Red Rock Fertility

I always have a million questions about my results, next steps, what I'm eating, etc. and [the Red Rock Fertility nurse] always dedicates time to me as needed. She has a full kit of the drugs I'll be starting and shows me how to use them all...The clinic staff also helped me with my insurance and walked me through the entire process...They have everything you would need, from cleaning wipes to pads. Everyone is friendly. It's so convenient, too. Everything happens in the same place, from blood work to the actual transfer.

My insurance covered most of it, but we were quoted over $20,000 for IFV...The nursing staff [at Red Rock Fertility] was OK. The PA is- Amnity was the only person at this office who explained anything to me and my husband. She also was the most compassionate...Billing discrepancies, terrible communication. The woman who draws blood was very sweet. The clinic was clean, but the staff was not always nice and i was charged copays even after I met my out of pocket max.

When i called to schedule the follow up [at Red Rock Fertility], they would not schedule it without my husband having his bloodwork done. This is an outside cost for us and it’s VERY frustrating that MY results (and my health) was being held up while we wait for him to have time/us have money to get his tests...It’s very boutique like which comes off as expensive- that’s true. The care seems to be great thus far but we are still beginning. It’s very clean, feels family oriented once you get into the offices. They provide a lot of services on site which is convenient.

I think the clinic [Red Rock Fertility] is a clean and nice environment, sometimes, like every clinic I've worked with, they don't contact when they say they will or are late to respond. Other than that I believe they are a very efficient clinic...If you're a person who requires more time with the doctors or needs more bedside manner, RRF may not be for you. Dr. Littman will tell you how it is, which I like, but if that's not your preference this may not be the clinic for you

There were not enough staff available to handle the number of clients so there were long wait times and overlapping appointment slots. Office [Red Rock Fertility] was too busy to answer the phone because they said they were entirely too busy.... Limited appointment slots for the amount of patients. Front desk was overwhelmed with volume and need additional staff. Was unable to return phone calls timely. At times staff did not pass along messages accurately to the coordinator and should have requested all documents to be signed at the same time to avoid delay with treatment and to minimize confusion

Leti [the nurse at Red Rock Fertility Center] was amazing! She was quick to respond, great at explaining everything, and showed so much compassion when our IVF failed...The clinic is beautiful! It's easy to get to and definitely seems state of the art! The only frustrating part is that a lot of times I'll call then have to wait for someone to call me back or get transferred multiple times, but I realize that also helps ensure I get the most accurate information.

What I loved most about working with RRF is that I never felt like my husband & I were on this journey alone. If I had a problem or a question, Leticia always answered the phone or email, day or night. Never did I feel like I was asking a stupid question or I was being paranoid. You're cramping a lot? How about you come in today and we do an ultrasound to double check on the babies. Also, we had to push my embryo retrieval by a day and I didn't have enough of one injection. Leticia had a stockpile in the office fridge for those scenarios. When we finished our treatment I brought her anything that was sealed and still usable to give to the next patient who would need it.

At times left to wait over an hour, no one [Red Rock Fertility] knew my name, and you felt rushed in and rushed out....Communication is severely lacking. I had major anxiety during one of my rounds because I had a question about medication and I couldn't get ahold of anyone.... The ultrasound tech was not allowed to talk to you about what they saw. It had to be reviewed by the doctor and then the results were posted on your patient portal.

Be prepared to see the doc very little [at Red Rock Fertility Center]. Aside from initial consult and actual procedures you will be dealing with her staff but don't let that alarm you. They are very warm and compassionate where at times she lacks...VF without medication was about 16-17k this did cover pgs testing up to 8 embryos and freezing/storage of remaining embryos/sperm/eggs for a year. Also covered one frozen embryo transfer. Sperm retrieval was coordinated through Red Rock with an outside doctor for around 1500-2k Embryo donation was 5k. Which included a 1500 one time admin charge. If transfer was not successful any other transfer would cost 4k. This charge covered the "batch"

Office staff [at Red Rock Fertility], aside from the physician, were very nice and always remembered me. Their Surgery Center is not in network with any insurance so that was always an out-of-pocket expense. They were pricey and comparison to other IVF clinics in this area...They tried to charge me an office visit co-pay just for lab draws which after I complained they adjusted....My nurse was compassionate but I didn't always have confidence in her.

Once we made it into her[Dr. Littman's] office, within 5 minutes she had "diagnosed" me with PCOS. After that I spent the rest of the time there [Red Rock Fertility] with the billing rep going over the costs for all the tests I would need and eventually IUI or IVF.. ... Her office is extremely nice, can't help but think of all the patients that did unnecessary testing.. And how they have paid for her glamorous offices.

During my initial workup I had an abnormal HSG result, no one [from Red Rock Fertility Center] felt the need to call me, a month later, i called and was then told of this and rescheduled for a repeat exam, which could have been done weeks earlier. My labs were being monitored after my third IUI because I had a low hcg but positive. I went in for labs on a friday morning and no one called me all weekend, i finally called on monday afternoon and they had no idea they had forgotten to call me, and not very apologetic.

Be sure to bring in your medical history if you can or have it transferred before your first appointment [at Red Rock Fertility Center]. Be prepared to wait because it takes time to get to know people one on one. You may be asked to do your first ultrasound that day along with blood tests.... She [a nurse] was with me everytime and would explain how to do everything and I even had an e-mail address where I could reach her.

...She [Dr. Eva Littman] tried to remove them outside of a hospital operating room in her surgical room but was unsuccessful as I started to lose consciousness. After that fiasco of the removal of the polyps I fell pregnant naturally. At a checkup to see if everything was okay she said there was a 6cm fibroid pushing down on the inside of the cavity and not allowing the embryo to grow anymore. The problem that I am struggling with is why wasn't this seen before in ultrasounds or even during the polyp removal procedure? She referred me to another doctor for fibroid removal and that's where all my fertility issues started and have never been able to fall pregnant since.

The clinic [Red Rock Fertility] is absolutely beautiful! If they put as much effort into their bedside manner as they do into how the office looks, they would have a really good thing going for them. They have great processes for new patients and get you back to your appointment fairly quickly as well...They [nurses] were quite busy and not very warm...I felt like a number because she [Dr. Eva Littman] sat me down in her office to go over my test results and glazed over them and basically told me that she was prescribing me pills to start IVF - but also admitted that we could conceive naturally. I just felt like she was in it for the money and she quickly rushed us out of her office instead of taking time with us to explain everything...She doesn’t have much bedside manner and is extremely quick and matter of fact. She definitely is just there to make more sales, even if it’s not in the best interest for the patient. My husband and I felt rushed and pressured into IVF, without even exploring the option of IUI or medicated cycles.

Efficient. Communication is key over there [Red Rock Fertility]! You see every last one of the staff on top of their jobs like their life depended on it! I must say the whole clinic was spotless from head to toe. The bathrooms were very clean as well!... She [nurse] walked me through everything that I should expect going in and seeing Dr. Eva Littman. Very nice woman, it helped me stay at ease... Dr. Eva was so kind the moment I stepped into her office. She offered me a nice cold cup of water too!

The [Red Rock Fertility] clinic itself is state-of-the-art and very modern. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to help when you need. They are a busy office so appointment times can be affected by this...Timed Intercourse and associated medications were covered by my insurance. IVF is approximately $17,900 without medication.

It was expensive [at Red Rock Fertility]. Almost $1,000 for the initial procedures and tests...Amazing people! Friendly and they are always there to answer my questions. I look forward to working with them further!...Dr Littman is welcoming and warm. She is someone who you can speak to and ask questions to and she is not coming off as judgmental or agressive. I was appreciative that she valued our time and didn't make us wait for long before speaking to her. She even made she we understood everything that was happening before we left the office instead of expecting her nurses and staff to tell us what was next....I was able to ask any questions I had and I wasn't made to feel dumb. My husband and I felt like everything has been explained to us in a way we understand and we are given all our options.
