Glendale is not totally accessible to the southbay/ long beach area. Would love to see another clinic either mid-city, or down in Long Beach area. Strengths- they clearly have been successful in helping people start families. Weaknesses- communication, pricing, and accessibility. Need more weekend hours for sperm collection and appointments.

Strengths: Lgbt friendly, organized, responsive, science based but takes whole patient into account (mental health etc), easy scheduling, personalized care. Weakness: only thing we can think of is if you cant travel, you have to go to westwood for retrievals and transfers. This was not an issue for us but something to note

I don't think this clinic could get any better. The whole staff is wonderful. The doctor is lovely and knows what she's doing. Everything is run like a well oiled machine. Just GO HERE! The only slight hiccup I had was sometimes I would get billed for something many months after the fact but this is a minor critique.

I have been at this clinic for less than a year. I have yet to have any problem with booking appointments or seeing Dr.Evans. I think the only downfall is that most appointments have to be first thing in the morning which forces traffic hours but well worth it

PFCLA Glendale is the satellite office for PFCLA in Westwood so the only downside (if you dont live near Westwood) is you have to go to the Westwood office for transfers and retrievals. However, these are not frequent visits so it is 100% worth enduring the traffic! The Glendale office is small, clean, quiet, and very lovely. It's very convenient location to folks in the northeast/downtown area of LA.

Strengths: Dr Evans! The offer a payment plan if needed. Weaknesses: the clinic for actual procedures (egg retreivals and embryo transfers) is on the west side of LA, so it’s not conveniently located in relation to her Glendale office.

The offices and equipment were very nice. Make sure to always check when you are charged because I was overcharged for services my bundled payment plan already covered and I had to have them correct it numerous times.

The egg retrieval and embryo transfer took place in Westwood. That office is very busy but the visits to her office in Glendale were wonderful. The office in Westwood is beautiful and very clean with an attentive staff.

Strengths: personal attention in Glendale office, doesn't feel like your typical fertility clinic, really getting to know RE and staff Weaknesses: I don't like going to the Westwood office for retrievals and transfers. It's not as friendly and welcoming, and parking is really expensive!

I always received personalized care. I never felt like a number or just another patience. Never felt like when I call I was annoying someone. It was very clean and organized. Everyone was very nice and compassionate and caring.

It's excellent. We feel fortunate to have found it. We feel very comfortable and supported.

The biggest issue was not telling patients you moved offices in the building. Calm and quiet waiting room-- good bathroom facilities. New office is more clinical and less homey than the last office. Really not good a drawing blood

This clinic is for the most part on top of things! Overall pretty good staff and I never have to experience long waits and am seen almost immediately. They don't seem like they take on too many patients at once, which I have absolutely experienced at other clinics.

The only thing I could say is the hours are a bit limited which can be hard with my work schedule. It’s a smaller office and for the dr to have one on one time with you they have to set certain hours which I understand

Everything about the Glendale office is great. The Westwood office, on the other hand, is not ideal (parking is so expensive, staff can be a bit rude). Luckily I only went there for transfer and egg retrieval.

The clinic hours are a bit limited which can make it hard . I’ve had a few minor issues with billing but over all tnhey have been great. They got me in for surgery very quickly and during the holidays.

Glendale office is small and calm, not a lot of waiting, great staff. For IVF there are two trips to the Westwood office which is a bit of a zoo, but they have an awesome lab so it's worth it.

I like the staff here. It felt like they were on our side, not the normal overworked, harried and unhappy medical staff you see almost everywhere. They were always polite, kind, and thorough. This is supposed to be 200 characters long, but I don't really have anything more to say about it.

Certain follow-ups and outreach just did not happen following my initial consult with the doctor. I was left in the dark about much -- financials, expectations, ordering meds, what I needed to do and how I needed to do it. But the clinic will certainly be consistent with one thing: getting your money.

The clinic was always clean, organized and well-staffed. I was able to make appointments easily and the team was able to accommodate and work around my schedule. There were a couple of blood tests that I noticed the nurse/staff did not wear gloves which was surprising to me.

Strengths are they are clean and friendly and helpful I love Dr Evans so much The only sad thing is it’s so expensive and didn’t explain everything up front til I had to ask and I couldn’t afford everything right away I really wanna keep trying with them but I can’t afford it

It's a new clinic, spacious, huge seating area. Welcoming environment. The only downside is probably the parking situation, they do not validate so if you parked in the building- you're going to pay at least $15 for parking.

I found the clinic to be very knowledgeable, flexible, and dedicated to achieving success wherever possible for their patients. Every decision was made based on how the IVF cycle was going; egg maturation and retrieval timing was held as sacrosanct. If it was too close to call when a medication should be tweaked or introduced in the cycle, then the clinic brought you in for extra check-up appointments to be sure. If those fell on a weekend or holiday, no problem. The key was to get the timing right so that we had the best chance of retrieving the maximum number of mature eggs. In my case where my AFC was low and egg quality poor, this was everything. They also accommodated a back-up option using donor eggs from abroad and worked closely with me to arrange those logistics alongside my own treatment. I was impressed at their commitment and flexibility around this arrangement. I personally would have liked more in-depth onboarding to the upcoming process beyond an email from my care co-ordinator. IVF demands financial and physical commitment, and it’s time-sensitive. I’m the type of person who likes to understand the broad framework upfront. Thus, I would have preferred an introductory call and a sample treatment calendar with potential injection timings to frame our expectations and allow us to roughly plan around upcoming commitments. In the beginning, I also experienced what seems to have been some internal miscommunication and this meant that I had to check, clarify, and restate things I’d already said to multiple people. I’m unclear on how much the impact of pivoting to working during the pandemic fed into this. Nonetheless, once I raised this issue with them, they received my feedback with grace, and this got much better. Lastly, the clinic facilities are well-designed, clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and supportive, and keep things running efficiently. I always felt cared for and comfortable.

Strength is the reception staff and the waiting area. The reception is always kind, welcoming and helpful. The waiting area is clean and modern. You feel like like you are in the best care. Weakness is the poor attitude of the finance department. As a fertility clinic it should be common knowledge that it could be isolating as a patient. There are waves of emotions and patients need to be treated with care and compassion.

Very weak communication, billing personnel are very disorganized and always reflect balances were owed after I had paid. I literally kept payment receipts on me every time I went to the clinic I knew someone was going to tell me I owed a balance. It's really really bad!
