He is incredibly thorough and never let's you leave a consultation appintment without feeling crystal clear. He has called me directly many times to answer questions or give me advice on matter I had no intention of inquiring about. I dont see him often but he stays very much in the game and still makes all of the decisions for me on next steps. He is passionate about what he does and very progressive in his work. He doesn't allow his practice to go stagnant and stick to old school ways. Undoubtedly I am in the best hands.

If you do not feel comfortable having nurses perform your IUI procedures or routine ultrasounds, please let him know right away. If you do get pregnant try and request to stay with them until 8 weeks without being released to your OB.

5 days of clomid or leprozole followed by ovidrel shot and then IUI procedure.

It's all a blur, spent a few grand so far.

He was knowledgeable and informative and had good bedside manner. In our initial consult, he made me feel very reassured that he would do things differently than my prior doctors, which gave me optimism that I might have a better outcome. But in the end, my treatment was not very different, and the outcome was the same. But overall, my experience was very positive.

Ask lots of questions, especially if you feel that the treatment is not proceeding as he originally said it would.

I saw him for a frozen embryo transfer of an existing embryo that was created at a different clinic. Because I had 4 PGS-tested embryos, and 3 of them had already failed to stick, this was my very last embryo. He assured me that he would figure out what was wrong with my uterus and find the reason why these embryos were not sticking. He performed a hysteroscopy, whereas in the past I'd only had SHGs. In the end, he told me (as previous doctors had as well) that my uterus looked perfect and he was very optimistic for success. When I asked why, then, he thought the other 3 had failed, his answer was basically, "Well, that was another clinic and I can't speak for them." In the end, the 4th embryo, under his care, also led to a chemical pregnancy. So he really wasn't able to figure out what's wrong as he promised he would... but I don't know if that's his fault or if my issues are truly "unexplained."

I believe the initial testing (bloodwork, hysteroscopy, etc.) was around $1300 (self-pay package). The FET was just under $4000 (self-pay discounted price).

I only had one embryo left, so this was not discussed as there was no option to transfer multiple.

Dr Andrew Levi is amazing! He is the only doctor in the practice so it can be a wait to get appointments but that is because he is with you every step of the way. Always made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood what was happening during all the tests. Always open and honest about everything going on. Follow up calls from his office to see how I was.

Be patient during your 1st visit as it is the initial visit and we were waiting over an hour to first meet with him to set up a plan, but it was all worth it in the end.

We had a $50 copay per our insurance anytime I stepped into the office.

We did 2 transfers with Dr Levi. The first in 2014 and we transferred 2 embryos and one took and we had a boy. The second time in 2016 we did 2 again and dr Levi did tell us we had a higher chance of twins since both embryos were high quality and we did have twins.

Dr. Levi is extremely confident in producing positive pregnancy results despite the years of infertility. He is a calming presence in difficult situations. After receiving a negative result with our first FET, his confidence and support did not waver.

I would have worked more with Ann--the administrative assistant that deals with insurance. We did not look into the costs of the visits and procedures/what our insurance covered, which led to some strain in our relationship. Utilizing Ann's expertise more, would have eased our personal financial situation.

Monitoring appointments were always in the morning. It was a well-oiled machine. I found that if I went a few minutes early, I would be taken prior to my appointment time--this was extremely beneficial as I am a high school teacher and needed to get to work as soon as possible.

Treatment costs were based on what my insurance covered, which was 80% of fertility treatments. Once I had reached my premium deductible, everything was covered 100%. To freeze eggs, the initial cost was $1850.00 in cash/check/credit card prior to egg retrieval and $400.00 a few months later.

We chose to only transfer one embryo at a time. That was our personal choice. Dr. Levi did agree with my young(er) age, that transferring one embryo was our best approach.

It seemed like he could not treat complex issues such as polyps, a septate uterus, endometriosis diagnosis/referral and eventually after losses went on to immunology testing. He was honest and told me he did not think he could help me.

If your case is simple he could be able to help you.

Dr Levi is very to the point and precise. He will not sugarcoat your situation, but is compassionate in supporting you through it. Rather than insist on trying options that may not get you results, he tells you exactly what is necessary to give you the best chance of conceiving. At first, it was hard to hear, but then I was so grateful to know that he was giving us our best shot at becoming pregnant. Dr Levi is the doctor at all your appointments: it feels good to know that he recognizes you and your partner and remembers your situation and plan. If there are issues, he is the one who discusses them with you, which is very appreciated. He is also the doctor who does all of the procedures so you feel safe and confident because you know him so well! When I found out I was pregnant with a blood test, I asked to hug him! He said “I don’t do hugs until you graduate from the clinic,” but he gave me one anyway. I appreciate him not wanting to get your hopes up, but also celebrating you when you need the care!

I would tell a prospective client of Dr Levi’s to stay positive, trust the process, and be open-minded.

Dr Levi and his staff had us use progesterone in oil, estrogen pills, birth control pills, and other injections. I don’t remember the specific protocols, which is crazy because at the time it felt like that was all I knew!

Once I hit my deductible of $4500, the rest was covered. Except for storage of embryos and genetic testing of the embryos which wasn’t covered under insurance. I believe the storage of embryos is about $750/year and the testing was $3690.

Our doctor told us that he would only transfer one embryo in women younger than 35 because it was safer!

Dr. Levi was the perfect combination for us because he came with facts and figures that helped us make informed decisions about our fertility plan. After our first two IUIs were not successful, he completely understood our wishes to proceed with IVF.

I would trust the doctors and nurses and have patience and try to not compare your plan to others. They will find a treatment plan that works well for you specifically.

After my testing results led us to a diagnosis of unexplained infertility, we started the process by doing a medicated IUI cycle. We did two IUI cycles with the second we increased my dosage of chlomid. Both did not result in pregnancy. Following the second IUI, we decided to jump into IVF. I went on birth control pills for one cycle and then started stims to prepare for my egg retrieval. We retrieved 16 eggs, 12 were mature, 9 fertilized and 6 made it to day 5. Of the 6 embryos we had, 2 tested normally, 3 were abnormal and 1 was mosaic. Because we wanted to do the PGS testing, we did a frozen transfer which was successful. I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant.

I will start by saying I had really good fertility coverage through work. That being said, in total we probably spent close to 20k in treatment.

Due to my age (32) and other factors, we decided to do an single embryo transfer for the first transfer.

Dr. Levi is very knowledgeable, friendly, and warm. I went to him (driving from NY to CT over an hour each way!) after I had a not so great experience with another fertility doctor. Dr. Levi was the only fertility doctor I spoke to who took my whole health into consideration. He asked me about my eating habits, my medical history etc. Upon learning that I had childhood cancer and heart issues, he encouraged me to reach out to my doctors to let them know I was trying to get pregnant in case they had any reservations or specific things they wanted me to know before the process. I really appreciated that. He was also the ONLY doctor who encouraged me to start the search to find an OB I liked (I hadn't had one when I started going to Dr. Levi), knowing that I would need to start seeing them soon after I got pregnant. All of this really showed me that he cares about his patients and is focused on making fertility dreams come true in a safe and healthy way. My husband and I really felt like we were in the best care with Dr. Levi and his team.

Don't be afraid to ask questions!

One round of Letrozol followed by IUI

insurance luckily covered most expenses. I think the trigger shot was 100 bucks and I may have had some co-pays.

Dr Levi is a genius! He knows the science, he studies your case and truly cares for you in making your family dreams come true. He is incredibly thorough but keeps you as the patient in mind that we really don't know the technical terms. He breaks things down and taught us more about reproductive science than most people would ever know.

Be patient, getting pregnant and starting your family doesn't start over night. Dr Levi and his team truly have your best interest in mind.

My husband and I tried for a year before we were tested for reproductive issues and were referred to Dr Levi and his team. We started with one month trying on our own while going through diagnostic studies to see if my fellopian tubes were open, uterus was healthy and pollup free. They also tested my husband if he was a contributing factor. It ended up being a joint factor where I started medications and went through three IUI's. After three unsuccessful IUI's our next option was IVF. We went through the stimulation shots, medications for egg retrieval and then finally a fresh embryo transfer 5 days out. We are now 8 weeks pregnant! The process was long, at times painful and disappointing. I am so glad we were referred to Dr Levi and his team we are now looking forward to having our dream come true.

Everything went through our insurance but it still cost us Co pays and extra fees through the pharmacy for specific drugs

Dr.Levi is absolutely fantastic! We met with him to begin the process and left feeling optimistic and in good hands. Throughout our time with Dr.Levi we always felt comfortable and that we were getting the best possible care. Questions were always handled well and explained completely. Even after we "graduated" from the office and had questions, he was helpful and reassuring. I recommend Dr. Levi completely and without hesitation.

The best advice I have is, you have to be patient throughout the process. Also, if you don't understand, ask.

I don't completely remember all of the protocols in specifics. We did IUI three times, and it didn't work. Dr.Levi explained that it isn't anything that I am doing or not doing and that it is "out of my control". I needed to hear that and it gave me permission to try to let go of my want to control the situation.

I have very good insurance and didn't have huge out of pocket costs besides having to pay to have embryos frozen as that is not covered under my insurance.

We transferred two embryos both each time we did a transfer. Our second transfer was successful.

Dr. Levi is personable, knowledgeable, and an effective communicator. He communicates his treatment plan very well and made me feel very comfortable as a patient. I was very satisfied with my experience as a patient and would highly recommend Dr. Levi to anyone in need of his services.

Do not delay having a consultation and starting treatments!

I had 5 cycles of IVF. I started treatments when I was 40 years old and an IUI did not make sense for my case. I responded well to the particular combination of stimulation drugs in the first cycle but my progesterone level was high so I had to undergo a frozen embryo transfer in order to prepare my body for a potential pregnancy. Out of 3 frozen embryos, we implanted two and had a negative pregnancy test. The third embryo is still frozen at this time. For the second cycle, the protocol for the egg stimulation was modified to keep my progesterone level down. I believe there was the addition of Lupron. A fresh transfer was planned but no inseminated embryos developed well enough over 5 days so no transfer occurred. The protocol for the third stimulation phase was modified again and I had less eggs retrieved. One inseminated embryo developed after 5 days and it was transferred at that time (fresh) but, unfortunately, I had a chemical pregnancy which eventually ended. The fourth stimulation protocol was again adjusted and I had 2 embryos develop for a fresh transfer but a negative pregnancy test. Finally for the fifth cycle, the stimulation protocol was more similar to my first in order to produce more eggs. Two inseminated embryos developed for a frozen transfer and a positive singleton pregnancy resulted. I am currently 23 weeks along.

My first cycle was self pay and ended up costing ~$18,000 for all drugs and services. The next cycles were covered as I was under my husbands insurance so the costs were for co-payments for office visits and the prescription drugs, ~$300-400.

I did not have many choices between implanting 1-2 embryos and Dr. Levi generally allowed me and my husband to decide.

Dr. Levi is a compassion and honest person. He doesn't hide anything, he tells it like it is and he does it in a way that is compassion to what I was going through. He never gives you false hope. He made me feel comfortable everytime I go in. He answers all questions. He definitely words it in a way to help not hinder.

Just trust him, he has made my dream come true, it may have been a long process(at least for my case) but he's with you every step of the way.

during my last ivf, his suggestion was to be on a no carb diet, so he can have more room to get to the eggs, since first IVF failed, to no fault of anyone's. I did the diet as prescribed, and this time around, it worked, he was able to manuever and get what he needed to get to make this a success. THANK YOU!!!!

All my monitoring appointments went well. I had no issues, all questions was answered, and any issues was discussed. Next steps was always discussed, love this office.

Unsure, but very lucky to have the insurance I had since it covered majority of the procedures.

From my initial consultation, I felt that Dr. Levi was very compassionate and had my best interest in mind, not just making money. He listened to my story and was very kind. He encouraged me to stay the course when I was getting frustrated and went out of his way to make the process as easy and painless as possible.

I have no known fertility problems, but my husband makes no sperm so we use a donor. I had trouble at a previous doctor with cysts while on clomid. I told Dr. Levi this and he was encouraging when he told me we could just try monitoring and a trigger shot with iui, instead of jumping straight to clomid as i was also concerned about multiples. We did this for two cycles, then started back on clomid. I did three more cycles of clomid+trigger and iui and finally got pregnant on my 5th IUI. He was confident it would work eventually, and he was right!

I had 80% coverage for all testing and up to 4 IUIs. I think we paid approximately $1000-$1200 for the remaining 20%.

My husband and I can't say enough great things about Dr.Levi. Dr.Levi is extremely sensitive to the fact that most people visiting him, wanted to be pregnant yesterday and understands the urgency that couples feel. He makes time to get to know his patients and form relationships with them. You always feel that he has your best interest in mind.His office is truly one of a kind. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and always there for you. We will definitely return to Dr Levi when we are ready for our second child.

You are in great hands.

Dr Levi, himself, performed several diagnostic exams, to check for blockages in my Fallopian tubes, cervix and uterus. Once this was all clear, we began our first round of stimulated IUI, 5 days of clomid, and a trigger shot the night before insemination.

I grew to trust Dr. Levi. I trusted that he was making the best decisions for my treatment and that he had my best interests at heart. As stessful as tge whole process of IF is, I actually enjoyed interacting with him and planning next steps. I always felt at ease around him.

Ask all the questions you have. Always make sure you leave an appointment comfortable with what is happening and what is next.

I did the Lupron microdose protocol and angoist protocol. I used primarily lupron, gonal f and menopur.

The costs are steep! These medical procedures are costly and many were not covered by my insurance.

For donor eggs he strongly recommends eSET but was ok with 2 for own eggs

He takes the time to listen and explain, seems very competent and caring. We had success with one embryo left and the Dr warned us that the odds were against us - not impossible but not strong, but did not give us a hard time about trying. Fortunately it worked and we have a beautiful baby as a result. I felt that the Dr was realistic with us, caring and competent as a Dr

Ask about pricing in advance. It is an expensive process and you want to be prepared. Also have the genetic testing done - it is not cheap but can help you avoid useless transfers that cost a lot of money to transfer an embryo with no chance at survival.

I think he only transfers one at a time but confirm it with him.

Dr. Levi made me feel very comfortable to ask questions and voice my concerns. He was genuinely encouraging throughout the process. He also had a very relatble way which he describes medical terms and procedures.

Be as open and honest as you can and Dr Levi will be able to tailor your treatment to best suit you, saving you time.

He is smart, thorough, fully involved in his patients care - single doctor practice- and also kind. We saw him at him at every visit and never felt like a number. He spends a lot of time with each patient fully discussing every procedure and the risks and benefits. My husband even liked him! I wish there were more doctors like him out there.

He felt very strongly about only transferring a single embryo- at least for me.

My case was extemely tough as there was no cause found for my repeated miscarriages but Dr Levi never gave up hope for us and was always kind, caring and helped us stay as optimistic as we could. I honestly don't think i would have kept trying if it wasn't for him and his staff and finally at age 42 I had my miracle baby. Thank goodness we never gave up!

Trust him, he really does know what he's doing.

Dr.Levi made the entire process easy and worry even when there were times it was a bit tough. He worked well with my husband and I with explaining everything and making us feel comfortable during retrieval’s and transfers. I felt at ease in his care. Amazing doctor. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

He had great bedside manner. He made hard days easier with his sense of humor. He was very involved in monitoring care even though he is not at every routine visit.

We did 3 iUIs with my first. Negative first, chemical second then pregnant 3rd. With my second child we got pregnant on the first IUI.

Dr. Levi is very professional and try always to be honest with patient and explain every single detail in the fertility process. I was really comfortable and never felt helpless. My husband and I felt really sad when Dr. Levy called us to informed that IVF didn't worked and we was unable to create any embryos, but he gave us hopes and we trust him!

The first week of IVF cycle I was using Gonal F 225 iu and Menopur 1 vial every night. after day 5 I started with Ganirelix but unfortunately I don't remenber the times I was taking it.

In that moment I had health insurance available from the company I was working and covered almost the entire IVF so I am not sure regarding costs. I had to buy my medicines for the treatment but was directly with the pharmacy. So in total with copays and medications I believe we spend around $5,000 or less.

Dr. Levi in my first IVF was planning to do a single embryo transfer. I am not sure what he's going to suggest in my second IVF.

He is very sympathetic. I have had an ectopic pregnancy and a miscarriage in last 4 months. I was feeling so upset but he has given me the hope that everything is going to be fine. He is very competent.

I am starting my cycle in January 2024. For IVF. Because unfortunately I have no tubes left inside me.

Insurance is gonna cover my after I met my deductible and that is 3000$

My insurance only covers single embryo transfer.

Overall a very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. In fact he’s probably the best doctor I’ve ever been to. My only complaint was that he put patients on birth control pills to synchronize IVFs to his clinics schedule since he works alone and I lost several weeks of treatment due to this. When your older time is limited so this was frustrating.

In spite of how great Dr Levi is, Prepare yourself for an emotional and stressful experience. The 2ww is torture.

I had a bad cycle using Ganirelix, nothing fertilized. Only time that ever happened.

Most was covered by insurance and when it wasn’t Dr Levi worked with on price & payments

Dr Levi is very decisive but clear on his treatment plan. He takes previous courses of treatment and previous treatment failures into consideration to create a personal care plan for you. He takes time to answer questions and never makes you feel bad for asking questions. He is willing to make changes if he feels the original plan is not working. He understands the physical and emotional toll fertility issues can create and is sensitive to that.

Ask for statistics and ask questions. He may not fully explain everything initially, but if you ask questions for further information, he knows the answers and you will leave your appointment feeling cared for and part of a team.

We had two egg retrievals at another clinic with 10 to 12 eggs retrieved, 5 to 6 fertilized each time, and all of them arrested. I was told I should use donor eggs. We sought a second opinion with Dr Levi and he took all our information and previous tests into account. I had one IVF cycle with egg retrieval using oral and injectable medications, similar to my previous rounds at the other place with slight variances. There was frequent monitoring and blood draws, as usual and we retrieved 9 to 10 eggs. 6 fertilized, and three grew enough to be frozen for PGS testing. Two of the 3 were genetically sound. The slight variances the Dr Levi instituted for me clearly made a big difference. The transfer process was a lot more than I expected, with more oral and injectable medications, but everyone was very supportive. Our first transfer did not take, and we took a couple months off. The second transfer round went fantastic and I am expecting a baby boy in June 2020. I started with Dr Levi in Jan 2019 and if everything continues well as it should, will be holding my new baby in June 2020.

I am 40 years old with multiple miscarriages. Dr Levi recommended a single embryo transfer and I wanted a single embryo transfer because Dr Levi and I both felt that twins would add risk to an already risky situation.
