I saw Dr. Levi during most of my appointments especially leading up to my egg retrievals. He was always optimistic and kind. He really took the time to know me and my case and truly cared about our outcome. He was gentle when delivering not so great news about our diagnosis. At a time when you’re scared and second guess everything I knew we were in the right hands.

Be open and honest and do not be afraid to ask questions to ensure the best possible outcome.

All three egg retrievals we did an antagonist protocol with double triggers and could only do FETs since I have PCOS. Had a the expected amount of attrition for my first cycle, a lot more for my second but my third egg retrieval was the best round. I had 1 canceled FET cycle due to thin lining, but went on to have a successful FET after.

My deductible and out of pocket max which is $6000 each year.

From The moment that we met Dr. Levi we felt comfortable going forward with the treatment. He was very open and honest with us regarding the process and what to expect. We felt like we were included in the plan every step of the way.

Come with your questions and don’t feel bad for asking them. He was always willing to listen to my questions and concerns. Know that you won’t see Dr. Levi at every visit but the team members are extremely competent and able to carry out the treatment plan. They are not open and weekends so that is something to be aware of

We did 3 IUI cycles first due to an unexplained infertility diagnosis. He only recommends 3 because after 3 the chances of success drastically decrease. We then moved onto IVF with an egg retrieval. He doesn’t try to over stimulate your system so we retrieved 9 eggs 7 mature and ended with 3 perfect day 5 embryos. I thought this was a perfect result because I know some doctors are shooting for so many eggs and we did not want to have a ton of embryos that we would have to figure out what to do with once done trying.

He said that transferring 2 embryos does not increase your success rate that cycle only increases your chance of multiples which can further complicate a pregnancy

I have been a patient of Dr. Levi for many years. Unfortunately, my journey took longer than my husband and I had expected. Dr. Levi and his team were patient, kind and super helpful. They became almost like family! I recently graduated to my OB and although this was a very joyous day, it was also bittersweet because I had grown extremely close to the team members and Dr. Levi! We will be back when we're ready for baby #2, but until then.. I cannot praise this team enough and recommend them whenever I hear that there is another couple/family in need of his specialty!

Don't wait! Just go see him! He's absolutely amazing, kind and easy to understand! He's compassionate and extremely knowledgeable! He listens to what you have to say/ your questions, and then discusses everything with you!

When I first started, we did medicated "natural" rounds, where I took Clomid and then we timed intercourse. Then, we attempted IUI's the same way, while using Clomid and we tried another medication I cannot remember. Once we moved to IVF, I was placed on birth control and then prescribed Menapur, Gonal F, Ganirelix/Cetrotide and a HCG Trigger shot the night before retrieval. Then I was placed on birth control again during the Frozen embryo cycle. I started injecting Lupron daily at 10mg then decreased to 5mgs and started 10 mgs of estrogen. Then 5 days prior to transfer I started a baby aspirin, Progesterone in Oil, Medrol and Doxycycoline. After transfer - I continued the PIO shots, estrogen and aspirin until I was 10 weeks pregnant.

Most of my costs were covered under my insurance. I simply paid my co-pays of $15-$25 and for genetic testing which was about $4k

I completely trusted every decision that Dr. Levi. We discussed everything and his reasons were always sound and made complete sense. They were always in my best interest.

Dr. Levi did not speak down to me or over my head, he insured I knew exactly what was happening and validated all of my concerns and questions. All of the staff was warm and welcoming. My husband and I both enjoyed the experience so much so every time we left the office we'd talk about how much we wish Dr. Levi could be our doctor for every aspect of our lives. I have never had such an amazing experience (and we felt this way prior to achieving pregnancy). I have such a clearer understanding of my own body and the challenges we faced with fertility. I couldn't recommend Dr. Levi and Park Avenue Fertility more highly.

Don't be afraid to ask questions and state your concerns!

I can't remember the exact name but I was prescribed a pill to take to help jumpstart Egg growth and then an injection to release the egg and initiate ovulation.

My insurance covered mostly everything, I believe my co-pays were only $15.

Dr. Levi is straightforward, down to earth, knowledgeable, and caring. I felt 100% taken care of and understood through the entire process. From our first consult we knew we were in good hands. He takes the time to make sure you understand every procedure and process, and listens to all concerns with patience and compassion.

After the diagnostic procedures, I underwent 3 rounds of IUI (using Clomid) which were all negative. Insurance in CT requires "lesser before greater" so IUI was required as a first option. Next we did 1 full stimulation and egg retrieval, resulting in 13 eggs retrieved, which became 5 embryos. The first embryo did not implant, but the second frozen transfer was successful.

Our care was covered under the CT Fertility Mandate but with our insurance copays including the drugs we probably spent about $10,000 OOP

Dr. Levi discouraged us from transferring more than one embryo at a time. Due to my relatively young age, he felt the risks of multiples were too high to warrant putting in more than one.

Dr. Levi is incredibly smart, kind, understanding, and actually cares about you. He is so very different from other fertility doctors I've had. He made me feel safe, made me feel like he was carefully reviewing my case, and ultimately with one last embryo helped me to have my baby boy.

To without a shadow of a doubt choose this practice, if it's an hour drive, it's worth it.

Having had my baby 10 months ago I can't remember exactly. Our last embryo we did a natural ovulation cycle which was my request and as usual Dr. Levi actually listened to what I wanted. We switched the ovulation medication to something that started with a T maybe, instead of clomid.

So much more reasonable than where I was at originally, CARS up in farmington.

When we talked to Dr. Levi for the first time, I remember him saying: "Forget the bad experience. It's past. You can't do anything about it, but you don't need to be attached to it. We are going to start with a blank page." What a relief I felt right away! He was very confident and to the point, yet compassionate and reasonable. My husband and I loved it. When we visited the clinic for the first time, it felt like a family. Everyone was relaxed and very friendly. We very much appreciate it because we prefer small and family-oriented clinics where you feel to be heard and seen. I always talked to one and only Dr. Levi, and he always answered every question I held, and believe me, I ask a lot! :-) During our IVF journey, we had to move to another state, and traveling became a bit challenging. Still, Dr. Levi's office, especially Michelle Falzarano, always ensured I got everything I needed on time, including prescriptions. They even found a new clinic in the new state for monitoring my progress. For the embryo transfer, we traveled back to Dr.Levi's office and took enough time before and after the embryo transfer. Everything went super smooth, Dr. Levi explained everything to us, and we felt confident that we couldn't be in better hands. We strongly believe Dr. Levi's faith and professionalism made this work, and we got pregnant. I cannot honestly describe how grateful we feel for finding Dr. Levi and his amazing stuff in his office because we couldn't have had this miracle without him. Reasonable costs

We had only one embryo and I remember him saying: "One is perfectly enough." And he was right, it was.

Dr. Levi and has set the bar for how I view all other doctors and their staff. My entire experience with them from consultation through pregnancy was amazing! I was kept me well informed to make educated decisions that were right for my family (and future family) throughout the process. I trust him implicitly. I can't recommend Dr. Levi enough and I know that I would not be able to say that I am expecting my first child with out him.

Listen to him! We followed his directions and recommendations, and it worked.

My insurance picked up most of the cost associated with my treatment with exception of embryo testing.

Dr. Levi and his staff are truly incredible human beings. The compassion and the kindness as well as the positivity that we received throughout our work with them was incredible. Our journey through infertility was a long and stressful one and at times I wanted to give up. Dr. Levi and his staff kept me feeling positive and hopeful that we would achieve our goal of providing our son with a sibling. Dr. Levi was very knowledgeable but also helped us understand the process in layman's terms and I was never confused through the whole process. We are now on the road to welcoming our baby into this world and I would never have imagined being here without Dr. Levi and his team!

Give him a chance you will not regret your decision.

Almost all of the medications were tolerable but the worst part was the progesterone in oil injections. They were just so painful and I dreaded going through that every time.

Dr. Levi was straightforward and candid, but not too blunt. He and his APRN, Catherine, understood that my husband and I felt a sense of urgency in getting pregnant after two miscarriages (not while under Dr. Levi's care) and they were so on top of my treatment. The women working at the front desk always remembered my name and were really sweet. The woman who usually drew my blood was gentle and understanding of my needle anxiety. Every staff member was kind, compassionate, REALLY on top of things, and completely professional. I saw Catherine the most and cannot say enough good things about her. She was so supportive.

Don't wait--go see him!

We did time intercourse for a couple of cycles; when that didn't result in a pregnancy, we moved on to IUI with Clomid and Ovidrel injection.
