This is the most recent data from the CDC. The CDC cautions that it should not be used to compare doctors and clinics. This data represents the outcomes of IVF cycles when using a person's own eggs.
For more information please see our FAQs.
Where you see a “?” on the chart, a clinic has done fewer than 20 cycles in this category and age range, so the CDC says showing percentages from this small data set would be misleading and unreliable.

She’s pleasant. She [Dr. Murray] treated us like more than just a number and we really felt like she was family. There were two times after cycles failed that she was supposed to call us and didn’t. So that diminished our trust in her. She didn’t do any other testing though we asked, and she didn’t seem to have any ideas... They [Northeastern Repro Med] all work together very well so even when you are assigned to one doctor they all know your case.
It’s small so they [Northeastern Reproductive Med] treat you like a human and not a number. They all work together very well so even when you are assigned to one doctor they all know your case. Everyone is very friendly and answers your questions or knows how to find them. There’s no money back guarantee here though like there is at some other clinics... Some of the nurses were better communicators than others and had answers to our questions

After a couple failed cycles, the doctor was supposed to call us for a phone consult and next steps and never called either time and we had a bunch of questions
You may find people who will rave about this practice. However, in my opinion, their move to the private world (from academic) was not a positive one. With DOR, I was not offered IVF. After consulting with others, I am convinced that they did not want me to "taint" their numbers as they were starting their practice. Some of their nurses and staff were quite nice, while others were rude and completely insensitive. I could not recommend this practice to a friend or loved one.

Dr Casson and the team at Northeastern Reproductive Medicine were all wonderful. from the ease of making appointments, to the friendliness of the entire staff, it made our difficult journey a bit easier. We worked with Dr. Casson for over a year and went through many different protocols and procedures to achieve our goal.

They did not call every day with an embryo update like they said they would.
[Dr. Jennifer Brown] came off as a caring person that did not talk down to me or act judgemental. She was professional. Being that the first meeting was over the internet we had to adjust for sound quality and she was great about communicating what needed to be discussed...she was very easy going...I felt confident that we could try one round of IVF
I was to call back with the first day of my cycle. The office [at Northeastern Reproductive Medicine] was closed and the answering service said to call back next month. I was upset by the manner of this cold service because I thought we were still going to at least try IVF even though there was a hold...Have someone answer the phone

I was to call back with the first day of my cycle. The office was closed and the answering service said to call back next month. I was upset by the manner of this cold service because I thought we were still going to at least try IVF even though there was a hold because I am very close to going into menopause and aging out of the ability to have IVF. I wanted to at least know for sure what was going to happen and there are no answers. No response to email.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Northeastern Reproductive Medicine.
I cant tell. The only staff I spoke to was intake.

Communication during Covid pandemic could use improvement. Have someone answer the phone. I understand the complications of staffing etc. but there should be at least one person working from home that can take calls.

20 dollar copay. I am insured at this time but will age out of my insurance next month so it will be completely on me to continue trying after that.
