Attention to Detail

Attention to detail is on a 1 - 10 scale, and is scored based on the rate, and severity, of errors committed by the clinic according to the patients.

For example, a severe error might be failing to inform a patient of critical information, while a small error might be failing to call a patient with results.

CDC Success Rates

This is the most recent data from the CDC. The CDC cautions that it should not be used to compare doctors and clinics. This data represents the outcomes of IVF cycles when using a person's own eggs.

For more information please see our FAQs.

Where you see a “?” on the chart, a clinic has done fewer than 20 cycles in this category and age range, so the CDC says showing percentages from this small data set would be misleading and unreliable.

I felt like we were being pushed towards IVF, and we were not ready to go there yet. We were allowed to pursue others avenues, but told each time it was not in our best interest.... I did IUI's. The third cycle, I had ovulated the day before. He [Dr. Nash] still did the IUI. Looking back at it, I think it should have been cancelled.... I felt they were determined that my my age was a factor, and I felt like I was running out of time, but I still had plenty.

[Priya Maseelall] very nice, explained things in a way I could understand. very throrough and didn’t leave any stone unturned. got me in at reasonable times. compassionate during procedures. very knowledgeable and willing to spend time to answer questions...she remembered me and talked to me like I was a person not a patient...
[Repro Gyn - Akron] location is great. parking is great. the waiting room is small and you can hear every conversation that is being had. check in is easy and they validate parking. clinic is neat and clean. designated areas for different test and labs and such...forgot to send in a medication but i got it before I needed it because I followed up....didn’t like how you always got a voicemail. some nurses didn’t seem to care or be empathetic to what you’re going through. others were fantastic and made the process feel togo more smooth

Dr. Mooney is very open and honest. He will be forthcoming with his opinion, but this will always be in the patient's best interest.... Over the time I have been his patient I always feel that he knows and cares about me and wants the best for me. He always takes time to exaplin my situation, medications, and course of action very thoroughly. He uses analogies to make medical situations relatable and understandable. He has a great sense of humor, making him relatable yet again.

Dr. Maseelall is the one doctor who I would recommend to anyone I know who is going through infertility. She was referred to me by a colleague who sung her praises. Infertility is heartbreaking and difficult for all involved. Priya keeps things honest and down to earth. You feel important. My husband and I felt like she kept us in the loop and listened to all our concerns. Overall, there really isn't anything I can complain about. She's a fantastic Doctor.

She's a wonderful Doctor. She made me feel comfortable. I felt like our concerns were heard. She took the time to catch up with our personal lives each visit. She would remember conversations from the previous visit and ask how everything worked out. We left each appointment (even if it was not so great news) feeling good about our journey to becoming parents.

Dr Maseelall is one-of-a-kind! She was always pleasant and took time to explain issues...Simply the best experience I've ever had with a physician. I wish more could be like her. She is compassionate yet serious and was able to describe my infertility in an understandable manner for me and my spouse. We really valued her taking extra time when necessary and showing empathy for what we have been through with other doctors...

From the moment you walk in the [Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility] door everyone is right there with you to support you and help you through your journey. The staff is kind and compassionate. They walk you through every step that you're going to take. They point you in the right direction if you're not sure which direction to go. Calls are returned promptly. Didn't spend much time with the staff but would definitely go back if financially possible.

Due to my age, my husband and I would have to undergo a egg retrieval from a donor egg. Not realizing how costly it would be we unfortunately had to back up. They did show us the different prices in the financing. But don't believe we qualify for some of the that was offered. So my husband and I began to look for donations. In any one else that is willing to help we're still looking. I'm an older worn so my window is short

Dr. Nash and his staff took his time to explain everything to me. He made sure all the treatment options were explained, accurate information was given and didn’t rush me...We reviewed every detail and he went the next steps, including additional testing and other consults...spent our first appointment completely exploring my history and my husbands.
We switched from a much larger clinic [to Reproductive Gynecology] and couldn’t be happier that we did.. the larger clinic treated us like a number and didn’t customize anything. RGI treated us as people, making sure they had a thorough review and understanding of every step along the way...I had interactions with several staff members and each of them took their time with me. They outlined everything and made sure we had a Full understanding

She [Dr. Maseelall] said over 40 and no pgs tested embryos, do 2. If pgs tested just do 1 at a time...She is very kind and down to earth with how she explains things. I never feel rushed or like a number...She is very smart and thoroughly looked at my huge file and came up with a great plan considering my age, recurrent miscarriages and thrombophilia mthfr factor v Leiden. She is wonderful with her explaining complicated things into simple terms like gardening and soil and is very compassionate to my heartbreak.
i wish their money back baby guarantee program allowed ore then 2 miscarriages to be in it. I didn’t qualify with over 2 miscarriages. Bring a book or work while you wait in the waiting room. They validate your parking and they are right off the highway...$14,500 for ivf with ICSI and pgs testing and one FET. $3500 per FET afterward and $2800 for meds for Egg Retrieval. $750 for ERA test.

It was so so [with Dr. Stephen Mooney]. Some days was great some days not so great. I think the one thing he said that hit my husband wrong was he told us to go home and make like rabbits and u should be pregnant by December. December came and nothing...The strength and knowledge amazing...just really needs to bring it out more...his communication skills need some work he don’t share everything with u...bedside manner needs work...but other than that He was great...Minus for getting hopes up on time and framing he needs a lot of work in .
[Reproductive Gynecology is an] Amazing place...Weakness needs a better layout for the doctors office....It’s a little cramped...Sometimes u will have a long wait...some times not...Nothing too wrong minus the one day I waited 3 hours for my appointment that was a rough one...It was so so. We chose to try IUI before going straight to IVF. Dr. Maseelall agreed that this would be a good first step. We did 2 letrozol and trigger rounds which both failed. I asked to switch up meds with 3rd IUI to see if I got more follicles (letrozol got me 2 each round) with IUI 3rd was clomid and trigger with IUI where I got 3 follicles. I got pregnant from 3rd IUI but unfortunately miscarried. The next logical option was IVF which we completed June ‘19.
We are so happy with the staff at RGI. I feel like everyone is genuinely concerned and wants to help in any way they can...Consultations were around $150. Ultrasounds were $200 each. Each IUI was $500. Trigger shots were $103. IVF was 14,500 with additional 4,500 for genetic testing...Some wait times are longer than others but they’re a very busy clinic with a good reputation... They are so welcoming and accommodating...Everyone at RGI has been extremely nice, compassionate and helpful.

[Dr. Maseelall] always remembered me and my prior experiences she keep this in mind and never gave us false hopes and dreams based on our medical reality...I wished to get pregnant as soon as possible after and [she] helped that wish come true as another son through iui was born 13 months after my stillbirth
[Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility is] Great with privacy one behind the exam room door front desk a little less private. You can overhear check in and check outs as well as insurance issues other maybe dealing with paying. We only did IUI so it was reasonable for us I am considering IVF which I know is more costly at RGI then other offices. Insurance was easy to handle though I have been told that isn’t always the case with the Akron Office.

He [Dr. Stephen Mooney] really connected with us and made us feel like he knew us each time we had an apoointment...is very to the point and gives realistic expectations but also gives you hope. He always greeted us with a smile and made us feel comfortable. He told us stories of successes for other patients that had a more difficult prognosis than is...He won’t tell you something that he doesn’t believe...The clinic had a flow chart to follow
She [nurse at Reproductive Gynecology] never made me feel bad for asking a million questions. She always called when she said she would. She completely understood what she was talking about and explained the information clearly. I didn’t feel the need to always talk to the doctor because I trusted her...Around 10,000 for the cycle not including pre testing and monitoring...Sometimes difficult to get through to a person on the phone. Otherwise clean and organized. The front desk sometimes felt very corporate but I’m sure it’s because of the amount of monies that were responsible for collecting.

[Dr. David Nash used an] aggressive antagonist protocol. He uses birth control to calm the ovaries before stimmulating. Which produced a cyst and a cancelled cycle multiple times for me which i told was unusual. Stimulating produced 3 eggs, 2 PGS tested embryos. Failed frozen tranfer...I was told only 1 embryo at a time...He is a very nice person.... He Shows compasion and feels for you..... He seems to care about his patients but He also Seems very busy and doesn't have a lot of time during all of his appointments......
Weakness [at Reproductive Gynecology] would be parking & clinic pricing. They are very expensive and not a lot of help with figuring it out other then " cash or credit". Offer advice, suggestions, anything. The parking lot is terrible and always full. Strength would be seeing a dr at every appointment...Most of the nurses are great. Dr Mooney is absolutely amazing. He makes sure he answers every single question no matter how stupid it is. Jokes and cares for each one of his patients...Make sure to just have time blocked out- he’s never on time but he’s worth it. You know he doesn’t rush your visit so I understand why he runs behind...Mooney cares about everyone and even try’s to connect with the husbands

Megan is extremely caring - walked me through my hysteroscopy!... I don’t think there’s anything negative. I think everyone really does a great job. They never judge and are extremely patient... Dr. Nash told us our odds at every turn...We still remember our last visit. We were given less than an 8% chance of getting pregnant. Our age was also a big factor with complications associated if we even did get pregnant. Our healthy beautiful daughter is now 4. So thankful for how you treated us Dr. Nash...Don’t be a patient, but be patient. Listen and learn
[Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility was] The only clinic we attended, so can not give a parallel evaluation. They were awesome to us! Timely responses with any questions. We could tell they cared and knew we cared. Got back to us immediately, even if it was not promising news...[nursing staff] Always expecting arrival, and knew our situation. We still remember our last visit. We were given less than an 8% chance of getting pregnant. Our age was also a big factor with complications associated if we even did get pregnant. Our healthy beautiful daughter is now 4. So thankful for how you treated us Dr. Nash and you support staff deserves a raise!
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of David Nash at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Don’t be a patient, but be patient. Listen and learn

I was confident that Dr. Maseelall knew the research behind what she was doing, why it worked or didn't and the statistics to back it up. I also felt that she was very skilled at all of the procedures that I had done and confident in her care. She is honest in a good way. She was open to changing my protocol for my second transfer to make everything perfect and that one was successful.
Overall most nurses were exceptional [at Reproductive Gynecology]. If they did not know an answer they were able to find it out & communicated overall very well on Klara. They are very compassionate & helpful as well. They seem to really want to see you succeed with your treatments and understand that it must be difficult...Has parking tickets to pay for your parking so you don't have to each time you go since you will be taking frequent trips
How was your experience with Priya Maseelall at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Strengths: Extremely intelligent and educated. Weaknesses: She does seem rushed and sometimes that can come into play for decisions. I was a odd case where we flipped an IUI to a retrieval because I responded very slowly but with many follicles on low stims. We almost did the trigger for the IUI to try and save a trip but luckily took the extra trip to find out that would have been an issue to trigger.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Priya Maseelall at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Understand there are a lot of patients in the clinic, but that Dr. Maseelall is very good at what she does. If you every need more time schedule a consult with her, otherwise trust what she is doing.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Priya Maseelall at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
On our consultations with Dr. Maseelall she would always work with us and answer our questions. She was extremely prepared on our first consult. If we felt like something wasn't working she would be willing to try something else that she would recommend. It is a busy clinic and she is a busy doctor for good reason. Sometimes the during the ultrasound visits, if you have questions, can feel rushed, but there are so many patients that she really can't sit down during those to talk with you - it's really not what those are meant for so sometimes it's good to keep that in mind even if it feels overwhelming. If you really need to talk, schedule a consultation. Otherwise the nurses are extremely helpful and can help you with finding the answers you need.
Describe the protocols Priya Maseelall used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
For the first retrieval we did birthcontrol, Follitim, Menopur, onmitrope, steroid, Ganirelix and trigger. I beleive it was pretty standard with keeping my DOR and endometriosis in mind. For the first cycle it did not yield as many as we were hoping. The second retrieval was meant to be an IUI so it was a lower dose of Follistim, then omnitrope, steroid, Ganirelix & trigger. We did get as many eggs as we were hoping for. The second transfer that was successful we used lupron to suppress my endo, checked my thyroid to be ideal levels, did progesterone shots, estrogen, & added lovenox earlier (after transfer) for my blood clotting susceptibility. That transfer was successful. This took into account my rheumatoid arthritis & endometriosis.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
Strengths: Overall most nurses were exceptional here. If they did not know an answer they were able to find it out & communicated overall very well on Klara. They are very compassionate & helpful as well. They seem to really want to see you succeed with your treatments and understand that it must be difficult. Weaknesses: Every now and then they may have been a missed message or a nurse who was not as friendly or helpful but this rarely happened in my experience.
Describe your experience with Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
Strengths: Easy to check in, very clean and comfortable. Has parking tickets to pay for your parking so you don't have to each time you go since you will be taking frequent trips. Weaknesses: Was difficult to find the first time, but after that very easy. A smaller lobby area.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Priya Maseelall at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
The costs were pretty upfront. There were some that went through my insurance where the why the bills are sent can look confusing and sometime my egg storage fees do not always come out quarterly to pay.
Describe Priya Maseelall's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
They recommend single only since multiple embyos present risks and the success rate for singles are very good. They do provide all of the detailed information as to why they recommend this.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
There was just one time that I needed to follow up on a protocol that was missing information that was discussed in my consult. They responded right away and I knew because I am very specific so it was an easy fix.

There were few things I liked about seeing Dr. Zolton. One of the things I did like about her however, was that she explained really well what she was doing with her ultrasounds, what she was seeing and would even show me most of the time...She definitely does not make my care feel personalized or my concerns feel valid.
I have few positives to say about RGI. They are nearly impossible to get ahold of if you’re calling, so for a new patient that’s a problem. Don’t expect a response until the next day. If you’re established, basically the only way you’ll get ahold of anyone is through text which I find a little ridiculous especially when they’re texting you about certain results...The nursing staff at the Canfield location are incredible. They are all very friendly. The nursing staff at the Akron location are less personable but still nice.
How was your experience with Jessica Zolton at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
There were few things I liked about seeing Dr. Zolton. One of the things I did like about her however, was that she explained really well what she was doing with her ultrasounds, what she was seeing and would even show me most of the time. She also better told me what I should be doing post IUI to optimize my chances than the other doctor I saw at the same clinic. I did not like that she never took my concerns into consideration. When I asked for the treatment my OBGYN told me I needed and was the reason she sent me to RGI I was told that it wouldn’t make a difference without anything to back up her statement. She definitely does not make my care feel personalized or my concerns feel valid.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Jessica Zolton at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Find a different practice.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Jessica Zolton at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Both doctors I’ve seen at RGI seem to not treat based on personal needs, but rather a blanket treatment to all patients. No concerns I voiced were/are taken seriously but rather brushed off because they only provide treatment one way.
Describe the protocols Jessica Zolton used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
The protocol was never really voiced to me by Dr. Zolton. I started with another doctor who pretty much told me IVF was my only option and then was switched to Dr. Zolton’s care without notice and she just continued my IUI. Each cycle I started on 50mg of Clomid for five days and then once my follicles were appropriate sizes I would use a 250mcg Ovidrel injection. I was never told why these doses or medications specifically and nothing has changed since I started treatment there. My first IUI failed. My second IUI resulted in a chemical pregnancy.
Describe your experience with your nurse at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
The primary nurse assigned to me I have never met. We have spoken strictly through text and two phone calls. I’m not sure how but she was under the impression I was being seen by a different doctor within the practice so was discussing all of my outside lab results and questions with the wrong doctor. Other than that my primary nurse is very friendly. The nursing staff at the Canfield location are incredible. They are all very friendly. The nursing staff at the Akron location are less personable but still nice.
Describe your experience with Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
I have few positives to say about RGI. They are nearly impossible to get ahold of if you’re calling, so for a new patient that’s a problem. Don’t expect a response until the next day. If you’re established, basically the only way you’ll get ahold of anyone is through text which I find a little ridiculous especially when they’re texting you about certain results. I also recommend being very educated on what your insurance covers regarding your treatment. If you’re unsure call your insurance and do not leave it up to the billing staff to help you. I had services that were covered and that I told them were covered and they refused to bill those services for three months because they didn’t think they were (they are). If you feel you need a different treatment you really need to advocate for yourself, which I feel like isn’t good patient care personally. They also make large changes to the practice and give no notice to the patients. The Canfield location used to be open until 4pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They now only schedule morning appointments, which is very hard to work with when you have a job. I was not given a heads up about the change in the hours. In addition the doctor I initially established care with stopped seeing patients at the Canfield location. They just started scheduling me with a different doctor without any heads up or anything being said about it at any point in time. I had to figure out on my own that I wouldn’t be seen by my original doctor any longer. The best thing about them is the nursing staff at Canfield. They are very friendly and very positive.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Jessica Zolton at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
Out of pocket costs for ultrasounds are $300 each and the out of pocket costs for IUI is $600 each. I get Clomid through my normal pharmacy which is roughly $20 for 50mg for 5 days. They send prescriptions for injections to Mandell’s pharmacy where I get Ovidrel. With no insurance that costs me $107 total. At minimum I get two ultrasounds each cycle so the total cost is about $1,300 per cycle for IUI.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).
For my first IUI I had to go to a different location which is an hour away from where I live. I was told that it would be fine to collect my husbands semen sample at home and bring it with me to my appointment so he didn’t have to go. I was also told semen has roughly an hour before cells start dying after it’s collected so I had little room to work with. When I got to my appointment at a location I have never been to roughly 50 minutes after collection I asked the girl at the desk if I give her the semen sample and she told me no to have a seat and someone will be out to collect it from me. I sat there for about 45 minutes and no one came out when I saw another girl come in to drop off her partners sample and the girl at the front desk directed her to another room. After I saw that I asked if I should take my husbands sample there and she said I could but I had to wait for the other girl to be finished which was another 10-15 minutes so by time I gave them my husbands sample it was two hours old and half of the sperm had died off. I was offered no apology or explanation for why this happened and wasted a lot of money for their lack of communication.

Dr Nash is one of the most soft spoken, respectful and kind physicians I have ever had treat me...He has been the first and only doctor to actually care. He absolutely has only discussed the idea of a hysterectomy as an absolute last resort and won’t even consider it as on of his first several options to treat me. Amazing!
Everything was great. The [Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility - Canfield] staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and welcoming environment. Staff always made me feel at home, and relaxed. I have no concerns or worries about any time I have an appointment to see Dr. Nash or his staff...All nurses were very personable upon arrival and throughout the entire appointment when assisting the doctor. They kept me abreast of any changes regarding the appointment and any delay in Dr. Nash’s arrival into my room from another appointment.
How was your experience with David Nash at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Dr Nash is an amazing compassionate Doctor. I recommend him to any woman experiencing fertility concerns nationwide. I will never know if I can bear children due to the excessive case of fibroids and diminished ovarian reserve I have. However, I feel confident that he did all that he could to help me realize that goal.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of David Nash at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
To eliminate the narrative that doctors don’t care about fertility concerns. To include among African American women.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with David Nash at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Dr Nash is one of the most soft spoken, respectful and kind physicians I have ever had treat me. Upon arrival, he always takes me to his actual office, where it’s warm, with furniture, paintings, etc, rather than straight to the exam room. We would always discuss my current status, go over options and lab work/test results, and he would even get the uterine plastic replica to demonstrate some of my concerns. I am terrified that I will never be able to have my own children. At the time I was referred to him by a family member, I had already had one major fibroid removal surgery. During my initial consultation, he diagnosed me with diminished ovarian reserve as well as PCOS which other doctors would not confirm if I had or not. Despite him conducting a fibroid removal and polypectomy, my tumors continue to return present day where my o Lu options are getting closer to being total hysterectomy only. I have also had two pregnancies resulting in miscarriage due to the size of the fibroids. I remember the words he spoke to me during my first meeting: “My goal is to preserve your reproductive organs for childbirth” He has been the first and only doctor to actually care. He absolutely has only discussed the idea of a hysterectomy as an absolute last resort and won’t even consider it as on of his first several options to treat me. Amazing!
Describe the protocols David Nash used in your cycles at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic) and their degree of success.
I had imaging, physical examination, polypectomy and Myomectomy for uterine fibroids. He also issued lab testing to measure results of my ovarian reserve. Due to prior history with fibroids, he wanted to give me an opportunity to go through the mental process of determining if I wanted to pursue donor insemination, find my own biological donor, or just have time in between each appointment and procedure to adjust emotionally to what I was going through.
Describe your experience with the nursing staff at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic).

Dr Nash was very knowledgeable and proactive with my treatment. Sometimes not always knowing how to comfort me but I respected his expertise...I valued his knowledge and opinion. So much so that I referred my family to him. Dr Nash without a doubt always stayed ahead of my treatments and was always able to identify eggs vs cysts and appropriate treatment...Originally my treatment started with letrozole (I think 2.5mg) along with trigger shots for timed intercourse which we tried about 4-5 times. I was producing the eggs but was not fertilizing them. Then Doctor suggested we try other options. I was treated with clomid(150mg) trigger shot and IUI. Clomid took 3 tries for correct dosing, some people respond sooner so a lower dose is used first. I was successful with that treatment, I am currently pregnant with twins due in November of 2020.
[Protocol at Reproductive Gynecology included] trigger shots for timed intercourse which we tried about 4-5 times. I was producing the eggs but was not fertilizing them. Then Doctor suggested we try other options. I was treated with clomid(150mg) trigger shot and IUI...Jen from the Canfield office was amazing. She often took time to explain things to me when things got crazy...IUI-$500...The receptionist Sharon at the Canfield office also was amazing. She treated you like a friend or family. After my very first visit there she knew my name Overall the canfield staff are amazing! From the receptionist to the nurse to dr Nash. I appreciate the care that was provided to me

Dr. Nash treats my husband and I like humans by always remembering our names...I like his sense of humor, it’s dry for some but I get it! He’s always precise on time and we love that about him. He always wants us to be as comfortable as possible and understand everything...performed a laparoscopic surgery for my endometriosis that’s stage 4...until my husband and I decided to go through IVF...we would go in day 1-3, I’d get an ultrasound and they’d tell me how big my cysts were bc I always have them, and say whether I could take medicine or not. Depending on the size and amount of cysts, I sometimes got to take it. T

They work with our schedules and our lifestyles very well and do what they can to make our lives better and easier...Best nurse that I will ever have in my entire life is nurse Jenn. For the most part until my husband and I decided to go through IVF (supposed to be next month), we would go in day 1-3, I’d get an ultrasound and they’d tell me how big my cysts were bc I always have them, and say whether I could take medicine or not. Depending on the size and amount of cysts, I sometimes got to take it. Then I’d go in around day 12 and get a trigger shot and then day 13 or 14 we’d do the IUI and continue to baby dance for a few days after that. Same thing with timed intercourse when we couldn’t afford another IUI. He also performed a laparoscopic surgery for my endometriosis that’s stage 4

We did ask her about a multiple embryo transfer, seeming that we thought we would have better results by transferring both embryos. Dr Maseelall explained the risks with that and the end result we wanted was one healthy baby...sat down with my husband and I. She talked to us face to face. She described expectations, she was warm, caring and kind.
I had a surgery, removal of uterine polyps and endometriosis, medications with one egg retrieval, one frozen embryo transfer resulting in one live birth [at Reproductive Gynecology]...The staff at rgi was always helpful.returned phone calls after leaving messages...Our IVF treatments not including my surgery totaled around 10k, my surgery was 21k and 5k out of pocket
How was your experience with Priya Maseelall at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (Pinnacle Network clinic)?
Dr. Maseelall always made us feel more at ease. She was honest about our low chance of conceiving but never made us feel like she wouldn’t try that much harder for us. At every appointment she answered every question (even ones that might have been crazy) she eased my anxiety. She made my husband and I feel like we belonged there and that she would try to do everything she could to give us a child. We owe Avily’s life to her. Without dr Maseelall our little one wouldn’t be here.

We did ask her about a multiple embryo transfer, seeming that we thought we would have better results by transferring both embryos. Dr Maseelall explained the risks with that and the end result we wanted was one healthy baby. She explained why a single embryo transfer would yield better results. We trusted her and had success with a single transfer.

He [Dr. David Nash] put us through the appropriate testing and got us a lot of answers and set out a plan for us. He made sure we understand and took time with us to explain. He gave us all of our options along with success rates and pricing info...We haven’t started any treatments yet due to covid-19. We will be starting our first IUI treatment when this is over.
[Reproductive Gynecology is] Clean, small, and organized. Very welcoming!! The front desk manager is amazing. They always make sure you know what your cost is going to be and make sure you’re aware. We had a lot of testing done and they knew me by name after my second name. I loved the personal feeling!
