her best advice and tweaked our protocol after running extensive tests after our first failure.

They are a very busy clinic and sometimes it isn't the easiest to get in touch with them, but everyone is exceptionally kind to us. They've all gotten to know us and take the time to answer our questions. Dr. Robin is so passionate and caring and you can tell that she loves what she does and helping people. We had our initial consult in 2016 and waited 2 years before continuing and she remembered everything about us. When she first laid eyes on us, she shrieked and ran and gave me and my wife a hug and asked us about life before we went into the treatment plan.

Overall, this clinic offers a lot. There is a lot of experience within the clinic and Dr. Robin is the best doctor I've ever seen. The biggest and only drawback to the clinic that we've experienced is that it is sometimes difficult to get in touch with someone or they may forget to call you back. You have to be persistent with them.

We had one instance where we showed up for an ultrasound before the egg retrieval and we weren't on the schedule, despite being given a time to be there. Luckily there were no issues. And we had one instance during the egg retrieval where the Ganirellix was missed during the medicine order. The nurse went above and beyond in finding it locally for us to get so that it did not affect our cycle.
Dr. Robin genuinely cares about each and every one of her patients. You’re never just a number. She cares about you and your unique situation...offered “new hope” to my husband and I after going down a very difficult and dead end road. She created a new game plan for us and ensured us it was obtainable. She is always positive and cheerful. She takes her time to sit with you and explain your care plan and answer any and all questions.
The costs associated with care [at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine] was slightly higher than I’d expected. An ultrasound costs $554! A Femara cycle costs $1995. IUI costs $375...Good location, updated appearance. Office, outpatient surgery, financial assistance counselors and LabCorp on site. Dr. Robin’s cafe is located inside the main building next to her clinic. Dr. Robin also has an answering service for when you need to contact her after hours.

I have undergone 3 IUI’s with Dr. Robin. The first two were natural cycles. We attempted a third natural but I did not ovulate. Then we moved on to Femara cycle. We added progesterone injections along with vag. suppositories after Femara IUI due to my low blood levels. However it was not successful as my TWW labs were still too low. We will be adjusting protocol next cycle.

I was expecting same day lab results on the weekend. Wasn’t able to get in contact with staff, only answering service. Had to call clinic the next day during business hours to obtain results I’d been promised same day.
Dr Robin is amazing. She is thoughtful, kind, patient, and compassionate. She is truly on the “journey” with each of her patients. She takes the time to explain everything in a detailed and thoughtful manner... She knows ALL of her patients by name and face. I’ve watched her go through the waiting room and stop to say hello to three different patients and she’s known them all. She truly cares about all of her patients. It feels like you’re being cared for by family.

She shared with me the steps they are taking to address the issues and provided me with multiple points of contact should I have any trouble again in the future. I felt like she really listened to my concerns and felt comfortable they were addressed.

She [Dr. Robin Poe-Zeigler] is incredible, caring and great at her job. We fully trust her to do all of the medical side of things. Is sometimes too busy to fully be present which is hard. Protocols are sometimes less personalized because she is so rushed and taking on a little too much...I reacted poorly to femara so we canceled the IUI. we moved on to invocell, she felt as though I was a great candidate. We only had 1 embryo which didn’t implant. We moved on to a full IVF cycle, and kept some embryos as 3 days to see if I didn’t have embryos able to make it to day 5. We transferred 2 day 3 and had more make it to day 5. Our transfer was negative.
Performed the wrong biopsy when doing ERA. front desk [at New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine] scheduled wrong procedure, and NP did not catch the mistake. Prescribed medicine with gluten in it, which caused me to be sick and may be partly to blame for chemical pregnancy...They are great medical coordinators. They have some trouble with scheduling and their billing department is awful. But overall, it’s still worth it especially if it’s in a convenient location for you.
