This is the most recent data from the CDC. The CDC cautions that it should not be used to compare doctors and clinics. This data represents the outcomes of IVF cycles when using a person's own eggs.
For more information please see our FAQs.
Where you see a “?” on the chart, a clinic has done fewer than 20 cycles in this category and age range, so the CDC says showing percentages from this small data set would be misleading and unreliable.
[Dr. Michael Guarnaccia] is very cold and brusque...was no in-depth analysis of my case and specific factors...was no discussion on autoimmune issues, investigating for endometriosis...started me on the highest doses of Menopur and Gonal-F and never adjusted my protocol...felt like I was on a production line.
[Oma Fertility New York] was very small...did not have all of the equipment needed for their services, which required going to a different clinic for retrievals...finance department was very efficient and communicated smoothly...office manager was unorganized...Tanisha was OUTSTANDING! Working with her was the best part of my experience
How was your experience with Michael Guarnaccia at Pinnacle Fertility (Formerly Oma Fertility New York)?
I did not enjoy my experience as a patient with Dr. Guarnaccia. He is very cold and brusque. Infertility is a difficult journey, so I think it is important that providers try to be more sensitive with patients. With Dr. Guarnaccia, I felt like I was on a production line.

Obtaining my patient records from them after treatment was a nightmare. I had to harass the office manager pretty much to get my records.
[Dr. Michael Guarnaccia] called me on a saturday to coldly inform me OMA has been suspended and I need to seek help elsewhere...just said "good luck to you,"...my IUI plans (all the while i was on a birth control on his terms, trying to accommodate IUI schedule that was supposed to start on a Tuesday), with all my meds purchased,
[Pinnacle Fertility] ignored all my emails regarding my refund for IUI...begged them to not against my will ship the sperm to LA (sperm travelled from Atlanta to NY when I purchased, then NY to LA against my will, then from LA to NY again and they made me pay $400 for shipping, which I paid $300 originally as is) I got ignored on all

Due to certain financial challenges, Oma Fertility faced constraints that necessitated operational adjustments. In response to this situation, Pinnacle Fertility stepped in to ensure the seamless continuation of comprehensive fertility services." Pinnacle Fertility will scam you in any way possible. They are heartless and cruel, do not care about your well being just robotically will take your money and treat you like a number. Thank you

Describe your experience with Pinnacle Fertility (Formerly Oma Fertility New York).
I absolutely loved the medical team, however, I was frustrated with the clinic's pricing. Originally when I went to see them, they were Oma Fertility but then they went bankrupt and were bought by Pinnacle Fertility. I was fortunate that Pinnacle honored the money I had paid to Oma for a cycle of egg retrieval, but I was frustrated because Pinnacle changed the pricing and this was not explained to me when I was told Pinnacle was taking over. This created a lack of transparency and made me frustrated because what I had budgeted was no longer accurate.
